The technician was on time, very professional and very informative. He serviced the ac unit and checked our in-take vent. He suggested alternative filters that would be better for our home and unit and explained why. He offered us an affordable service plan where he would come back in the fall to service our heater as well. Overall it was a very good experience and we will definately have them come back.

EXCELLENT super service everything was explained to me prior to performing the service. Had some glitches with scheduling but we finally got that worked out.

Rich from Aire Serv arrived on time and performed an A/C tune up. This included cleaning and testing the A/C unit. He was very meticulous in his work. He provided a detailed report. He wore shoe covers to protect our new floors after working outside. This was very impressive. He was efficient and quick in his work. He did not pressure us for additional services but did recommend a maintenance program. I would definitely use Aire Serv again.

A professional serviceman came to my home. He serviced my ac unit and did not spend most of his time trying to sell me a not needed new system.

Work was done while I was still at work. Even though I had an appointment for A/C Tune-up on 6/29, the wait in the heat would have been unbearable. Todd was dispatched and arrived at my home where my wife oversaw the operation and kept me informed while at work. I spoke with Todd and he explained what needed to be done and the price. It was a very pleasant experience to have professional's work on my home. Thank you

From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Their sales representative was not pushy at all! He presented us with options and saw the project through to the end. The lead service man Karl was a pleasure to have in our home and did a great job. They were true professionals! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a/c service! I would give Jeremy and Karl 5 STARS.

First service (4/2/07) they replaced the wrong part. Second call (7/12/07) technician said compressor was bad. 15 days later I called to find out why compressor wasn't fixed. Aire Serv said they were still waiting for approval by insurance company. Insurance company said they didn't need their approval. Sent another tech out to verify first tech's findings. Compressor replaced on (8/8/07). Still not cooling properly. Set up at least 6 different appointments in which they never showed up or called to say they couldn't make it. Came finally on (8/21/07) to check system and added R22 coolant. As of today 9/3/07 I have still not received a work order showing the compressor was replaced and have been unable to get a new warranty on the new compressor. More phone calls next week.

Lee came and by and fixed the problem within 3 hours of my initial call. He was professional and reasonably priced. The price he quoted me at the beginning is the price I paid when he was complete.
