We had shopped around for a month before finding Fabulous Floors...They had the best showroom bar none...Finally felt at home with their selections and hard to find carpet styles. No pressure and clear information for our needs...be sure to ask for Jonathan. He has been available throughout the process start to finish. A true professional who keeps the needs of the customer first...excellent experience start to finish..Jonathan also made sure we got the A crew to install our carpet...A nice feeling,to be able to recommend these folks with no reservations... We chose Fabulous Floors because of the service we received from John. The price was comparable to othe firms but Fabulous Floors price was all inclusive. The old carpet and pad were removed and disposed of, furniture was moved out and on completion moved back in and re-assembled. The installer was polite and very efficient. The installer told us it would take about 4 hrs and he was completely done and finished in approximately 3 hrs. They cleaned up and vacuumed before leaving. I would recommend this company.

I expected that the tile would be laid properly and grouted, and it was, but the alignment was off. The workmanship was fine. They finished the job really quickly, about an hour and it looked nice. The next day I go out to look at the tile, and I realize it?s off kilter. It?s not centered. The grout lines are not centered with the front door or the walk. I contacted Fabulous Floors, and sent them pictures and tried to explain it. They offered to do ?whatever it takes.? They sent a guy out, Steve, who at first didn?t see it, but then he realized it. He said ?Oh, I see it. I agree with you.? He was going to go back to the manager, Johnathan and tell him. I sent Johnathan an email to follow up on Steve?s visit, and Johnathan responded saying ?I?d prefer to discuss this with you over the phone. Call me back at 10:30.? I called him back at 10:30, and Johnathan said that Steve told him there was nothing wrong. I told him what Steve said, and that he had agreed with me, and Johnathan then said ?Now that I have so many conflicting stories, I?m going to contact Steve and get back with you.? And he never did. He said they would do it over, but I?d have to pay for it. I reiterated to Johnathan that it?s not centered. He said ?Didn?t you (when the salesman quoted you the price) say it was a little high.? I said ?Yes.? He said ?Well, it probably would have cost more to center it, and the salesman assumed you weren?t interested in paying more. I didn?t know I needed to specify that I wanted the tile center on the porch or by the front door, but either way I wasn?t given an option. I figured that in addition to leveling the tile, and grouting properly, a Mason would also plan for the aesthetic placement. JD insists that I have a "beautifully installed porch..that meets industry standards." I agree, except it is MISALIGNED! No one can deny that the tile is off center. To me, that means that the tile was improperly laid. To Fabulous Floors, apparently, it means "an acceptable mistake." I disagree. How can a mistake be "acceptable?" If I hired a contractor to install a front door, and the door was properly hung, framed, etc, BUT not in the right place, wouldn't one expect that the contractor should re-position the door?

Very friendly and helpful in showroom. Asked about manufacturer of engineered wood, told most of the showroom was made in US, they pride themselves on that. I selected my favorite, asked about it specifically, he wasn't sure if made in US or China. We arranged measurements the following day. In meantime, I researched product I selected, and the manufacturer is KNOWN for their really large Chinese factory, and surely this was known by store as they carry a lot of the brand, but they didn't want to say. During visit I asked more questions about CARB compliance and VOX, as these are the issues with Chinese products with adhesive. Still a vague answer. Received quote via email, and while all engineered woods I've considered that are similar have been $5 or so a foot, their quote came in at $10 a foot. I emailed about the high price, what makes this so special, never heard another word.

We've used fabulous floors now for about 4 years, mostly for tile flooring and hardwood flooring and we've always been satisfied. We went to their store and explained the project. John came out to the house and inspected everything. He brought in an expert to see if the old wood flooring could be refinished and the expert told us that he would recommend new flooring. There was water damage and it had been poorly laid when the house was built, so dirt had built up between the boards and the coloring was light so the discoloration between the boards would have been a problem after any refinishing. He said that the refinishing would probably cost around $3,000 and he didn't think we would be happy with it. John came out to the house again and measured everything. After ordering the materials, he contracted with the installers and a plumber. The materials were delivered to the house and, after talking with us, the installers came on a Saturday and spent the entire day pulling up the old hardwood floors and leveling the cement foundation where necessary. They moved some of the furnishings that we couldn't move ourselves. The plumber had some scheduling problems and couldn't make it when promised so the installers worked around that on Monday, putting in about half of the hardwood. On Tuesday the plumber showed up and removed the toilet, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. By the end of Tuesday the flooring was almost all finished, the tile was removed from the stairs, and a portion of the stairs was installed. On Wednesday there was only one installer that came and he finished the stairs. There were four in the installers crew for the first three days and one on the fourth. Everything that could be covered in plastic was covered in sheets of plastic. Much of the dust was from removing the old hardwood but the plastic sheeting took care of most of that. Their cleanup was very good given the mount of dust generated. They were prompt in arriving each day and fit in very nicely with our use of the house. They finished yesterday and everything looks great. We couldn't have asked for a better crew.

Quality and price of products were excellent. Price beat Lowe's and the selection was much, much greater. My only complaint was a couple of issues of lack of attention to details: left part of molding off around fireplace and the grout on the flooring smeared onto moulding above.

The installation was very professional and clean. The installer worked quickly and carefully and completed the jobs timely and well. The finished product was just as we had imagined. The project was done in 2 phases, with 2 rooms completed in the first phase and the guest bedroom in the second phase. The product was a little more expensive than we originally planned, although it was still reasonably priced. We looked for quite a while before finding just what we were looking for at Fabulous Floors. Renee was helpful and careful with the measurements and with solving a problem that came up from the way the home was constructed. After the first installation, we had no qualms about going back to FF for the second room, both because they had the product we wanted and the installer of the first phase was very professional and careful.

Work was done very professionally. They take off the baseboards and then put them back on. Excellent workmanship and cleanup. Excellent product lines with many choices and colors. I got exactly what I wanted for a very fair price.

Excellent! Not only is the tile fabulous, but I wanted an easy to clean grout. John and Renee worked with me to get the perfect grout, the tiles have the smallest grout line possible, the houndstooth pattern really makes the room pop. The work men arrived on time, were extremely professional, helped move furniture, did a great job cleaning up, and are great craftsmen! We could not be more pleased with the entire experience, and our floors are absolutely beautiful.
