Adam Thompson was the gentleman that serviced my A/C unit. Although we had some minor trouble getting the work scheduled, he was very professional. I left him alone to do the job and was very impressed how detailed he was. I would recommend Aire Serv Heating & Air condition

AC quit evening of 7/26. Searched Angie's on 7/27. Aire Serv was my second estimate. Although Aire Serv's price was slightly higher than my first estimate the way I was treated by the technician, Chris, is what made the difference. He knew what he was doing, knew what to check, explained things so I could understand what happened, explained what would be needed for the repair and how the repair would be made. Additional services were performed at no additional cost. Chris was on time for the estimate and actually early for the repair. There was no attempt to try to get me to purchase anything I didn't need.

The work was done on schedule but within one month one of my units had failed and leaked out all the refrigerant. Supposedly this was an anomaly, not installation error or inferior product selection. The fixed the problem but one can't be too happy when a brand new a/c unit fails within one month. No offer to replace a defective unit was ever offered. The sales person was competent and agreeable, but other than Troy I can't recommend any of the others with any certainty.

Woke up this morning with no air conditioning upstairs..called Aire Serv at 7am and explained our problem. Chris, our serviceman called back promptly and told us he could be at our home by 9:30am. He was on time and diagnosed and repaired our air conditioner in 15 minutes. We were very satisfied with his work and will asked for him again.

It was very good. The warranty took care of it. They were very good. They were excellent!

My AC unit failed during a home inspection. I believe the home inspector accidentally caused some of the wires to come loose at the thermostat during his inspection but rather than loose the sale of the home due to an AC issue, I called Aire Serve. I'd used them before the they are very professional. Aire Serv was onsite within 1 hour of calling on a very hot day and did an excellent job of repairing the AC. I explained to the receptionist that a home inspection was in process, the buyer was on his way over and she got a tech out right away. I appreciated the quick arrival and the work was excellent. The tech explained everything he was doing, tightened the wires and recommended adding Freon and changing a capacitor. I thought the pricing was a little high but with the buyer and inspector sitting in the kitchen, it was worth the price not to lose my sale ! I will use Aire Serv in the future !

They were on time, did the work they said they would, and gave me a great discount. They were easy to get in touch with and sent out two technicians. I am happy with them.

The tech did a great job. He explained everything as he went along, gave me different options, and fixed my A/C unit. He did only what was needed to save me money.

Our air conditioning unit died on us on Sunday, we called Aire Serv and they came by mid morning on Monday. David was very professional, explained our options. He did not try to push a new unit, stating that he could replace the part, but if it goes out again, it would indicate a bad compressor. We were happy with that, had him replace the part. He also added freeon, and it now runs cooler than before. We actually had to turn up the air by a couple degrees. When honesty and quality of service is such a rarity now days, this company has BOTH. I just referred Aire Serv to my son as they are having issues with their unit. I am confident they will be as happy as we are with their service.

The night before our early morning flight out of town, my husband noticed that the air conditioning had been running longer than usual and it didn't seem to be getting any cooler in the house - and all my Las Vegas peeps know what that means. But what can you do at 1:00am? Finish packing and call to make a service appointment after you get to the airport... sigh. I called and spoke to Barb, who was pleasant and a little surprised that I wanted an appointment a week in the future. Appointment set, and Aire Serv has 2 hour windows instead of the more usual 4 hour, that was a plus. I mentioned the Angie's List coupon and Barb said she would make a note of it for the technician. My service window was 8-10am today. A little before 10, service tech Troy is at the door. He is pleasant and professional, asks a few questions about what I knew of the AC problem. He heads out to the ground unit, diagnoses a failed capacitor and replaces it. A few minutes later, lovely cool air is once again filling the house. Troy prepares the invoice (which has the note about the Angie's List coupon) and also suggests the maintenance contract offered by Aire Serv; no hard sell

Our AC unit stopped working and through Angie's List - I found Aire Serv and called them. they came same day. Gave my husband their honest and professional opinion which my husband appreciated. They were very honest and straight forward of what needs to be done. Gave us options and never pressured us to choose ... just honest facts. They work fast. Overall - they were great and their number is on our speed contact's list already. My husband likes the fact that they know what they are doing, very knowledgeable. Just a small thing, though - the only thing I didn't like was when I called to inquire, I provided my husband's cell number as the main contact number for scheduling, questions and everything ... I think I gave them my husband's number every time they call my cell and they confirmed that they have his number. But for some reason - they keep calling me ... I was at work and had meetings that's why I gave them my husband's number ... but still no matter how much I repeat that they should call my husband - they still kept on calling me ... small thing but I hope instructions like this would be taken into detail next time ... Also the first time I called - I was practically yelling on the phone because the girl I spoke with still couldn't hear or understand me and have to repeat the same information over and over again ... At first I thought it was my phone but when I called someone else right after - that person can hear me just fine. Again - it might just be the phone connection but it is irritating to repeat the same info over and over again when you know you're speaking clearly, you can hear the other person on the line just clearly and yet she still asks you to repeat the same info because she said the connection was bad ... But again - overall - service was awesome. The staff that went over to our house was very knowledgeable, straight-forward, nice and very professional. We will definitely use them again.

After David fixed the unit he suggested that I might want to start thinking about purchasing a new system since mine is 18 years old. He provided information as to all my options and the cost for each without pressuring me in any way. When I decide to replace my air conditioner I will definitely call Aire Serv again.

He aslo showed where the wear and tear was on my unit and what I need to look out for. He was very profressional and very informative. I would use them again if I had any more issues.

It was scary having my AC unit go out on me at the end of June in Vegas. I called Air Serv and there technician, David C, came out immediately. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor. He did what looked like a regular inspection of the whole unit and showed me where the wear and tear was. He told me what to expect in the future and answered all my questions. I will use this company again if I have any more issues.

Crane removed old a/c and installed new a/c in a very short time. Tech came out and set up a/c. Tech was friendly, helpful and did a great job.

They were great company. It was fine. I called them just to service the air conditioner and he told me that the front air conditioner has very high amperes when it started out. The air conditioner was 18yrs. old. There was no pressure at all; that's what I like. He said it's my choice; we can replace it now or try to get through the summer. If you replace it now I get a thousand dollars off rather than the thing going through the summer. I like the fact that there was no pressure. I like the choice. He showed the different prices on the air conditioner. He left everything up to me.
