Description of Work: Approximately 3 weeks ago I called to schedule an appointment for 06/07/2013, which was the only day that would work for me as I own a business and have to open my store by 10:00am. I was told someone would be there that day at 8:00am, so there would be no problem getting to my store by 10:00am. I received a call on my store phone number at 9:14am to be certain we were home. I was also told a call was placed to my Black Berry at the same time, which was not true as there is no record of a call coming in and my phone is on 24/7. I asked when a technician would be coming and told he was on another call and could be there a little later. Since I do not have anyone that can wait around, I am requesting a cancellation of this coupon and a full refund. I do not have confidence in this company as I feel I was lied to and they had plenty of time to accommodate my schedule. Most companies call to confirm the appointment the day before, not the morning of. If this had been done, this unfortunate situation would not have occurred as I would have arranged to have someone at the house for the entire day.

Description of Work: I had my annual spring a/c service today with Adam from Aire Serv. He had to replace the contacts on the A/C. I already knew that the contacts were wearing down. He showed me a picture on his cell phone and later the old part. I can't say enough about this company's service. This is my third year with them. Adam was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Of the many A/C companies I have had in the past several years, I rate this one tops!! Many thanks and keep up the good work.

Description of Work: We had Aire Serv service our heating system in November, 2012 and then service our Air Conditioner the first week of April 2013. I woulds highly recommend this company. The service techs were on time and very knowledgable on each trip. We are very pleased with their services. Thank you.
