Description of Work: The company called the same day as our appointment, to confirm technician's arrival. The technician (Ruben) was on time for the appointment and I was impressed that he put booties on over his shoes without being asked. He confirmed what he was going to be doing and the price. We had not had any problems with the heat, but since the house was 12 years old, we wanted the furnaces checked as a precaution. When the technician was finished, he went over everything with us including showing us pictures taken on his phone of both furnaces and the insulation and answered all our questions. Ruben was very nice as well as very professional and did not try to get us to purchase extra services that were not necessary. He checked the digital thermostats and CO Detector and made suggestions of things to watch for. We would definitely use Aire Serve and Ruben in the future.

Description of Work: We needed a new heating unit, our house takes two and the 2nd one needed repair. They were running a special and so we went with a new one, great decision it works great. The guys had to go into the attic and it was not an easy task to get the old one out, but they did and they were great.

He did not try to upsell me and explained things in honest, easy to understand language. We will definitely use this company when it is time the replace the heater and/or A/C.

Description of Work: This is the second time I had used Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning, once for an air conditioning check and most recently for a furnace check. Both times I have received nothing but the most professional service. The technicians were extremely informative, courteous, and professional.

Description of Work: I had them come out for a diagnostic and an estimate on my heating system. The technician was prompt and professional. This was my second company to come out and give an estimate and the price difference was staggering. On the plus side, the diagnosis of the heating issues were exactly the same as the first company I chose. The down side was the cost of a new heating unit. The price difference I was quoted was 4k higher than my first quote. I realize this company was using higher end name brands which could have accounted for some of the price difference. I have nothing negative to say about the company, they were just out of my price range in terms of what I felt comfortable spending.
