Julian was on time for the service call. He took approximately 2 hours to check my heaters. He reported that my broken heater needed a mother board, condenser and service contract(to save $) cost $1300. He also said my 2 units are old and he recommends service repairs ($17k) or replace ($19.5k). I paid $98 for his service call. I call another company for a second opinion. They came the next day. Took 20 minutes to diagnose the problem (bad mother board, condenser was good), cost to repair $750 (with service call) he went to his truck got the mother board and repaired my heater. Total time 40 minutes. This was the week we had the record snow in Summerlin!

Perfect, my technician Derek Thompson was on time to the appointment. Once he arrived he was quick to figure out what the issue was, the fuse was shot. He fixed it within 10 min and we were out of there!

Our heat stopped working, of course right when it's the coldest time of the year. We contacted Aire Serv, and they were fantastic to work with. They initially thought it was our thermostat, but within two weeks, the furnace as a whole quit working. They ended up replacing our furnace and crediting the cost of the thermostat. Our old furnace was past it's recommended age. It turned out to be tough to remove, as it was the original furnace. We suspect it was built before the frame surrounding it. It required cutting into the ceiling drywall, but it was obvious their staff has encountered this in the past, and they showed their experience in dealing with such a difficult situation. You can tell that this is a company devoted to striving for excellent customer service. They answered all questions/concerns we had and made special accomodations to address our issues quickly. They care about the details like wearing booties, covering carpets/furniture, making sure not to do any damage, and performing full cleanup when the work was done. Their technical staff was great to work with, including Jaz, Charlie, Julian and Jiame (sp?). Also, the office staff of Shelly and Ryan also displayed wonderful customer service. Special kudos to Charlie who took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had about the new furnace and removing the old one. We would recommend this company to others for their Cooling/Heating needs. If you are the type of person that likes to do annual maintenance checks, I would also recommend asking about their yearly plans which includes discounts for services, free checkups, and priority scheduling.

The Aire Serv Technician took a few minutes upon arrival so we could first discuss my expectations for his visit. He explained what the 20-points were (from the coupon). We agreed on the work he would do and set the goals first then he brought his tools inside to start work (furnace is in the attic). When I asked, the tech said he was experienced at both residential and commercial HVAC (+10 years). His knowledge of HVAC equipment and particularly, my furnace, and his responses to my queries and the way he explained things led me to feel confident that I made a good choice in going with Aire Serv of Las Vegas. I would hire them again.

I got me a good company now. Their service is outstanding. If I need to get another compressor for the outside I'll be getting it from them. I would recommend them to other people who would ask me about them.

One of the best home repair experience ever. Everything about this engagement was first rate. Our tech, Jeremy, was excellent and we hope to have him as or tech in the future. Jeremy gave a very thorough cleaning to two older units in a house we purchased. He also installed advanced UV filtering on both units. All around great work.

I had an inexperienced just out of school person who had to read the instructions on the heating unit when servicing my unit. He was nice but I would've preferred an experienced person servicing my unit.

It went great. The Tech thoroughly examined my furnace and declared it safe to operate.

Charles and Jaz were able to come to our house the same day we called for service. As new homeowners we were clueless as to why our HVAC heat pump was blowing cold air after being switched to the heat setting. Almost immediately Charles and Jaz were able to find the issue (faulty wiring from the previous owner's DIY handyman work...) and fix it. Along the way they explained everything including how our new home's system worked. Now we have heat for the winter and know a reliable, prompt HVAC company to call again next time we need service. goes smoothly with the installation

It went very well once we contacted them. They were the third HVAC company we called after losing 2 days waiting for the other 2, and they responded right away - out within a couple of hours on a Sunday evening. Called first thing Monday morning with tming on getting a new compressor in and came out with it a couple of days later right after it arrived. Installation went smoothly. We were very pleased!

The technician, Scott arrived promptly and was very professional and friendly. He thoroughly cleared our outdoor unit inside and out and performed all required diagnostic checks. He also replaced some deteriorating plastic fasteners with longer lasting metal ones. The quoted price was what we paid. Excellent service!!

I contacted Air Serve due to my home A/C system not providing cold air on a very hot day. Due to a heavy workload, the tech was scheduled to arrive the following morning. He was delayed by a an earlier appointment but i was notified of the delay and advised of his projected arrival. I also received an email advising me he was dispatched and would be arriving soon. When he arrived, the tech, Bryan, quickly identified the problem and had the necessary part on hand to fix the A/C system. He was professional yet friendly.

Hired ProServ - the rep had good words to say about Jeremy. The price was right but had a good repour with Richard from ProServ over the phone and on visit to view job.

Great, we called Bryan after hours and he was able to make it out to us from the other side of town within an hour. He replaced a part, checked everything out and was on his way!! Great service.
