Description of Work: I wanted my A/C unit inspected to make sure it is in top condition. I paid my money and set an appointment one week in advance. the show up time was between 8am to 10 am. two minutes before eight they call me to tell me they have to reschedule because someone else is more important and their A/C unit went out. I understand but in this weather we will have A/C unit dying left and right. I have paid in advance to obtain their services.
