They were great and kind of nice really. I don't have to worry if there's anything going on with the air conditioning and the heating for that matter. I had to schedule it in conjunction with the getting colder on one of my properties I have for rental. We kind of time it, We test the heater in November sometime and test the air conditioning in May. The heating is a little bit easy to check but I think they did a thorough job. It was my first time to use them and I actually did it based on Angie's List because I wanted something that had a lot of good reviews and was consistent over years of time. They were more than willing to coordinate it between myself and the tenant. I gave them the number of the tenant and they were able to schedule stuff. They let me know what was going on and when they were going to do it and when it was done. I don't think the price is outrageous but I think its in line with everybody else. They were very professional and they went a little bit beyond my expectations. I'm using them now and I will continue to use them.

Called around noon and they could get someone to me as quickly as 14:30 the same day. The operator was concerned it was too early, but it was the perfect time! I was surprised (and grateful) they could get someone to us so quickly! Adam showed up pretty much right at 14:30. He was very friendly and really made understanding what was happening easy. He even made sure my husband was okay with going on the roof (where the unit is) so he could show him the problems. He even took pictures of what was wrong in case my husband was not comfortable up there. They even have a policy to show you the cost of the parts so you know they were not trying to get more money. We will use them again with not only how soon they could fit us in, but their professionalism was top notch.

It worked out just fine. We negotiated going back and forth for me to buy a replacement unit for it and they gave me a really good price on the replacement unit. I bought it on a Tuesday and on Wednesday they were out here installing and it works great. It was clean and it was nice. I had actually in the year bought one of the deals to have my heater done and they had told me my heater was original equipment too, which means it was 23 years old though it was working. So when we negotiated the deal I got both the heating and air conditioning unit replaced, both of them original to the house built in 93. And they work great and I couldn't be more pleased, everything was clean when they left, all the mess was hauled off. It's awesome. Their willingness to work with me as a customer and then just to check their work stands out. They said they'd show up and they showed up.

Serviceman Mark Gilliam did a complete service on my AC unit and recommended an Advantage Plan for one year at an affordable price. He was very courteous and efficient. This is the professional you want to take care of your needs! I will make sure Mark is the man who services my needs every time. Thank you Mark...see you this Fall!

They showed up on time and they took about 30 minutes to do the job. I would not recommend them.

Arrived on time; courteous; explained the results of the inspection. Couldn't aske for more.

Before the technician showed I was contacted by the office to say about who and what time the technician would be at the house. Adam arrived a few minutes before the dispatcher said he would. From the beginning he was very professional, he explained everything he was going to do. When he took the temperatures inside he said they were very good. He invited me to come outside and watch what he was doing and answer any questions I might have. upon taking off the cover of the first AC unit we both saw burned wires and electric arcing on the switch relay. Even though we found this, he was able to accomplish all tune his up checks and finding nothing else wrong with this unit. When he was inspecting the second unit, he found a capacitor going bad with it. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done on each unit and the cost associated with them. He also had the parts on his truck. I authorized the repairs and he was done working in the time frame he gave with both units given good bill of health. Thank You to Adam and the whole Aire Serv team for there professionalism.

We have several A/C units in our commercial building and needed to service them to prepare for the brutally hot summer. Chis showed up for the appointment on time and ready to work. He quickly identified an issue with one of our units and recommended a fix which he did. He also serviced all of our additional units and provided a very detailed reciept. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and overall did a good job. We were happy with the service he provided. We would hire him again.

He checked the heater but did not explain well.

I contacted Angie's List on Saturday March 28, 2015 looking for Air conditioning service. I chose the highest rated provider. It was stated they would contact me within 2 business days. Monday, March 30, I called the provider and inquired if they had received my request. The lady I spoke with was unaware of any order from Angie's List, but did offer to send someone to my residence for an ADDITIONAL $89. I declined that offer and nearing the close of the second business day, there is still no contact from Aire Serv Heating and air conditioning. Ergo, I am not happy with Aire Serv.........

It went excellent. They found one minor problem and he came back just the other day and fixed it.

The gentlemen was one time and was able to check the system quickly and install a new part that was needed.

