They're an A+. It was just the price of the "Big Deal" I purchased. I found them on Angie's List. They came out and they were outstanding. Everything worked out because they did some repairs last year. He's just a terrific technician. I was very happy to see the same technician come back. The price was great, the service was great and the technician was great. It was such a perfect fit for us.

Our a/c broke on a Sunday. They came on a Sunday and got it running using spare parts. They Came back the following week with the part that they had to order and repaced motor. I could not be happier. Very professional and accomandating.

Service was good and technician explained what he was doing and what might be needed to improve performance. Cleaned and checked connections, cleaned and inspected coil, check all pressure and Freon readings.

Went very well. Don was very professional and knew what he was talking about. We were just not ready to replace units and they have been working just fine. So we will wait until the Fall

It was late on a Saturday night and couldn't get and A/C company to even answer the phone. I realize that they all were probably slammed with customer calls,as hot as it was. But luckily Aire Serv answered the phone and Mark showed up at 10:30 pm that evening. He was very friendly and I couldn't thank him enough for showing up on such short notice. He told me that he had three more calls to do after mine that night. He was there a total of about 20/30 minutes and everything was back on and working. I'd refer this company to anyone, for them to go the extra mile to help someone out like that. Thank you Aire Serv and Mark.

Seems like a lot of money but Freon is like gold I guess. Aire Serv was less than other quotes though, so I am happy. Mark, an awesome tech, gave me tips on how to maintain a clean outside unit. That was helpful. He explained everything he was doing and didn't rush the job. I will definitely use this company and ask for Mark if I need work in the future.

It went great. Don was the best air conditioner service person we have found yet. We were totally satisfied with the work, his attitude and the company. We would not hesitate to recommend them again. And the price was a terrific bargain.

Initial appointment: Service man, Don, was early. My A/C had been off since the night before and he had the problem diagnosed rapidly. With the compressor broken, the old unit (12 years old) needed to be replaced. All options were discussed, and I decided on a new unit. Don checked with the office, and instalation was set up for the next day, July 8, between 12 and 2pm. The team arrived at about 1pm, and instalation was completed fairly rapidly, considering parts had to be crafted to make the new unit work on my 29 year old house. I have used Aire Serv for years, and have never been dissapointed.

A hot week in Vegas, and sure enough, my downstairs AC unit stopped working the week before a long, 4th of July weekend. I had guests coming into town, so really needed to get this handled immediately. I called in the morning, and they had me scheduled later that same day. Granted, it was a 5-7pm window, but I was totally ok with that. Around 4:45p, I received a call from dispatch to inform me he was running just a bit late, but he would definitely be there. He still showed up within the assigned window, had the problem diagnosed and repaired in about 15 minutes. Then, he did a full system tune-up on the both systems. They both were a bit low on freon, and he added that, washed the outside units down with the hose, and just made sure everything was in tip-top shape. The contract I purchased also gets me a fall system check of my furnaces. I would highly recommend these guys. They are properly staffed in the heat of summer, and kept me informed all along the way. I didn't feel like he was looking for ways to charge me for additional work, and was very pleased with the overall impression this company makes.

the office dropped the ball by taking and scheduling my service call, but then failed to dispatch anyone to come fix it. It was supposed too be 4-6pm finally after several calls, Chris came to the rescue around 10PM and fixed the problem and we were back getting cool air by 11PM. Thanks Chriss

Good service, figured out a difficult and somewhat subtle electrical problem.

We were told it would take 4 hours, and it did. It was extremely hot, but they installed the compressor with professionalism. We are so happy with AireServ that we signed a yearly maintenance agreement.

The unit is running very good and Reuben is a plus for the company. We used AireServ in Hernando, MS and that is the main reason we went with them here in Henderson,NV. We were already used to the good service they provide and will be using them in the future for our yearly inspections on heating and A/C systems.

Did great job diagnosing our A/C problems and during this weekend's heat wave in Vegas, Mark was on time, & he did excellent service with a great "can do" & courteous manner! this is now my "go to" A/C company and Mark is my "go to" guy for all A/C , Heating services!

Called Aire Serve because of reviews on Angies List. My tenants A/C had been blowing hot air and I wanted to get it taken care of as soon as I could. The contractor came out and said there was high pressure and that changing out the freon would fix it. This is after his "diagnostic" so I would expect this would be all. The quote was for around $750. $220 for the first 3 pounds of freon $220 for the 4th pound and the rest for labor or whatnot. I looked on angieslist and freon should not cost that much and told him so. He said he could "ignore" the last pound for a quote of $480. Desperate to get my tenant and his newborn out of the heat I agreed to this outlandish price. Since then I have found another listing on AngiesList for freon + tuneup at $50 per pound. So I get a call from him after the work is done saying its fixed it can cool BUT ..... the fan is slow and the pressure is high. Well.... wasnt the pressure high before? Did that get fixed? Was the fan slow before? Did that get fixed? He quoted me another 500 for the fan and almost 200 for cleaning the coils and 200 for labor. I said no. So why didnt this get diagnosed? It did, it just got completely overlooked and was not explained to me before starting "repairs." So I paid 480 dollars for a diagnostic + repair which netted me a time bomb waiting for another $1000 fix. Thanks Aire Serve, I would have just replaced this if you didn't want to prize gauge me. So since the followup repairs were highly recommended since he was afraid the system would break down soon, I wanted to know about the warranty on this repair. 3 months warranty...... on the freon? How do you even put a warranty on the freon. If you make a repair and walk away knowing you left a time bomb. A warrantly on FREON is comepletely useless. Aire Serve you wasted my time and $480 because of your incompetent diagnostics. I am not looking to get my entire condenser unit replaced and you will not have my business. Oh right! When i first called, I had asked for quotes on a new unit. You decided you wanted to repair it and for $480 I conceded. Thanks for all the extra problems you gave me.

General checkup of furnace and AC unit, included in $88 Angies List package. Don was extremely professional, and answered any questions I had, including options for other services and their costs. I did not feel pressure selling like I have had from some past AC/Heating companies used. I did have an unusual burning smell from one of my vents, and he was unable to determine what could be causing it. Did not give pricing an 'A', simply because I looked up online about the part replaced, and it's only a $30 part that takes 5 min to diy. I am happy for the most part with Aire Serv and plan to continue to use them for my AC/Heating needs for the future.

Everything the service entailied was completed

The technician showed me the process, gave me recommendations, and was very courteous and professional.

Set appointment for AC tune-up. When they came to fix it, he left the hot air going, and said that we needed a new unit. He left my mom hot with only a fan, and she is 83 years old. It just needed a tune up. It was working before he got here. I don’t want them to come back. I want my money back. He was supposed to be here between 10-12, and he got here at 2pm.

Was satisfied with the service. The work was done efficiently. All questions were answered completely.

I bought their AL package to service my 2 A/C and heating units twice a year. They've been out a couple times now. They are profession, check everything out and tweak what's necessary to keep things in good working order, providing peace of mind. This last time, they installed something on one of the A/C units to address an issue that was causing power ramp-ups and strain on the system. He explained it all and only put it on one unit because the other one was not having the same issue.
