Description of Work: Adam Thompson was the service technician - did a great job. Showed up on time, wore the booties in the house, inspected the a/c. I'd had issues with the heat not kicking on downstairs on several occasions. He suggested a cleaning of the panel (I'm sorry, not sure of the exact terms he used but this was the gist). Paid for 2 furnace inspections (for both units) and an additional fee for the panel cleaning. Haven't had the issue since - heat and a/c running perfectly. I appreciated Adam's professionalism and explanations. He even noticed the air conditioning filters were out (we planned to change them) and changed them for me. That was certainly not necessary but appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to call Aire Serv again with my a/c & heating needs. The reason for the delay on this review is my Angie's List account was transitioned over to the new platform so none of my purchases were listed. I kept thinking eventually my past purchases would show up on my account so waited several months. Eventually, I had to ask customer service to email me the information so I could review the correct Aire Serv (there were so many in the Angie's List database, difficult to find the Aire Serv in Henderson). So the delay had nothing to do with the quality of the service I received. I highly recommend Aire Serv and will use them again.
