FANCO

Our salesman, Olen, was excellent.  Spent the time with helping us with our purchase, answered all our questions, and provided lots of input designed to give us the best idea of what we wanted and needed.  We have purchased ceiling fans years ago from Fanco and the fans were and are great, quiet, always working, never had a problem.  Recently purchased two fans, 3 bathroom lights, and one chandelier.  All were installed by Fanco's subcontracted electric company.  All the items are very good quality and work well, the chandelier we got on sale and it is very modern looking and functional.
While the installers installed the items well, they left something to be desired.  After they left, we noticed a small scratch on our master bathroom mirror, bathroom counter tops were marred, and they did not clean up after themselves.  The left all the boxes and removed vanity lights for us to dispose of, and the floors were not swept.  We found lots of bits and pieces of electrical wire and a couple of wirenuts laying around.  If that is the way they do things, not pleased with it, so graded the quality of the installers work a B.  But Fanco itself is an A..

I liked them very much.  They had exactly what we wanted and they were very helpful.  We didn’t know if we could just buy a light kit or if we had to buy a new fan and we were able to just buy light kits.  We asked them if they knew somebody that could install them and the woman there said it is really easy and instructed how to install it.  She was very good.
