Description of Work: My tenants contacted me from my rental in Las Vegas early on Friday morning saying that their air conditioning wasn't working. We have had issues with it the past three years in a row and I wan't really happy to have yet another problem. I contacted Aire Serv after finding them on Angie's List. They were able to schedule a 2 hour window that morning. Their technician contacted me to let me know that the unit had just frozen up and was able to unfreeze it. He also suggested that it needed to have the filters changed which my renters would do. I was just grateful that it wasn't a major problem! I greatly appreciated the fast service, considering the high heat and humidity that Las Vegas was experiencing. My renters are happy and that makes me happy Thanks for the fast and efficient service

Description of Work: I had purchased the big deal from Angie's list about 8 months ago for a furnace check-up before last winter. I was so impressed with Jim, one of Aire Serv's technicians, that I went ahead and purchased their VIP plan which would include a couple of more check-ups on our systems. They called me in March to schedule my appt. It was so great that I didn't have to remember to schedule with them! When Jim came at the end of March to check out my A/C, he told me about some rebate programs through NV Energy that I was unaware of, and that we could use. I think it's called the WCC. We were so impressed with him telling us about this and how it works to save you money. We had him come back and install a brushless motor (also with some rebate from NV Energy). Once again, so impressed with Jim, his expertise, knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism in walking us through everything so that we might understand it all! Jim thanks for building trust with us and we know we're getting the truth when you tell us if it needs done or not! So appreciated! Great company! Look forward to our furnace getting checked out again in the fall!

Description of Work: my furnace stopped working. I called them after 5PM Friday. Ruben was at my house within the hour - no emergency surcharge. Ruben could not have been more accomodating or professional - he put shoe coveres on his feet before enering my house. He spend a couple of hours repairing my furnace. I am extremely impressed with this company and will use them again for any furnace or A/C repairs.
