Outstanding company. From Kelly (took call) to Josh (tech) , absolutely professional. From the time Kelly answered the phone, I knew they were top notch. Friendly, highly skilled people. Worst summer heat, and still we called at 7:30 and they were here at 9:00. Josh was a clean, highly skilled tech in clean uniform. Fair repair cost ($214).

I call six air conditioning companies listed in the Yellow Pages here in Las Vegas. None said they currently repair swamp coolers. The sixth repairman suggested I go on-line, which I did. Angie's List listed four companies that did swamp cooler repair.

All went well, and air conditioning working well.

Robert was so professional from start to finish. I signed up for the yearly air service. The price is good and you get excellent service.

I made contact in the evening, and heard back within a few minutes. The technician arrived within 45 minutes of my call, diagnosed the problem promptly and repaired it. I felt the price was reasonable.

The technician, Charles, was efficient. Explained what needed to be done in the future to keep the unit in excellent shape.

Charles came out about 1.5 hours after being called on a Sunday. He was very professional and did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing our non-working a/c system. I never felt pressured to purchase anything that was not required. He was professional and personable and offered us tips to save money in the future. I felt he was very honest with us and when he left the a/c was working as good as new. My only complaint concerns pricing. Each customer can decide for themselves if their prices are acceptable. Specifics are...the capacitor was replaced at a cost of $214 including installation which took 15 minutes. The amazon price for the part was about $20. Two fuses were replaced at a cost of $184 and took 5 minutes to install. I am sure the amazon price was much less. 1 lb of r22 freon was added in 10 minutes at a cost of $100. The coils were hose cleaned without additional charges. Another capacitor was checked and found to be within specs and there was no charge. My total bill was $498. Charles was here about 1 hour. I thought it was high but the work definately needed to be done and they were prompt so we authorized it and paid when the work was done. Again, I feel they were honest and none of the charges were a surprise because I was told the cost before work was completed. I would use this honest, prompt, and competent contractor again. I am sure less honest repair people would have suggested work that would have cost more than I paid to have the job done right and only fix the things that really needed fixing. Thanks Charles for your good work, you are an asset to your employer and customers.

I made an appointment for between 10:00 to 12:00 and the technician showed up right on time at 10:15. He spent a good 90 minutes making sure are system was working at peak efficiency and was super professional. He never tried to pressure us into buying anything extra like most companies do and I really like that.

Aire Serv was prompt and professional and willing to even help us put in a new air filter. They finished quickly and emailed us a copy of the invoice and the inspection report.

I am very satisfied. customer service is great. the technician, Truman is respectful and did a good job.

Technician arrived punctually. It was a technician who had services our AC units before, so he was familiar with the units, what repairs had been done previously, and what the annual tune-up would require. He performed a multi-point check on each of the three outside units to include electrical power system, fan system, coolant levels, etc. He checked each of the air handlers which are located in the attic in two different locations. This required climbing a ladder, removing an access panel, and hoisting up into the interstitial space. He checked the air handler blower performance, settings, and the filter of each of the three units. He also used an infrared temperature detector to check the output at each vent. He finished in less than an hour.

Did not detect that infuser needed replaced.

Got a lot of info about future problems and estimated cost.

Both times (A/C in the spring and heating in the fall), the Aire Serv team provided professional and timely assistance with every step of the process from scheduling the appointment to conducting the service. The technician called to give a heads up before arrival, showed up on time, and gave great advice. I will employ Aire Serv for my annual A/C and heating maintenance needs.

fantastic - they estimated 6 to 8 hours and they sent two techs and got it done within the estimate - special thanks have to go to Charlie, the lead tech for his patience, explanations of features & smartphone setup help for the new thermostat that was part of the package - and, of course, his overall management of the entire job - this was an expensive job but the owner and Charlie worked with me to bring that cost down to something i could agree to - i don't think it is appropriate to publicize my final cost so i will not include it in this review .

Overall very good experience. Technician(s) arrived within pre-arranged time frame ( both times). Provided estimate. Due to the cost and age of the system, purchased new furnace and air conditioning system which was installed the next day. Professional and pleased with the workmanship.

I'm moving in to a new home and it has 2 units. I'm going to have them come in and service them as soon as I move in, or in the spring, right before the summer heat.

Used before and made sure I kept their number for future service. Always professional, always nice, always fair.
