Jeremy the general manager answered the phone and set up a timely appointment he kept his promise and showed up exactly as agreed. He not only examined the roof but made some really good suggestions about how we could save more money and help the unit operate more efficiently I felt like he was really looking out for us. He took pictures of the areas of recommendation so that we as lay people could see what and why he was making the suggestions. We noticed that one of our units was not cooling on a Sunday afternoon. After finding Aire Serv on Angie's List, we noticed they had 24 hour emergency service. They really do, and they're quite responsive. An extremely professional technician, Adam T., showed up exactly when he said he would, quickly assessed the problem and scheduled a return for the following day to effect the repair. Adam is probably the best service provider we have ever encountered and we have lived in multiple locations throughout the US. He was polite, neat, thorough and honest. In a word ... IMPRESSIVE.

A/C Units were checked in June. Furnace Units checked in October. Technicians were very courteous, professional and on time. Scheduling an appointment was easy and had many days available (as opposed to other companies that told me up to 5 weeks before they had anything available).

We had a burning smell when the AC unit came on which is why I paid for the $88 dollar annual service which included cleaning that was offered on Angie's List. I paid for both units so $176, but when the tech got here he said it was going to be an additional $800 to clean the units. We were able to negotiate him way down, which that in itself tells me they are shady.

It was great. It was all covered in the deal. They were prompt. They came when they said they would and fixed it.

I called to ask some questions about the type of service, what is included in a tune up for an electric furnace. I got no answers, they did, however, want a lot of my personal information and $90 for a diagnostic check up. when I asked what that consisted of, the girl on the phone could not answer, but continued to ask me for my name, phone number, address zip code and still would not/could not answer even the simplest question about their service. Again and again I inquired about what they do during this check up and more specifically could they clean the fan blades within the furnace b/c I think the previous occupants of this house cooked with a lot of grease and I smell an odor, could this be done, I asked? still, no answer. They need to put someone with a smidgen of knowledge and caring and ability to speak to other humans on their phones. otherwise why bother? not impressed. Just give them your money and then you may find out something, who knows? Would not recommend. do recommend you pound your head into a wall, would be more pleasurable than talking to their "customer care"

The service was fine. We did not pay more than the $49 Big Deal. They came out and did their job.

Found a couple of items that need to be fixed by spring

In recent weeks we developed a leak around a light fixture in the ceiling of the hallway if we turned the temp on the A/C down below about 85. I called my son who does A/C work but he lives in another state. He told me what the problem most likely was and about how much it should cost to take care of it. I called Aire Serve and they made an appointment to come out. The tech came out and was prompt and courteous. He put covers on his shoes to make sure he didn't make a mess on the floor. He went out and inspected the A/C unit itself and went into the attic to inspect the equipment there. He agreed that it was possibly the problem my son had cited of the drain line being clogged. He cleaned that out and advised that there has been previous work done on the unit in the attic and it may need to be raised to improve the drainage if the cleaning of the drain didn't work. So for it is working fine. They honored the coupon for the "Free Service Fee". I felt they did a good job and would recommend them and use them again for sure.

I called and was provided a tech the same day. Within a couple of hours. Adam was very nice. He checked everything and it turned out to be a very minor repair. I highly recommend this company.

Troy called to say he was on his way. He arrived and went straight to work. He was professional yet courteous. He stated that I needed a part, so I invested in the service agreement for a discount on the price. He installed the new part, and the air conditioner is working at peak efficiency. UPDATE: I have found that the service they provide is very good to excellent. I have "zones" in my house, and they were able to fix the zone problem at a very reasonable price. The check-ups are thorough and give me peace of mind. Thanks! UPDATE 9/2015: I just purchased another service contract with them. They last time that Adam came out, he said that I might need a major part for my AC. In Vegas, AC is not a luxury, but a necessity, so if I need it, I will get it. They always arrive on time and get to the job, no problems. I recommend their services to anyone who needs HVAC work.

The technician Adam Thompson is especially highly recommended. He answered all my questions and was never impatient. He was courteous and obviously very knowledgeable. He gave me confidence in what he was doing. He made no mess and was organized and efficient.

Summer is the worst time in Vegas to have air conditioning problems...because everyone else has them too! Air Serve sent a technician out to me the afternoon after my call. Bryan was my technician and he was very polite and courteous, he explained everything to me. My unit was at least 12 years old so it was no surprise that I needed a new one. They were great overall...clean, efficient and hard working. Bryan spent the WHOLE day in a very tight, hot attic space! Plus, they did me a very nice favor when their inability to get to me on the scheduled date required a lot more expenditure on my part. There was only one thing that bothered me. Because I don't have $5,000 laying around, I used their financing. (which is a credit card with a very high interest rate) I didn't feel comfortable giving every bit of my personal financial information over to the technician on a piece of paper, so I asked if I could speak personally to the owner who was doing the financing with the bank. I felt much better about telling him on the phone. But when all work was done, the technician was in possession of papers with my most sensitive info written right on them! I know there has to be a more secure way of accomplishing this...it was very unprofessional and dangerous in this day of identity theft.

