The heating system works beautifully. The technitions were all professional and thus far the job was well done. Includes a Performance Guarantee Includes a 12 Satisfaction Guarantee Includes a filter rack for the furnace My one complaint is that the system is OH, so noisy!

We will probably not call this company back. They didn't wow us and I have seen the same price advertised with other companies. So it appears that the offer wasn't a "special" offer.

The work was performed perfectly well, and we recommend this company without reservation.

Tech was punctual and professional, did annual maintenance for A/C and furnance.

I had a coupon from Angie's List. I had them repair an a/c in one of my rental units. He said that it was the fan that needed to be fixed. I told him I wanted to keep the cost down. He did his work. He was really fast. He said that it was a good price. Over all I would call him again. He replaced the capacitor.

Aire Serv had an Anxiety List Special for $49 Seasonal Heating or A/C Tune-up. I purchased two since I have two units. I scheduled an appointment with Aire Serv and Jim (A/C Tech) called in advance to let me know when he would arrive. Jim arrived on schedule and was friendly and professional. He immediately put on shoe covers upon entering the house. Jim checked out the systems and gave me a diagnostic analysis of what he found. Jim was very informative and knowledgable. He gave me a few pionters about the units also. I was so impressed with Aire Serv that I purchased the Advantage Plan from them. The was no hard selling involved.

I purchased a spring service check of my A/C from Angie's list for $49. I was unhappy with my former company because they couldn't seem to do a service check without trying to sell me some sort of repair. I saw they had "C" rating on Angie's List, so I decided to take advantage of an Angie's Big Deal offered by Aire Serv. Shortly after purchasing the service, Aire Serv contacted me to schedule an appointment. I was surprised because I had expected that I would need to contact them to get the service scheduled. The technician, Jim, showed up on time to perform the inspection. He said everything was fine, which was a pleasant change from the other company I'd dealt with. Although I hadn't intended to do so, I purchased a service contract with Aire Serv. I just had my second visit from Aire Serv today (10.08.12) for my fall service check. Jim was the technician again, and as before, he checked out my system and said everything was running fine. It's very pleasant to deal with a company that seems honest. I will continue to use their services in the future.

Arrive much earlier than the appointment time, as such I had to cut short some of my activities and return for the service. Service tech was nice and explained the serviced needed. I had to remind the tech in order to receive the Angie's List discount. Apparently their "service" did not relay that information. Replaced a part that had been replaced about 8 years earlier. The first time it was around $50, this time $200. Over charged? Don't know, just easier to pay the bill and move on. System is now working, and to their credit no attempt was made to fix other items which were not in need of same. It has only been 2 days since service provided - so we will see, but: Did they do the job and is the system back working? Yes. Would I use this company again? Probably not. I don't believe they were professional in this particular instance.

We have a AC unit for downstairs that seemed to not be getting cold, we looked up AireServe on Angie's list land selected them. they showed up on time and looked at the unit. I was told there were no leaks and would need to add coolant. The tech "Jim Shiver" said it would take about 3 pounds of coolant well it took 10 pounds of coolant which I asked "are you sure there are no leaks?" None the he can see said Jim. We wend to California for 4 days returning this Monday (9/24) and the AC was not cold again. I called AireServe to come out and take a look, they told me it would be an additional $860 to repair the leak and add the coolant that was just replaced last weekend. I called them and explained at no time was I told there was a leak that all I needed was to replace the coolant. I was told basically too bad if you want this repaired you would need to pay for the whole thing again. I told them I would take this to small claims court and the next thisng I get is a call from Jim the repair guys telling me I was lying about him not telling me it had a leak. Really so I opted for the $600 one week fix over the $860 permenant fix. I have never written any bad reviews for anyone every. However since I used Angie's list for the recommendation I thought I would post on here something to un-recommend a company. I have also sent a letter to the CEO of the Dwyer Group who owns the AireServe. Its not about the money it's about the integrity and standing behind what you say you will do.

This company stands by their service! They had to make two trips to make sure everything was okay --- and they did! I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I will be using them exclusively!

When Richard French arrived I told him about the noise in my air conditioner explaining that it was much worse during the winter. When he checked out the unit he came back in and explained what was going on in the unit. He told me about all the little noises and why it was making the noise. He did the tune up and it has worked wonderfully ever since. He could not have been more helpful or kind. I will use Aire Serve again and will request Richard.

