Description of Work: Did a 22 point furnace inspection and cleaning also had him do an air condition inspection and cleaning. The service went well and Rubin was very professional and great at explaining both systems to me. Would use them again.

Description of Work: They were fantastic! They came out Christmas weekend very promptly, I had expected to have to wait until the following Monday, but they were there Saturday a.m. I was very happily surprised with the $45 charge. They definitely have my vote of confidence!

Description of Work: Furnace was running intermittently, and barely any heat from the ducts when it did. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and a simple cleaning has my furnace running better than it has in years. Best part was they waved the $59.00 service call fee and accepted the $49.00 Angies List offer for a 22 point inspection and cleaning instead. I was shocked I wasn't upsold, or told the sky was falling on my 15yr old unit. I asked the tech if he saw any problem areas that would need attention soon and was told there were a few parts that showed some wear but overall my system was good to go. He generated a free quote for the parts and services they offered for future reference, and I will be using Aire Serv in the future.