Ruben the technician, was very polite and courteous and explained what he was going to do and answer a few questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable and I was very please with the service. Will highly recommend this company

Excellent experience with this company from the time they came out and did an estimate {Serv Tech Don} to actually scheduling the appointment/signing contracts. Our Service Tech the day of the appointment was Mark Gilliam and we couldn't be happier!!! He was right on time and greeted us with a smile. He placed sheets down everywhere not to track dirt into our home and put on professional shoe covers as well. My appointment was at 8:00am and he/ service partner did not leave until 8:00pm that evening. Our crawl space was challenging and took much effort to revamp while properly fitting all the products, piping, brackets and everything else required for a new Ac/heating system. When they delivered the actual unit they needed to schedule a crane to haul the piece up and over our wall. This also took a while but the men were patient & knew it would be a longer day than expected. Both gentlemen worked right through lunch & we even offered them food, as homeowners we felt bad. Mark explained, "he was just doing his job!" Also I want to add Mark is a very polite, down to earth, very friendly guy--the perfect professional & representation for this company. He explained he was fairly new but absolutely is all about customer serving & pleasing his clietns- he explained everything from top to bottom. He made us feel super comfortable & a well trusted individual. The other things I respected about Mark's work was that he properly installed the unit tying all wires/cords and making everything neat & sodder perfectly. After the crawl space job Mark had cleaned up everthing with a shop vac unit {although everything was covered with sheets in our closet he still cleaned up tiny messes}. I would highly recommend Mark for your Service Tech needs. As far as the other guy he worked with-after 8:00pm he was out of here-he didn't explain to us all that went on with his performances and left abruptly which I agree was a truly long day but we were still clients & felt that was a bit unprofessional especially when spending that amount of money we would have liked to see the end result of his work. If we even had questions -- he was gone without even a goodbye. However, I do trust that his work was good. With that being said-Mark took us on the grand tour of the unit installed & showed us how to work everything. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry to get things done & even contacted us the next day to make sure we were okay with everything offering his number for any questions we may have in the future. Wow! An all around great guy & a true asset for this company, as he really cares about his appointments & people in general. Total professional, excellent service! Unfortunately, they didn’t have the Braeburn thermostat in stock, and they had to install a different one which malfunctioned shortly after installation. However, the company did send someone out the same day that I called about the problem, and I had another type of thermostat installed free of charge. This new thermostat hasn't caused any issues.

It was fine. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Last August I had Aire Serv replace my Air Conditioning unit and spent about $5,000. When I started using the heat this winter, the unit only worked 2 weeks when it stopped. Aire Serv came out promptly and fixed it. Two weeks later it stopped again! I was not a happy girl. I felt like I had spent so much money on this and I was very frustrated that I had a unit that was inoperable. Ruben was my technician and he is a true gentleman. He and Jeremy were very concerned that I be a happy, satisfied consumer. They ultimately fixed the problem at no charge and and did a little something extra that made me very happy! I am so pleased that there is still an honest company on the face of this earth that cares so much about the consumer's satisfaction, and will go the extra mile to achieve it! I was truly impressed with Aire Serv, and I will only ask for Ruben from now on, he's the best!

It was fine. I did sign up with them in October for the annual maintenance check-up of the heating and air conditioning when summer comes. That was no problem. That was easy. It worked out very nice. The man who came out was a very nice person. He found the problem very quickly and fixed it. I did question the amount and I talked to the manager to clarify if the amount was correct. The only thing that they had to do was take off a percentage because I was an Angie's List customer. They had forgotten about that. There were no other issues.

They tried to up-sell me and it didn't work out well. For me, I just think they need to be a little more upfront what they are trying to do. I would probably say lousy. They would have performed the service correctly, then the price would have been okay. They looked at the unit and didn't really do anything they said they were going to do and try to up-sell me and out the door they left. The quality was poor.

They were very professional but I couldn't use the deal because I had personal scheduling problems. I called Angie's List to get a refund. I would try to use them again.

Bought additional service from provider. Air conditioner has run without incident for past year.

There was some scheduling confusion and an additional delay so we had to wait half a day for the tech to arrive. Once he got here he did a fine job of checking out our furnace and explaining everything he did. He marketed a smart thermostat but there was no hard sell and the price was fair.

He came the first day and looked at the heaters, fixed them. The next day they were both not working again and he came back . He went into a lot of detail telling us what was wrong and how he would fix it. He said that the parts we needed were no longer made. NOT True!. He claimed he needed to replace the electrical panel and change out all this stuff to get it to work. The cost to fix the upstairs would be $500 and the cost to fix the downstairs would be $1,000. He suggested we replace them both for about $6,000. The repair costs seemed very high to us. And we did not think we would need to replace them. I called another company who came out and replaced some parts for both heaters and it only cost $478. The second company also told us that they did not need to be replaced. There is a big difference between $1500 and $478 to fix the heaters. .
