Items were tested. Results of the tests were discussed with me before replacing the parts.

They gave me a detailed maintenance report. We discussed future action. I was very satisfied. I signed for a contract with them.

It was great. The guy was great, very personable and professional. We were very pleased.

I called Aire Serve on 5/30/2013 to request service, I was given the choice between being fit in whenever possible that day or waiting until the next morning for an appointment. I chose making an appointment for between 8 am-10 am; 10 am came and went without anyone showing up, at 10:15 my husband called to see when a tech would be coming, we were told any that he was delayed and would be there soon. About 10 mins later we received a courtesy call saying the tech would be there in 15 mins. The tech arrived in about 10 mins, he went right to work after getting details from me about what was going on. He spent about 20 min performing diagnostics to no avail, the air conditioner was working flawlessly and without the racket it had been making for about a week. He did determine that the capacitor was operating at about 10% below it's rating and said I could replace if I wanted or wait until it failed. I asked how much longer do I have until failure and he said there was no way he could tell, maybe tomorrow or maybe next year. I quickly did a search online while he continued trying to get my air conditioner to make the noise I described, my search lead me to believe that replacing the capacitor now rather than waiting for it fail would be prudent. I had him make the necessary replacement. At no time did I feel pressured to have any work done and could have had a completely free visit, due to the Angie's List coupon I had. The tech was friendly and informative, he showed me everything he was doing, including being sure to show me the ratings of the parts and the test results. He could at no time determine what was the cause of the noise I had been hearing, mainly because all the test results were normal with the exception of the capacitor, and the unit was actually the quietest of the four (mine and my neighbor's).

Our problem was that the air conditioning unit sat at the opposite end of the house from our guest suite and was not properly cooling the guest suite. In order to make the guest suite comfortable for guests, our master bedroom, which is located next to the unit, had to be over cooled. Aire Serv was recommended to us by a trusted friend so we called them to have them take a look and discuss options. The technician took one look in the attic and recommended a 2-zone zone system as the only option to solve the problem. They explained that they would install two thermostats, the two thermostats could be tweaked to obtain optimal cooling for each area of the house. We proceeded with the work. Because we already had one thermostat, Aire Serve installed only one additional thermostat. We asked that our existing thermostat be moved to a location where is was not directly in the path of one of the main cooling vents. Aire Serve indicated they would charge us an additional $500 plus dollars to move the existing thermostat, although they had installed only one additional thermostat, not two as indicated. They installed the additional thermostat outside the guest suite, so shutting the door to the guest room suite had a detrimental effect on achieving optimal cooling. Due in part to the location of the existing thermostat, the air conditioner unit ran nearly constantly. As soon as one side of the house was cooled, the other side kicked on. This year, we decided to replace our heating and cooling units, as they were going on 13 years old. We had four independent estimates - each one looked at the 2-zone zone system and indicated that the air flow could have simply been tweaked for approximately $500. Our house is one story and is just less than 2000 sq feet. We ended up scrapping the 2 zone system. Our air flow works fine with one unit. I called Jeremy, the manager at Aire Serv, and explained to him what we had been told. Jeremy told me that "everyone needs a 2 zone system", and that he did not agree with the 4 independent opinions. Aire Serv is in the business of selling 2-zone systems whether or not that is what is needed. We are out $2,600 and a year of higher electrical bills because we trusted this contractor to sell us what was needed, not what made them the most money. This is not a trustworthy company - do not let them sell you a 2 zone system without a 2nd opinion.

Adam was on time, courteous, respectful of my home (offered to remove his shoes) and explained all issues that he found and what he would do to remedy the issues. He recharged the freon and I now have a cool home.

Service technician arrived at the appointed time. He was very professional and provided a written record of checks performed. He carefully explained the results of the checks and what to expect and what to watchover for over the course of the coming year's operation. Importantly, he offered suggestions on how to better control cooling cost in our home.

Casey arrived on time and was very respectful of my home. I have white carpet and he immediately put on plastic shoe coverings without being asked. He tuned up both units (I had Angie's list coupons) and told me they were in fine shape. (They are both only a few years old so I expected as much.) I have one old thermostat in the house and he gave me a price to replace it without being pushy about it. (I'd replaced the downstairs one myself and have just been to busy to replace the upstairs one.) He also wrote down the information about each unit which is good because I need it to file for the warranty as he explained to me that the customer has to file the info if the installer didn't and I'm unsure as to wether or not the installer (another company) did. Casey was very personable, professional and honest and I will definitely ask for him when I need service again.

The service tech was friendly he was on time and replace my thermostat with a programmable one. He went out and checked my air conditioner also. I was extremely happy with the job.

the they came on the 5/17/13 gave me quote set up a appointment for the next day they did all the work in one day.three men came out took out all the old equipment . installed all the new equipment . a norther technician came set up all air conditioning equipment. runs great.Thank You Aire-Serv.

Greg was our Service Technician Very professional and knowledgeable explained every thing he had done and what needed to be done. I really appreciated his honesty so far I like this company and I definitely see our family using them from here on. It's hard now a days to find honesty without a price. Thank you.

The tech was able to determine the problem was a faulty light switch that powered the unit in the attic space. The $220 was after the AL coupon of $53. Expensive, but worth it.

It is going terrible! They sent a technician out who was pushy with selling us additional services and he wanted to charge me $49.00 for a maintenance visit!!! This is a brand new unit and they are trying to sell us a $600 air duct cleaning service that we don't want! Just maintain my brand new unit for the $99 I am paying you yearly and that is it! I don't need any other services! I will let you know if I do. We wanted to get our air filters changed, which is part of the services that we are paying yearly for. They now want to charge us an additional $49.00 for a service fee. I hate to change companies, but this is rediculous. I called and the receptionist told me she would call her manager to see if they could waive the service fee, but never called me back. I called again the following week and talked to the same receptionist, and was told the same thing! I will call my manager and get back to you, but never received a phone call!!! This is furiating and frustrating! It took me a long time to get a hold of them after leaving a message. I needed an air filter replaced and they owner has a lousy attitude and service. Some of the technicians that came out tried to sell us air duct cleaning but we have a new heating system.

I was impressed in that I had actually forgotten about this but got a call from them asking me to set up an appointment.

Chris was our technician. He arrived pomptly as promised. Chris was very professional and helpful in explaining our options and the cost for each. When we decided what we could afford, he completed the repairs and we are very pleased with the results. We like to use companies in Henderson because we want to support local businesses rather than big chains. We are glad to have found another local company gving good service.

Arrived on time and proceeded immediately with the service. Thoroughly checked my systems explaining all potential issues that MAY need to be addressed in the future.

Aire Serv came on time and professional and had the problem dignosed within 10 minutes and even took pictures before removing an improperly installed componant that was fried due to poor installation.I was amazed when I told my tech Chris that I had already been thru 3 contractors and was a disabled vet and didnt have alot of money to fix this as im on a fixed income with a wife and 3 yr old daughter.He showed me the part was about $275.00 and called the owner and the owner asked what I could afford and only charged me $100.00 after all the h*** I went thru last summer dealing with substandard companies thru American Home Shield.I couldnt be happier and would recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!My air now works flawlessly and when I need it!!! Had some trouble with scheduling but once service tech was here he was great. Felt he did a good job and checked everything for us.
