Tech was polite and efficient. Went very well.

I received a call around 7:30AM to inform me tech was on the way. Approximately 15 minutes later, I received another call informing me the same. Finally the tech called and said he was caught in traffic and would arrive in approx.15 minutes. This was not a problem because they had given me a window from 8-10AM. Tech arrived and informed me of the services he would be performing and went to work. After inspecting unit, he walked me through all the system checks, everything was OK. He also performed a CO2 inspection after coming down from attic. He returned everything to normal status. Tech was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I had purchased this agreement from Angie's List in May 2015 and it included AC and Heater checks for $88. Good deal!

We would definitely use them again. Very satisfied.

There wasn't really anything they could do for me. It was quite high that's why I didn't have any work done with them. They were detailed about the explanation of the stuff they wanted to do. It was something I could do myself.

The company called me immediately and set up the appointment for the next day. The technicians showed up and inspected my air conditioning units. Unfortunately, one of my units needs a motor replaced - I knew this because it had stopped working the day before (units are 15 years old). I was quoted a price for the motor replacement and also shown several different options for replacement units. At this time, I have not repaired or replaced the unit.

We were told the Appt was between 8AM and 10AM -at 8:02 we received a call the Tech was on his was. He shortly arrived and immediately began his review. Was courteous, professional and thorough. Reviewed both the AC and furnace, checked for carbon dioxide, etc. made recommendation on possibly replacing a breaker ( which has tripped occasionally). Was not pushy at all. Definitely would use again. Tech's name was Ruben and his company should be proud of him.

I was called prior to inform me the technician was on his way. When he arrived, he used 'booties' to keep his shoes from spotting the floor. He did his job and left the room clean where the access to the unit is located.

I replaced my Carrier 2.5 ton unit due to its inability to cool the second floor of my home below 82 degrees in the summer heat. In addition, it was requiring too much service and the coil began to leak. I had Aire-Serv come to my home to discuss installing a new unit on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 and once purchased on that day, Aire-Serv installed the unit two days later, October 2, 2015. I want to thank the installers, Mark and Chris, for their hard work and professionalism. Due to the old Carrier unit being located in the second floor attic space of my home, it was not an easy task to remove and then lift the new unit up into the attic of my second floor. In addition, on Monday, October 5th, during a wind and rain storm, the rain cover that prevents water from going down the new units flew pipe located on my second floor roof came off and fell to the ground. I called and spoke to Jeremy Anderson, General Manager of Aire-Serv about it and within two hours he sent Adam to my house to climb on to my second floor roof and reinstall it at no charge to me. Aire-Serv understands customer service and I plan on using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future. I would like to thank Jeremy and the crew for everything they did. I am now writing this sitting at my desk in my second floor home office, enjoying the cool breezes from my new Lennox A/C unit. I highly recommend them.

Everything went perfectly as planned. It took several hours and I enjoyed the technicians explaining what they were doing. I learned a lot and would definitely you them again.

Adam was our technician and was extremely thorough and professional. We purchased the Angie's List deal for our three AC units (1 for each). Overall, the service was great and I would use them again. I was a bit taken by the cost they were charging for a replacement run capacitor for one of my indoor blowers. It was approximately $180 and the same cap was about $30 cost through Grainger so, in essence, I paid almost $150 for labor on a job which took about 10 minutes to carry out.

The gentleman that came out was knowledgeable and willing to explain what he was doing. He was efficient and made sure all my questions were answered. The reason I gave them a B for overall and responsiveness is because he left my house with a follow up task and never followed up. He performed the work that was contracted but when I asked to find out the cost to fix an issue that he found I never heard back. Overall, I would use them again but hope they would follow up on any additional quotes requested at the time of service.

Very well, as usual with AireServ. They called me within 2 hours of purchacing my service from Angies List; scheduled the service for the next day; the office called 30 minutes before the service was scheduled to tell me the tech was on the way; service tech was five minutes early; polite, efficient, and had the service done and presented the problem with the unit in a reasonable amount of time; explained the problem, repaired it and was done! I have used AireServ for several years, and have never been anything but completly satisfied.

The tech was very thorough and responsible. Friendly fella too.

Called first thing this morning after seeing them on Angies List. They scheduled appoint same day for between 10 am and noon. Asked that they call before arriving as I want to be sure that I was available. Showed up early around 940 am without calling first. Liked that they were early, but would have liked warning. I had told them that the fan was out on the AC unit. 5 minutes after arrival, the tech confirmed that. Replaced the fan efficiently and quickly. Was complete in 45 minutes. My issue was the price 598.00 including labor. The same fan motor is available over the counter at Graingers for about $120. That is public price, not contractor cost. Even if you double that to $240.00 and charge $120.00 for an hours labor, that still leaves $238.00 of gouging. They have you as a captive audience when they arrive, and can really take advantage of the fact that you have no AC. But the pricing that they charge means they will not have repeat business from me or my neighbors. I have also lost confidence in the rating system provided by Angies list as they came to me A rated.