I told him my A/C didn't seem to be functioning properly. He told me I needed a new motor and that it would cost around $500. He told me he couldn't guarantee how long it would work; a week, a month, maybe a year. He treated it as a service call, and not an A/C tune-up as advertised.

Everything turned out good. Scheduling was very good and they were good to work with. They showed up when they said they would and everything was just fine.

Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning serviced an air conditioner attached to the casita. I was very pleased with the service provided by the technician, Troy. He was punctual, courteous, and professional. I would use the company again, and would refer them to family and friends.

Everything was handled very professionally, I was able to pay by CC over the phone.

We had company visiting from out of the country and discovered that the air conditioner in their bedroom areas were not working. It was just before July 4th and 111 degrees. I called them that morning and they worked us into their schedule that same day. By evening our guests were able to use their bedrooms again.

Had a conversation with the office. Had to get back to me with a date and time. Office called back and told me between 10:00 and 12:00 noon on 7/31/14. No one showed up so by 12:45am, I called the office. Was told that they could not get in touch with me for a confirmation so that is why the technician did not come out. How would I have a time if they couldn't get in touch with me. I told her that we did confirm by phone. Was a little upset by this time. She told me that she would get the technician out when he finished the call he was on. The technician did not arrive at my house until after 5:00pm. The technician, Adam Thompson, I believe that is his name, was fantastic. He was very professional and friendly. Even with it being over a 100 degrees he didn't cut corners. I would recommend him again but because of the experience we received from the office, I would never use this company again. If they were over booked and had service calls that needed to be met, if they explained that when I called, I may not of liked it, but would have understood it. But to come up with that she could not confirm my times, no, don't accept that. So we wasted an entire day, for this checkup. Again I want to state that the technician was great.

I have used them before and I have been satisfied. That Big Deal turned out just great! They always show up when they said they are going to show up. They call head of time if there are any issues. They do what they say they are going to do. The quoted price ends up being the ending price. The technician is careful in the home and he even wears little booties to make sure he doesn’t bring anything in. We had some issues with the unit, but the technician was able to take care of that for us. The AC unit has been operating more efficiently than it was before. Since the repair we have gotten the AC bill and the bill was less than the prior month

They were here on time, but when I questioned about the service charge, he told us that is how it is. I don't fully understand why I am paying a service charge, because the whole purpose to come out is to fix this issue. I also noticed that it was never made clear in the fine print or anywhere in this deal that I would have to pay an additional $59.00 for a service call either. Additionally, it was very difficult to stay informed on everything that they were doing. I asked for the list of all of the properties that I had bought services for, and they told me that the computer system was down, and they would provide me that information later, and I still haven't received any updates.

NV Energy's inspector told me about their Check me plus program. For each energy saving unit of WCC installed, NV Energy will pay $80 rebate, plus $70 rebate for any coolant needed. Homeowner only need to pay $40/unit out of pocket. I chose Aire Serv based on excellent Angie's List report. 2 WCC was installed for the 2 split AC/gas heat units, and a WCC was installed for the heat pump unit in the casita on 4/25/14. In early June, the Check me plus inspector engaged by NV Energy came to my house inspecting the work. He found that a heat bypass relay to the WCC for the heat pump should have been installed, so that I do not freeze in winter. I called Aire Serv about this remedial work immediately and was told that they'll get back to me. They finally called me 2 weeks ago, after they received a notice of pending suspension from NV Energy. A bypass relay was installed 7 days ago. Things went wrong as soon as the technician left. The AC would not shut off. The casita would be cooled to 65 degrees, even when I set the thermostat to 88 degrees. I called the company the following day and the technician returned 2 days later. After spending another 3 hours, he decided that the relayed installed 3 days ago was defective and replaced it. Although there is no additional charge for the relay installation, I wasted 5 hours (2 on the first day and 3 on the 2nd day) and lost the use of my casita (used as my home office) for 3 days. My request for a future free service call, as a goodwill compensation for my inconvenience was flatly refused by the manager Jeremy this morning. He feels that customer's time and inconveniences due to omission to install a needed relay and that the installation of malfunctioning parts are normal in his line of business.

He came on time, and was very professional, and did a great job. I was so impressed that I put them on contract to service both of our AC/swamp cooler units twice a year. Aire Serve does a great job.

The employees name was Adam. He was very clear about the problem we had and actually showed us what was wrong. He informed us as to what exactly the problem was and what improvements could be had by fixing. He even told us the right way to clean our screen as well. Very professional, hard working, and knowledgeable.

They could not do anything, because my air conditioner gave out, before they got here, so just replaced the whole thing.
