Service tech showed up on time, inspected the system, had to leave to get parts and returned with another tech to help complete the job. Finished everything thyat evening. System works fine.

I called for an appointment on a Saturday evening, technician-Adam, called me back very quickly and came to our home within the hour. Once there Adam was fabulous! He explained every step of what he was doing and why. Very professional, I would highly recommend this company. The technician was very honest, he could have charged me for a new compressor but instead found a way around it until the compressor completely quite, I was very impressed. Will use this company again, once the compressor does finally quit. I would highly recommend this company to a friend.

It went great. The technician was professional and courteous. Replacing compressor costed over $1800, but I have no experience to judge whether that is a good price or not. So, I left the price rating part N/A, but I am fairly satisfied with all other aspects of the services.

Casey checked out both A/C units and ran diagnostic tests to determine how efficiently they were running.

Chris M. was my service tech. He came on time and was amazing. He knows everything and will teach you everything about air conditioning. Chris went way above my expectations and I will only be calling him if I ever need service again. He showed me everything he was doing and explained in detail why things were happening the way they were. I am 100% satisfied with my service call and highly recommend anyone needing service to call Aire Serve and ask for Chris.

Technician checked out AC system. This was Ok. The bad part was when he quoted outrageous prices for parts.

The service call was completed quickly, yet thoroughly. The representative from Aire Serve Heating & AC called to confirm our appointment in advance, and showed up when expected. He was courteous, professional, and fully explained all work he had completed. He also pointed out some damage to my AC cover from someone standing on it to jump over the common fence so that I could keep an eye out or put a cover over it. I had a great experience and will be using them again this year to clean my AC unit and get me ready for summer.

The service was scheduled the day I called and the technician arrived on time. He quickly identified the problem due to a Freon leak. The leak was fixed and the unit recharged. The work on both units was done on-time, the problem with the 5 ton unit was quickly diagnosed and the leak was repaired.

(1) Could not use coupon "because the homeowner needs to be present to use the coupon". (2) Required credit card info prior to coming out. (3) Did not make the appointment with tenant and did not call to notify of being behind schedule. (4) Failed to call to reschedule. (5) After the inspection the next day, the tech called me and quoted me $162 to replace the $35 thermostat, recall that I am paying for the inspection separately on top of that. I agreed because we needed it repaired and I recognize they need to make money to stay in business. It is TBD if the thermostat was really faulty, stay tuned for after I inspect it. (6) The tech did not leave the invoice with tenant, saying he had to do the "paperwork" at the office. (7) On Wednesday I realize they charged my credit card more than $80 over the quoted amount. (8) On Thursday I call them and they put me on the phone with the tech. The says he will work to correct it and call me back. Never did. (9) On Friday I call again. Tee tells me there will be a credit of $82.35 and it will be posted Friday or Monday at the latest. (10) It is now 9:30 PM Monday. My account is reflecting no such credit. (11) Tomorrow I will have to call the credit card company to deny the charges. (12) Obviously, as a landlord, this is not a way to save time. I would have saved time had I gone out myself in the fist place. (13) Last time I will be using this company.

Usually arrives on time, does work promptly, and quotes a fair price. The Angie's List deals for annual service contracts are worth it.

We were originally scheduled for Friday 8 March 2013. Jeremy called promptly on Friday morning 8 March to reschedule to the the temps being low and making it difficult to properly test our A/C units. We rescheduled for Monday morning 11 March 2013 between 10am and 12pm. Casey called us right around 10am Monday morning and said he was on his way. Casey arrived on time and started his inspections. He was very courteous and put on booties whenever he entered our home.Casey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had a coupon from Angie's List for work but his work was less than the coupon so we just paid cash for that as we had other work to be performed. I asked him if his company did system upgrades for something like a Nest system. He told us they did and asked if we would like to speak to someone. We said yes. He called his office and within and hour Troy came out to speak with us about our needs. Troy has worked up a quote for a zoned "smart" system. The price seems fair. It isn't an inexpensive proposition, but we think it's a lifestyle and comfort issue that's well worth it. We are also working with Aire Serv for a small bit of custom duct work for a new range hood we are installing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. These guys are professionals and know their product and services well. Thank you Angie's List members for a great recommendation!

GREAT! We also had the furnace cleaned by them the year before (2011). They were also out to put in a new fan motor in the other A/C as we have two A/C's.

They were very good, prompt, patient, and kind. Their price was good, and they did a very good job.

Before firing up my furnaces for the very first time, I wanted them thoroughly checked out. That was done and they have worked flawlessly since 11 December.

The receptionist was very polite, even for a 7am call on a Saturday. Chris , the tech, was informative and reassuring. Overall, the experience was great!

when i called airserv, after buying the deal on angie's list, the receptionist didn't know anything about the special, and asked me what it covered! i read from the page i printed what the service entailed, then she said someone will contact us. a message was left that a someone would be at our house the next day. when he arrived he told us that he was there to check out our air/heating unit, but it was not covered by the tune-up special because the temperature had to be above 70 degrees to do a spring tune-up. after checking our unit, he told us we needed a new connector, and charged us $152 for it. I was disappointed by the price, and by the fact the receptionist didn't know what i was talking about, and it was their special on angie's list. thirdly, that they sent someone knowing they wouldn't perform the service we paid, and charging us $152 for a small part. i felt like we were getting ripped off. the serviceman was nice and polite, but i still felt i was conned because of the above.

I bought, I called and scheduled, and they showed up and did the work. I have used Aire Serv in the past and I really like the professionalism of this company from the people you speak to on the phone to the techs that they send out. I especially appreciate that it appears that there techs actually showered the morning of my job.

okay.. only problem was serviceman was delayed by problems at previous scheduled job where he needed assistance to complete.. scheduling office kept me informed on the delay.... when he got to my house he did a very good job

Their technician was really knowledgeable. The job was itself was extensive, but he was very thurough. They are the only ones I will use in the future.