When the tech arrived he informed us that the unit could go out at anytime. We called our home warranty company and all that was wrong was a capacitor needed replaced and we were low on coolant which was replaced and everything is good.

The original work was done in April 2015. We knew the house had leaky ducts when we bought the house. I had put it on my list of things to do. During my attempt at sealing the old duct work, it just began to crumble and fall apart due to it's age. The failure of the original duct work necessitated it's complete replacement. After contacting and getting bids from several A/C companies, Air-Serv came across as the most professional and reasonable in price. The day the team arrived, they had all the necessary parts for a complete replacement. They did a great job removing the old duct, even as it crumbled as they were removing it. They built a plenum up in the attic, connected and ran all new, appropriately sized ducts to all the rooms. They replaced many of the undersized grills. The work was completed, they cleaned up the work area, and tested the new system for operation and leaks. All was wonderful, as the new duct work allowed our A/C unit to really cool our house efficiently. This follow-up call was at my request after we had done some planned remodeling. We had partitioned off a large room that was not used much and was used to expand our Master closet and bathroom. We needed a new duct run from the attic plenum into the new closet. During the original call, I mentioned the upcoming remodeling and they did a quick inspection and said to just give them a call. I called them last week and they arraigned to come out the next day. Ruben arrived on time and was as friendly and professional as I remember from the initial call in April. He was fully prepared with all the necessary tools and parts. He performed the attic work first thing due to the excessive heat warning we were in. Since the new portion of the remodel was under a flat roof area of the house, the new duct was run thru a height restricted area in the ceiling. When this restriction prevented the use of standard size exit duct, Ruben said that he would return with the correct part, even if he had to special build it. He returned two days later, fitted a special outlet, and completed the job well within my expectations. And there was no change to the quoted price, even with the extra effort Ruben had to put into the job in order to complete it to their high standards. I would not hesitate to call these professionals in the future, and would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

The provider arrived early, and went right to work checking out the units. We had paid for a tune up on one unit, but he visually inspected both. After inspecting the units, he showed us several problem areas. Both units were old, and he recommended we replace both, to the tune of about $20,000. Yikes! We had just moved into the home about one month ago. He offered a "manager's discount" of $1500. We assured him we would not make that kind of decision without further research. In doing further research, we found a provider recommended on "Yelp," whom we called. They came out, and were able to fix the problems for around $1500 total, without having to replace everything. So far the units are working just fine, and we feel like we dodged a bullet. We were not unhappy with the original provider, we just feel like the other provider went the extra mile to make sure we didn't spend money unnecessarily.

One of my units decided it was time to quit working I called Sunday evening to get service and Don returned my call immediately & tentatively scheduled for 10-12 the next day On Monday spoke with Bernadette and scheduled service for 11-1 Don in fact showed up at 10 ( I told him he'd have to come back on time-- Right LOL) He proceeded to diagnose the problem and replaced the starter quickly and then checked out my other units Very satisfied with the service and will definitely engage them in the future

I found Aire Serv on Angie's List (where I find almost all of my service providers!) They had a GREAT rating, and they were the first one on my list to call. I had a problem with my air conditioner. I knew it needed service. I called on Friday morning, August 14, and I assumed that it would be the following Monday or Tuesday before I would be able to meet a service technician at my house due to my work schedule. When I called, and spoke with Bernadette, told her my situation and I was surprised when she informed me that they had a service technician in the area and they could have him there in 45 minutes to an hour. She also informed me that because I was an Angie's List member I would receive the special and the discount! LOVE ANGIE'S LIST! An hour later Don V. showed up, and proceeded to inspect the air conditioner unit and give me an estimate of $138.00. Don was efficient and professional, finishing all of the work in about an hour. I was so surprised that all of this was done within 3 hours of my first call to Aire Serv and on the same day I called! The air conditioner is working fine now. My thanks to Don V., and to Bernadette, and to Aire Serv! I will definitely use them in the future.

The service technician for both visits was very professional and knowledgeable. The price I paid for this service contract was through a Big Deal with Angie's List. Great price for this service.

Called to change time the day of work, but that happened to work out. Don was very pleasant, professional, and thorough -- he even washed my filter for me ! My thermostat was acting very strange. Don re-set it and the upstair unit, replaced batteries, and showed me how they work. He checked both units downstairs and outside with good news/bad news, but I expected both. Mainly, this really was a check-up and help with thermostats; he did both, and was pleasant in the bargain.

Straight forward service, set a scheduled time , came on time and promptly did the service. No problems, very professional would use again.

It was fine. He was professional and seemed fairly knowledgeable. I had that made in May and tried to get an appointment with them. They didn't service me until July. I don't know if I would use them or not in the future. I would probably try someone else.
