The technician, Ruben, was right on time and extremely professional and personable. Got right to work and showed me how to operate it, including downloading the app to my phone. Very happy with his service!!

On Time, very professional. Came out one day to diagnose the problem and were back the next day to install a new system. Ruben and Chris came and did a great job.

We had a room which never received the proper air circulation. It was determined the duct issue was related to home builder design. System check out fine, renewed Angie's List priced $88 bi-annual system check agreement. Inquired in to a wifi thermostat and choose to install the $240 5yr warranted Sensi wifi controlled thermostat. Would highly recommend AIRE Serv especially tech. Ruben Alvarez. He resolved all of my concerns while offering solutions and making recommendations without pushing any products or services. His knowledge and experiences was well valued and received. Went very well. The Tech, Don, had adjusted the motor earlier in the day, but later it began to make noise again. We called them to set up an appointment and Don came out later in the day to replace the motor. Don, again was great, and replaced it without issues. Don had quoted us in the morning a cost of $375.00 for the motor. When he picked up the motor it was more than he quoted us, but he said his manager cleared it to charge us the quoted price. We felt bad and were willing to pay more for the motor, but he said his manager already approved the quoted price. Again, an excellent experience with Aire Serve.

What a great company! I had been using 1 Hour Air for 7 years and just did not trust them. I found Aire Serve on Angie's List and requested a re-inspection after one done by 1 Hour. The Tech was 15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment. He was very friendly and explained things well. We had noticed a clicking sound in our system. 1 Hour said we could live with the noise or replace a baffle or damper for over $800.00. The Aire Serve Tech found the same problem as 1 Hour, but adjusted it so it was not as loud nor as frequent and if in when we had to replace it, the cost was $375.00, not $800.00 as quoted by 1 Hour. He was honest and quick. We paid for the service call and purchased an inspection plan with them. Good bye ! Hour and welcome Aire Serve.

Aire Serv. sent Mr. Adam Thompson, their Service Technician to check and work on our repair work order. He is very professional, knowledgeable and courtesy. He did a careful check up and diagnostic run, and find the problem that cause the break functioning out of order due the loose of the electricity connection. He fixed it and the heating started to work properly immediately. Great job.

Don arrived exactly on time. I had scheduled a furnace tune-up/trouble call the prior day, Thursday, thru Home Depot. This was due to my tenants informing me they had no heat. The tech. from Home Depot informed me after he finished troubleshooting the furnace that it had a bad thermocouple.. He, and his Supervisor told me that due to the age of the furnace (33 years old) they could NOT repair it due to liability issues. It needed to be replaced. Not buying that I said I'll get back to you. I tried to find a replacement thermocouple but was unable to find one due probably to the age of the unit. I called Air Serv the next day and Don arrived promptly. I explained the problem and told him about the Home Depot guys saying the thermocouple was bad. Don simply re-lit the pilot, had the T-Stat call for heat and the furnace fired right up. I strongly suspect the Home Depot crew was trying to sell me something I didn't need. Kind of like the classic "bait and switch". Kudos to Don for his honesty and integrity. Aire Serv will be my go to folks for all of my Heating and Air needs in the future. I'll certainly recommend them to others as well

We have two gas furnace/AC units in a 2600 square-foot single-story home. A few days ago the larger of the two units wasn't pushing out warm air, so after a quick check of vendors on Angie's List I called Aire Serv thinking it would take a few days to get a technician out to look at the situation. The young lady I worked with on the phone was extremely pleasant and wanted to send someone that very afternoon...but we scheduled a visit for the next morning. The technician was clean, cordial, and very friendly...jumped up in the garage attic and tested a few things and then checked the air temp coming out of the registers in the house. He explained, in clear and understandable language, exactly how gas furnaces worked while we were testing the system. It turned out that a gas valve component was defective, with an estimated replacement cost of $1,000, and because the unit was 21-years old we discussed the likelihood that other components would fail soon as well (later verified when the old furnace was dismantled as part of pulling it out of the garage attic). So, like others have written when reviewing this company, we 'bit the bullet' and opted for a full furnace/AC condenser replacement...a Lennox system and because of the Christmas holiday we received a discounted 10-year parts and labor guarantee. The technician (I'm sorry, I forget his name) scheduled the installation and took some pictures to send to the installation crew...and he even returned to our home after the installers had arrived. ADAM and CHRIS were at the house by early afternoon the same day and started in on the job. They finished the installation after about 6 hours...working well into the evening. Like their colleague, they were friendly, professional, worked efficiently as a team pulling out and installing the new system, and they cleaned up after the installation. Though costly (hence my grade of B for that rated item), I thought we replaced the original Rheem equipment with a good product that should serve us for many years and in the likely event that the other unit in the house goes in the next few years...I'll definitely contact Aire Serv to do that job when the time comes. It's really nice when one stumbles upon a company that really cares about customer service and well-trained and service representatives/technicians.

I had an old split system A/C and gas furnace. The A/C unit was vintage '99, beginning to fail and had a freon leak. The gas furnace was apparently original with the house, vintage '85 and was cracking. There were several other aspects of the old installation that were no longer code compliant. I probably could have dealt with it piecemeal as parts actually failed, but I decided to bite the bullet and replace the whole rig, and there was a substantial price break on the equipment to do it all at once. The whole Aire Serv team was great and the installers were particularly friendly, fast and professional. I highly recommend the company and would use them again for any A/C or heating services.

