I had called Aire Serv out to due annual maintenance on my units and they schedule me for Thursday (today is Tuesday). I was happy that they were able to get service schedule so quickly as I sure they are extremely busy with 110 degree temperatures today. I then left the house for a couple of hours and noticed that one of the two a/c units was not working as was the bigger unit that cooled the majority of the house. On top of that I had multiple guest visiting from overseas that were not accustom to the heat. So I called the company and requested an after hours emergency service as it was after hours. The answering service was easy to deal with and told me I would receive a call within 20 minutes. I received a call back in about 5 minutes and was able to get the unit fixed within a couple of hours. Rubin was the tech that repair my a/c and was professional, knowledgeable, courtesy and most importantly honest. He repaired the unit in about 30 minutes and air was working great. I also bought the service contracts on both units as it was a great deal as they were coming out again on Thursday for maintenance. This will be the only company that I use in the future and will recommend them to family and friends. Extremely happy customer.

Just as the 100+ degrees hit, the AC stopped putting out cold air. They were able to come out the next morning. We were concerned that our 15 year old units might have seen the end of life, but, were told one was low on freon and needed recharging. It took a good amount, but it is working perfectly again. They did not bash our units, or try to upsell us on new ones, which makes me confident that when we are ready, they will be the first call. I get tired of the upsell, and appreciated the quick response and friendly service... on time and called ahead as promised.

My contract with Aire Serv includes 2 yearly visits: Furnace in the fall & air conditioner in the spring. The tech that did the air conditioner in May was exceptionally professional, thorough and helpful. The tech last fall who checked the furnace "may" have been just as thorough, but he did not share with me what he had done or shared any written results. My furnace worked fine all winter, but I would have been more comfortable with a copy of his results.

We called Aire Serv at night on a weekend and a tech was there within an hour to evaluate. By 3pm the next day we had ac again! Yes, it was expensive, but we shopped others and our price was in line. They were fast, courteous, professional, and we're very satisfied.

The work & transaction were completed long-distance; I did not see the problems or hear the complete story, although I did talk to the onsite tech who explained (in detail) the problem(s) and the proposed resolutions. In our conversation he mentioned that had my staff working in the house, started the air conditioner, there would have been thousands of dollars of damage to the air condition system. Fortunately no one tampered with it. And Pro Serv could drain the lines, recondition them, and refill them with refrigerant, along with the other cleaning and tuneup tasks. While 995 is less by half of thousands of dollars of repairs, it remains a goodly sum for any home repair. Overall, I would rate them courteous, competent, and very professional. And I would recommend them to others needing HVAC work.

Great service! We hadn't had service done on our HVAC unit in ~10 years. They found 2 parts that were questionable and could have been let go for another year but when it's 115, who wants to find out so we had them changed out. Adam explained why they were questionable and showed me the spec's and meter readings to confirm it was a good decision to have them replaced. The cost of the parts replacement will likely be gained back on reduced power bills during peak summer heat. Good job!

Serviceman was courteous, punctual and clearly knowledgeable. Provided options for items needing attention and avoided the usual "over-selling" and "scare" tactics becoming the norm with many other Providers on the site. Will use again and comfortable referring to friends.

Aire Serv's, Alyssia, cold-called me asking if I wanted to take advantage of a $49 special they were offering. I mentioned I was an Angie's List member and they said I could have their current Groupon price of $29, so I scheduled an appointment. We arrived at a mutually acceptable date and time with service to be performed by Ruben between 10:00 AM to noon on May 6, 2015. Ruben called and left a message 15 minutes before his arrival. He was very courteous and helpful explaining what he would do and how he would access my HVAC unit from the front yard. He arrived in a vehicle marked Aire Serv and wearing a uniform with that logo. He thoroughly explained the work and evaluation of my A/C, patiently answered my questions and made suggestions for efficient use of electricity. He processed my charge payment, got approval and emailed a receipt. He also gave me the service assessment information with specifics on how my unit is operating as a reference.

This was a refreshingly good experience. But some background first. The system was installed by Service First Energy Solutions three years ago in the spring. By the next spring each year since then, the upstairs unit had leaked most of its coolant. The Service First people were nice, but they tried and couldn't find the leak. The second year they tried injecting a sealant for $80.00 but that didn't work. So this year, I checked Angie's list and called AireServ instead. When I made the appointment, I explained the situation and the women said they would send Adam, who was good at finding leaks. She was right. He had experience with these types of units and where they fail. He found the leaks quite quickly. He called someone who looked up the units and confirmed that both parts and labor were still under warranty. The leak in the upstairs unit was in the outdoor coils, which were under warranty. He could have patched it, but then we would have to pay for the coolant (about $500). So we both agreed that we could wait for the part to come in and then everything would be covered by warranty. The leak in the downstairs unit was in the valve they use to add coolant. He replaced the valve right then and refilled the unit with coolant all under warranty. Not only was Adam very knowledgeable, but also very informative and very nice. I highly recommend Adam.

fine, sorry not many details to remember, cost too much but repairs always do. glad he found the burned parts, i knew i had smelled something burning, so glad i did not lose my house.

Ruben showed up on time and was a delight to deal with. He checked out my condenser and cleaned the filter on the return. He also explained to me what he had done and gave me some general information on my condenser and its condition and longevity. (My dog thought he was great, too.) This was an Angie's Deal, and my only complaint is that I had to contact the provider when a few weeks went by without them calling me to schedule.
