Description of Work: Called to get an estimate to re-carpet a single floating staircase in my townhouse. Tom answered the phone himself and set up an appointment right away. I explained the job and he came prepared with samples that were exactly what I was looking for. Set up an appointment to install a week later and his installer showed up right on time and got to work. This was a difficult carpet job because each stair is a solid large block of wood that has to wrapped on all 6 sides and with no seams showing. It required all day to get the job done, but it turned out beautifully, and Tom called during the installation and stopped by to see that everything was going well. I had no other estimates but my neighbors all have the same staircase and at least two of them spent considerably more for a job that didn't turn out quite as perfectly. I would absolutely recommend Expert Flooring to my friends.

Description of Work: Tom is a great no nonsense guy. He measured the carpet on a Saturday and it was installed the following Tuesday. Other places wanted weeks to install. The quality and price were excellent for my needs. I will definitely call Expert Flooring Solutions for any future flooring needs.

Description of Work: Requested a measurement - owner wasn't available - Bill Jackson came and measured - only had a polyester sample to show me as I asked for a carpet close to the color I now have. Description of Work: The crew picked up the flooring at the vendor and brought it along with all supplies for the job. They were prompt and very professional, even offering suggestions which were used. They were all pleasant and accommodating. I felt the price/estimate was competitive and they were over-the-top qualified. Their experience made it possible to complete the job earlier than estimated. We are very happy with all aspects of the installation.

What a beautiful job they did and how helpful in getting samples to us and helping us find the best brand of bamboo flooring. It was a joy working with Tom, the owner and with Jeff, the installer.