First of all I really liked the lady who answered my telephone call. She was extremely nice and is a real asset to Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning. Was very polite, listened attentively to the purpose of my call and just was a pleasant person to do business with over the phone. The Technician came out, I explained the problem I was having and told him that the heating and A/C was on the same circuit so when I threw the circuit breaker switch it wouldn't allow my heater to work upstairs. I was wrong about this and he informed me that this wan't the case. He checked my A/C Unit and diagnosed the problem, provided me an estimate and then went upstairs and checked my heating problem. Went up into the attic with his ladder, did some things up there and eventually he got the heater to come on and work. He didn't need to replace any parts but just cleaned out something. I signed up for a $49.00 Deal and he asked if fixing the heater would let him use the $49.00 prepay. Of course I said yes as this was a really good deal for me. He was a good Technician and knew his stuff. Nice person in addition. i Couldn't be more pleased with the over all experience with this company. Didn't have him fix the A/C as i didn't need to use it this time of year but will have them back to fix when needed.

We originally purchased an Angie's Deal with Aire Serv in 2014 and were so impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and punctuality that we pre-paid for a yearly maintenance plan. All of our subsequent visits - including this year's on Oct 20 - have gone really well. We have had to make repairs, but I never felt that their technicians were steering us in the wrong direction or making repairs on things that weren't broken. They are always courteous and thorough, explaining anything that seems amiss or that might cause future problems. Our home was a foreclosure and the history of our 10 year old units is questionable. They are helping us to take the best care of them now and in the future. Thanks to Angie's List and Aire Serv, we no longer have to take risks with this particular home maintenance task. They are the BEST.

Service was better than I expected and technician provided lots of information about my unit and how to keep it in tip-top shape.

After saying no to a new heating unit which I was quite sure was not necessary, one of those repair men that only what to replace unit and over charge. He over change me for the control board.

Adam arrived on time and did the service that we had prepaid through Angie's list. Everything was fine but he still went over his findings with us. We discussed another problem we were having in one area of the house. He suggested a test which we proceeded with. He returned the following week and we determined the issue was merely Las Vegas dust. We signed up for the annual heat and air maintenance service. Adam was very knowledgeable. We were happy to learn that AireServ has a variety of sister companies that provide other services.

This company is great. The representative was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Performed the work efficiently and I was really pleased with the service. Will definitely use this company again!

I made the purchase on Angie's list-2 maintenance checks for heating and a/c. Made appointment for 11/6/15 between 1pm-3pm. On day of scheduled service, the rep from Aire-Serv called around 2:45pm and said technician would not be able to complete the service that day. So, I rescheduled the appointment to 11/20/15 between 9am-10am. Rep from Aire-Serv told me the maintenance check would be free due to the inconvenience (which I appreciated), and I would have 2 more maintenance checks at the $88 price. On 11/20/15, the technician arrived around 11am. He was courteous, thorough and professional. He recommended I purchase a carbon monoxide detector for the house. He also offered to sell me a programmable thermostat (can be controlled by your cell phone). Despite the inconvenience of having to reschedule the appointment, the service was fine and I would recommend Aire-Serv.

when he came down from his inspection he stated that it needed a new inside fan motor and that the heat exchanger had stress cracks, he also noted that the high heat sensor probably needed yo be replacement. He stated that this was going to be expensive so I Should replace the entire unit at the cost of 8to 15 thousand dollars. It is sad that Angies list would use these crooks. I am a retired engineer from the MGM GRAND an have worked in several other hotels for 29 years I can spot a scam in a heart beat.The sad part is other retired fixed income people will be taken by these crooks

This was a $49 big deal purchase. The first person they sent out I had that inspection done. The inspection did not look very thorough. Also, one thing I wanted to have them do was install a new thermostat so he charged me extra to install a new thermostat. It was an awful job on the installation. The guy acted like he was mad for some reason. He took the old one out, dropped it on the floor, dropped all the screws and left it right there on the floor. Then hooked it up and said that was it, he was leaving. I could not believe he did not do any cleanup. I have a dog so I was amazed because these small screws could be a choking hazard. They came back out do to do something else so I told the second guy who came out what happened. The second guy was much nicer and more accommodating. I don't know what it was with the that first guy. He must have had some reason for not liking me. There was also a little bit of dust and debris when he took the thermostat off the wall and just left it all there. I bought a somewhat high end thermostat myself. I told them I did not want the first guy to come back out here. I called them and told them and they apologized. I had no problems with the second guy. The $49 price seemed pretty reasonable for the checkup. They were here on time.

It was late and they responded quickly. They had to replace a capacitor. They were very responsive and talk to my renter about what had happened. Great company.

They were prompt in setting up the appointments once I contacted them through Angie's List. The technicians were on time and professional. My home is five years old and I had never had the heating or air conditioning units inspected before. They described what they inspected in detail, and gave me helpful, basic information about my system - the type of motor I have, how condensation is removed, types of issues that might come up, etc. This education was great for me because I didn't know much about what I have or what to look out for. They told me that both systems were in good shape and should last me for years to come. A hose that removes condensation had come loose on the heating unit. and the technician put it back. Otherwise everything was good to go. If I have a problem, and for regular check ups in the meantime, I will definitely call this company again.

I can't recommend this company enough. The team was professional, prompt and completed the work on budget and on schedule. We had our entire duct system replaced in 2 1/2 days, including replacing the the roof elbow and installing a new return grill to provide enough return air to the unit. The previous owner renovated the home and did not use the proper materials or fully complete the air duct installation. In addition, when we replaced the HVAC system with another company a few years ago, that company did not properly enlarge the return grill, so we've only been getting use of approximately 60% of our system's capacity. Our house has never been so comfortable or energy efficient. I will definitely use Aire Serv again and recommend it to all of my friends.
