I signed up for an annual, kind of a twice-a-year contract. It is around $200. I would give them one more chance to use them again in the future. On June 5 they serviced it and then I don't think they tested the unit correctly. The area temperature wasn't hot yet. Like, 10 days later when I turned it on one of the two units did not work. I had to call them back and they found a wire was not connecting the low voltage wire. So they came in and were going to charge me again to fix that. I disputed with them and told them I should not have to pay for the extra service call and that they should have found that June 5. That's what they were supposed to do. If it was running properly and all that and then something broke I can pay for that again but when the service rep came out a second time he said the wire had been like that for a while because the air conditioning unit wasn't running all the way from last October to June 5. I don't know how they are going to resolve the problem. One person came out to do the service.

Everything went great from purchase, scheduling and the work performed.

They were okay. We signed up for a yearly service. The price was fine.

It went extremely well; I received a call from Jeremy at 9:00 a.m. to let me know that the technician was on his way and should arrive between 30-45 minutes. Josh arrived at 9:30 a.m. and informed and verified the service for today. He's a friendly, knowledgeable and professional person and technician. He started work immediately; he discovered a bad capacitor on my system. He explained the purpose of the capacitor and its function to the AC unit. He stated the cost of the repair and permission to replace the capacitor. I told him to go ahead and replace it. Josh completed the service and repair in the 45 minutes as he stated. He cleaned up the AC unit and the surrounding area. I was pleased with the work and the price and recommend Aire Serv of Las Vegas for any air conditioning service or repairs.

Work was done as specified and on time.

The first time I used them, everything was good. The second time, they told me my ac unit was going bad. I called another company and they came out and took pictures and told me my unit was fine.

I told them to get me the best, and I now truly have the best, newest, most efficient cooling and heating. Because of peculiarities at my house, the job was considerably more difficult than anyone thought. Apparently previous owners gave up. These guys persevered and solved every problem thrown their way. You pay for the best, but it always pays you back.

Rom responded in a timely fashion to my message. He set an appointment for the next day, diagnosed a faulty door lock circuit board and an additional faulty circuit assembly. He went out of his way to locate the repair parts quickly and had the washer up and running in two days. Rom is very personable and professional. He explains the malfunctions very well, and is motivated to repair the issue as soon as possible. Great work!

The maintenance plan was a good idea and it is very important to take good care of your a/c units in Las Vegas.

The service went well. The Technician explained what he did and the air is now cycling through out the house.

Started calling THREE WEEKS ago to get repair done. 1st visit technician sprayed the coils off on the outside unit, equipment cooled slightly. 2nd visit same technician added coolant, equipment cooled slightly. 3rd visit technician found a pest in the blower unit making noises. 4th visit technician said that too much coolant had been added and that made the system not cool adequately. 5th visit, still waiting for them to show up hours after the appointed time. I have nothing good to say about this company, oh did I mention that we bought this unit from them new 5 years ago and from the start (had to replace motherboard in first 6 months) every year there has been problems with it.

The service was horrible. The tech arrived and basically used a hose to wash off the AC unit. After cleaning he checked the lines for coolant PSI (pressure levels). Once determined they were extremely low he proceed to recommend services to have the lines checked to the cause of the leak. His proposal was $800 to inspect the unit to determine the problem and then stated the part that is more than likely damaged (from his experience) would be $1000 plus labor and coolant. To review the unit with 3.5lbs of coolant (the unit requires a minimum of 6.5lbs per manufacture) he wanted $350. He proceed to recommend a specialist come and provide a quote to replace the AC unit (roughly $4000-$6000 for a 3.5 ton AC). The tech didn't: • Cleaning filters as needed • Lubricating and inspecting bearings for wear • Cleaning indoor coil (if accessible) • Flushing and treating condensate drain with anti-algae product • Inspecting condenser coil • Inspecting safety devices for proper operation • Inspecting disconnect box for proper rating and installation • Monitoring volts and amps on fan motor • Tightening all electrical connections • Inspecting and testing contactor for burns and/or pits • Inspecting electrical for exposed wiring • Inspecting and testing capacitors • Inspecting service valves for proper operation • Measuring temperature difference between supply and return • Inspecting duct work for energy loss • Monitoring compressor for proper amp draw, volt draw, and wiring connections I basically paid $49 for a AC company to come in and check the coolant and use a hose to wash off the condenser coil. Agreeing to a quote, I then contacted another AC company. They came and and we noticed the technician left all the valve connections off the AC lines and basically did nothing besides try to sell me an new AC unit. The second AC company technician performed an inspection on the lines and found no leaks inside the home or outside. I was charge less than $400 to have the AC unit recharged with coolant and new brass valves installed. $400 vs a quote for over $4000 is a substantial difference. These guys are scam artist looking to sell someone services not required.

They're great! They have fixed everything that the original installer did wrong. They really know what they are doing.

It was awesome. Two tech took about 6 hours to install furnace. They left the area clean.

Woke up on a Sunday morning and discovered my heat wasn't working on one side of the house (I have two systems). Called Aire Serv and the technician arrived promptly and seemed very thorough in detailing what was wrong with my unit. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn't a salesman but I really should just replace instead of repairing the unit. He had taken a lot of photos of the inside of the unit and seemed very knowledgeable. Fine. We bought the house three years ago and there are two rooftop units that we knew needed to be replaced eventually. We asked if he could give a written quote for what a repair of the single unit would cost, what a replacement of a single unit would cost and what a replacement of both units would cost. He rattled off some numbers from the top of his head but said he'd get us a written quote on Monday. He did call on Monday but gave a replacement quote that was $3000 more per unit(!) than what he was guessing they'd cost on Sunday, and as of Wednesday he still had never sent anything in writing. I ended up replacing BOTH units with a different company (same brand, SEER and warranty) for about $600 more than what the Aire Serv technician verbally quoted me to replace ONE unit. Seems shady!

Good job. Said I had a bad capacitor which he could replace for $186. I bought a new one for $9.99 and replaced it myself. Based on exaggerated quote above I would not hire for service, repairs.

Aire Serv did a great job. They arrived at the appointed time. They used materials to protect the work area in our home. They worked really hard and completed the job quickly.
