I called for service on our air-conditioner. They came out on the time and date we had set. The work was performed and we were very pleased - in fact so satisfied with the service we signed a service agreement for our air conditioner and our furnace. I would not hesitate to recommend Air Serv to any one needing work done.

The technician knew exactly what the problem was and went above and beyond his required work diagnosis. I will be using these guys for all my future heating and cooling needs.

The technician called before her arrived, arrived on time, and performed a maintenance service on our a/c unit. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained in detail the service he was going to perform. I will definitely recommending this company to others and using this company in the future.

Jim arrived on time and did a thorough check of the heating system. He doesn't try to up-sell for parts or services I don't need. I have a service contract with Aire Serv and get one air conditioner system check and one heating system check free each year. My only complaint is I had to call and schedule the service. Aire Serv should be calling me when service is due to set up an appointment.

We turned on our gas furnace for the first time on a Friday evening and all we heard was a humming, but no activation of the fan or movement of heated air. I called Aire Serve Saturday because of their high rating on Angie's List, and the fact that two companies with equal ratings didn't have anyone answering their phones on a Saturday. The person on the phone set up an appointment for early Monday. The service tech arrived and I told them thje problem and said I thought it might be a bad igniter (which we've experienced at other houses). The tech went into the attic where the furnace is located and, after a few minutes, the furnace was working again. He said the problem was a loose wire, which he fixed. He remarked that the furnace looked very dusty & dirty, like it hadn't been serviced for years. Having owned the house only 8 months, I could believe it, based on other maintenance issues we'd seen. He mentioned their service program with annual visits to clean, inspect and servicte the house's cooling and heating units. I opted to go with the service plan and he cleaned and serviced the furnace during this visit. I paid $49 for the visit and $99 for the service contract. I am impressed with the tech's honesty. He could have told me I needed parts even though I didn't (since a faulty part is what I was expecting). He also told me that the answering service should have sent someone out Saturday instead of making me wait until Monday, and he'd see about having that rectified in the future. Obviously, I am very pleased and expect to continue using Aire Serv in the future. .

The whole process was seamless and very professional with a friendly, personal, and informative critique of my equipment.

I would probably in the future get a bid from this company, if I decide to put in a new air and heat system. They are the best I ever used in the last few years here in Las Vegas

We contacted Aire Serv to introduce ourselves as property managers and inquired with them about maintaining the HVAC systems on our rental properties. They genuinley talked to us showing they actually cared. They conduct summer and winter service on the homes and we are very happy with their overall service. A true A+

Had little bit of trouble scheduling the appointment. More of a communication issue that performance though. Very happy with the work overall

Serviceman Jim arrived early in the time frame promised. He quickly and efficiently performed the heating service promised. Jim is exceptionally professional and spent time to explain everything he did as well as discuss energy saving opportunities available.

Suggested some replacement parts and did feel a little like they were upselling, but overall, good information and no pressure to get extra work done.

They seemed to be very helpful & provided me with information that I'll need to prepare for installing a new unit in several years since they don't make this refrigerant anymore.

It went very well overall. The service was very professional.

The service was okay; however, at our primary residence, a month later we had to call out another repair service, who recommended replacing the circuit breaker with a 50 amp, as we had a 40 amp originally installed. On the rental property, the technician thought the compressor may have been too small for the size of the unit; he did check the unit carefully, then said he would confirm with the office. We never heard back on the outcome, and assumed it was okay. Would have appreciated confirmation.

I purchased the special deal on line and made the appointment. The technician came out on time and called me ahead, since the property was vacant. Even though I did a home inspection before, the technician gave me more accurate info about the unit, such as, the year of the unit, what parts might go bad in 2 years, what further service it might need. It gave me a piece of mind without worrying too much. Especially when I purchased a home warranty program right after, I know the AC is covered. There should be no surprises.

Purchased providers discount coupon for $49.00 and called office to setup up appointment. Staff was very helpful at setting up the appointment around both the Thanksgiving holiday and my work schedule. Technician was very helpful and explained all services performed

He was on time and professional. Took care of all 3 units at the discounted price of the Buy Now Deal. One needed some minor repair which he was able to do on the spot. Also told us what might need to be fixed in the future.

After completion, we discussed replacing the system with a new upgraded unit. I declined at this time.

Technician was well presented, prompt, courteous, knowlegeable and took the time to answer my questions. In process of checking the unit, technician found major cracks in the furnance heat exchanger tubes. Gas was shut off as this is a major health hazard. Because I had a Home Warranty policy no further business was conducted after the units at each location were checked. Air Serve is a "top notch" company. Note that I give my home warranty company, Fidelity National Home Warranty kudos for their assistance in working through a replacement vice repair of the HVAC unit.

Company was responsive. Technician (Jim S.) arrived on time and was professional. Technician taught me about my home's heating/cooling unit. I intend on using this company in the future.

Luis was very prompt and professional. He explained everything he did very clearly. I was having some problems with my hot water heater so he inspected it too. In fact I had home protection service to cover appliance breakdowns. The heater began leaking so the insurance company sent out some fly by night repair service who just jimmied around with the heater till it stopped leaking presumedly so they could collect another co-pay if the fix lasted longer than 30 days. I cancelled the service as a scam and a couple weeks later I had Luis out to replace my old water heater. He did a super job with the install. It was a little expensive but the new heater was American made and thus had a better warrenty. I have full trust in how Luis works. He stands behind everything that he does. I would not hesitate to have Luis back again.

He checked my air-conditioner and said I didn't need anything at this time but that the contactor is lightly pitted. When he left I looked at the service paper he gave me and it said heavily pitted with pitted underlined. I was not impressed with this service man. I was not outside with him when he checked the air-conditioner.

Everything went very well. We had previously contracted Aire Serv when we purchased a Big Deal for an A/C tune-up. At that time the technician had warned that the condenser motor was getting old and probably had about 6 months left on it. He gave us an estimate, including purchasing a service agreement, and did the tune-up without any difficulties at that time. So when I noticed the A/C wasn't working on 10/2, I wasn't terribly surprised. I called Aire Serv and they were able to get a technician out very quickly. Sure enough, it was the condenser motor that was no longer working and had to be replaced. The technician was quickly able to replace the motor with a new one and the A/C was back up and running. My husband decided to purchase the service agreement ($159) since we were happy with their service. When I arrived home I noticed a green wire poking up from the exterior of the A/C unit, which I had not seen before. A quick call to Aire Serv resulted in an immediate call-back from the technician, who explained that the manufacturer of that particular motor included a ground wire, and that's what I was seeing. I was reassured by the quick response and the simple answer.

We have used Aire Serv (Jim) since October 2011. They also have done some repairs (furnaces and air conditioners). Jim always arrives on time and explains what service he is performing, what he has found and repaired if needed. We will contine to use Aire Serv in the future.
