Description of Work: General maintenance service - the tech was very professional and explained all the tests as he was performing them.

Description of Work: On time and very Professional. They did exactly what they promised to do, and I am completely satisfied. Adam, the Tech is an outstanding representative of Aire Serve. I am planning on some work to be done and I will be calling for their Help.

Description of Work: They inspected the furnace and found a bad connection. They repaired the problem, and cleaned the furnace. Since the repair there have been no problems.

Description of Work: When making the appointment I explained my sister would waiting for the service tech in my home. I gave the dispatcher her name and mobile number and asked that the tech call my sister as he was heading over to my home. The tech was supposed to service my air conditioner between 12 noon and 2:00 pm which I told my sister. Next thing I know, the tech is calling me at work asking did I want to reschedule? I asked when he thought he would be finished as he was calling me at 10:00. Not only did he have the service window wrong, he had disrupted my workday because the dispatcher had gotten my sister's cell number wrong. When the tech did come to do the service on my home's AC, I was called at worK, I simply wanted the tech to answer one simple question, "Is my AC safe to run this summer?" The guy made some rambling remarks about some component that made no sense at all and basically never answered my question! I was very annoyed by the whole business. This company certainly could use better, more reliable dispatcher! Have no idea about how competent the tech was, but I found that I had to reprogram my thermostat. I suspect the service tech tried to run the AC, but disrupted the programming that had been running my heat!

Description of Work: We were scheduled for a check-up of our heating system on their semi-annual service agreement. The tech said the system wouldn't stay on and needed service (for an additional $89). When I asked what the service contract was for, he said it only applied to working systems and that to get it working was the reason for the $89 fee. Every time I have had Aire-Serve out it has always cost Extra for a part or service. I'm not sure I'll use them again after the current agreement expires.