One of two units just stopped working, and the thermostat would not come on. I called two other HVAC companies, over a three day period and neither responded. I called Aire Serv, at 9am. The customer service person was very nice, she said that she would call two service technicians and they will call me. Approximately 10 minutes later Dave called me and said he was in the area and would be able to come by in 20 minutes. He showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem. Fixed it immediately. I used an Angie's List coupon.

The office girl was polite, bright and helpful. The technician was honest, prompt and knowledgable. I would absolutely recmmend the company. I will use them in the future. .

After making the repair and collecting the money our tech told me that our unit was old but in great condition.I was please to hear this because last summer I was told by another company that I needed to replace my airconditioner. It made me have confidence in my tech.....that he was trying to give me great service without taking advantage of me. If you decide to use this wonderful company ask for Jim Shiver.....an honest, hardworking man!

THE JOB ITSELF WENT WELL, VERY PROFESSIONAL MAN HE WAS PROMPT AND DID XECELLENT SEVICE.

On Monday evening, August 20 our air conditioner started blowing hot air. Tuesday morning I checked Angie's list and phoned Aire Serv. The contact person was polite and took my information and scheduled an appointment on Wednesday, Aug 22. As that was the day of the rain, I rescheduled to Thursday morning. The technician was prompt and professional in every way and very shortly gave me the bad news. I would need a new motor, board, shipping etc with a price well over $2200 and he suggested we might want to consider replacing the unit as it was over 11 years old. The unit would not turn on or run then. Jeremy then came by and again was very pleasant and professional and after discussions on our needs presented us an estimate of $6871.00 to replace our unit- bottom line. I told him with that I would need to get a few more bids. I then phoned another company from Angie's list who came out, again very professional, and spent some time working on the unit. During the time he was working on the unit he got it to start and work. The technician then told me it was my board and it would cost between $400 and $500 and the motor was ok. Friday morning I phoned Aire Serv and confirmed we were cancelling the order.

Rich went on the roof to diagnose the problem. He came back down about a half hour later to advise me that the existing unit(s) was extremely rusted due to its old age (~18 years old). He also noted the large amounts of pigeon poop and feathers causing damage to the hose seals and also causing blockage in the drain. Rich gave me an estimate to have the evaporative coils cleaned, clean both condensate lines, and to re-seal the supply and return of both units. He recommended a system replacement due to the current age and condition of the existing unit.

By the time we went to bed the temp. had only gone from 94 to 86! We were up and down all night checking if it was any colder. At 7am on sunday we called back and Richard was back over within an hour. He said it had frozen up during the night. He checked everything and said we should be fine. He was right! It has worked perfectly ever since! Thanks Richard!!

Outstanding service..... Called over weekend and Rich was on call and came out same day...Mentioned that it could be the board since the fan would not stop...He got the fan to shut off and seemed to be working okay but two days later fan wanted to run consistently again so knew that the board would have to be replaced but was happy to get through the weekend......... Called on the week day and Jim was available,,, he was at house in less then an hour,,,that's great service......He got the fan to stop and would be back as he had to get the new board...He called the day before and said he would be here first thing the following day,,,,and he was......He took the time to explain how the board works....Looked at new board as well as the board that was replaced....There was no doubt that the problem was indeed a bad board......... Signed up for their Advantage Plan (Spring and fall check up).....They are knowledgeable and professional plus provide the customer service that you are bacically looking for in a company.....We have choices and feel Aire Serve was the right choice.......

AC went down, found these guys on Angie's List, called, they came out that day, diagnosed the problem, came back the next day and fixed everything. Came back again that evening to ensure all was running properly.

quick response, came out within a day or two. serviced the A/C and gave me recommendations for the future.

Rich repaired it and cool air began to cycle thru the house again. Rich is an asset to this company and I hope they realize what a gem they got. I would definately use this company again, and when these old units get replaced it will be with this company.

They responded quickly to our request to come out and service our A/Cs. All the work was done in a highly professional manner. The price was great and they were a pleasure to work with. I will use them again when the need arises. I highly recommend them!
