Our tile and carpet installation went great. Shawn, Thomas and the crew were friendly and professional throughout the entire installation. We were impressed right off the bat with the owner's super quick response to our message to them to contact us on Angie's List. We would highly recommend their services.

Two workers showed up on time and were extremely courteous. Had all old carpeting and pad removed within about 45 minutes. Replacement was a white, loose frieze carpet (shorter version of old shag from the 1970's). The next few hours were concentrated on the new pad and carpet placement. They did a beautiful job working around us and our two dogs. I have nothing but praise for this company, beginning with coming to my house with samples. At my own choosing I also dropped by their new showroom and actually met owner Tom Rossi (not scheduled). From the date I chose the carpet to the install was about 10 days, which was a very short turn around. Again, I would not hesitate to recommend this company without reservation.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned up well and I found the pricing to be good. They were a great company overall to deal with.

I contacted EFS a few years back when we purchased a new home. Shawn immediately came out and gave me an estimate, explained the entire process and prices. I knew that when the time was right I would use Expert Flooring Solutions. I had 4 other companies come out and give me estimates. EFS was not the most economical , however, I liked their reviews and knowledge. They started the job on May 11 and worked straight through until finished on May 24, (yes a major holiday weekend). I was living in my home during the process and I was very concerned about dust, inconvenience, etc. From the moment they arrived in my home, they were nothing but professional, meticulous and punctual. They covered all furniture, blocked off my room with plastic so that I would have as pleasant experience as possible, and cleaned up each evening that they left. Juan and his group did the tear out , re-tile and grout....they were great. Then Jeff came in for the floorboard, again meticulous and professional. There were a few minor glitches, more my error than theirs.....Tom came out to my home and Shawn was calling. If you need them, they return calls and texts ASAP. My floors are gorgeous, my experience was far better than I could have imagined. You certainly get what you pay for and to me, this company gets an A+ in all areas.....skill, customer service, follow through, punctuality. If you are struggling as I was with who to use, who to trust.....I hope this has helped you make a decision......

Tom, Shawn, and their teams did a spectacular job with the wood flooring and with the carpeting. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and their attention to detail. I would absolutely use them again.

Tom and Shawn were a pleasure to work with. Shawn came to our home, showed us multiple carpet samples and worked with us to find the best solution for our new house. The carpet we chose was excellent quality and the installation team was professional, fast, friendly, and neat. We will use Expert Flooring Solutions for all future flooring upgrades, and I strongly recommend you give them a try before going anywhere else.

Completed take-up, prep, and tile installation in two-and-one-half days. Installation of new baseboards took one-half day. The Daltile Acacia Valley Ridge porcelain tiles look great. I'm more than satisfied.

Difficult to find better company. We had scheduled the work in October but due to a major flooding of our home and a scheduled trip abroad we had to delay until January. Shawn came to our home and we also went to their physical location and got some samples to see how they would be looking in our home. He, again, came to our home after our flooding and when seeing the damage understood that we had little choice but to delay. The laminate installing crew headed by Jeff--who was extremely courteous and professional-- was also exceptional and the result was extremely impressive. We had a little misalignment with our french doors-- it had nothing to do with their work--which we found a couple of days after and Jeff and a coworker came back for a full hour to straighten it up. When they say that they back up their work they really do--this was confirmed when we had a question about the stretching of our carpet. Shawn volunteered to drop by and look at his crew's work. He told us that it was power stretched correctly and in any case, the company warrants their work even 10 years from now. No doubt they will be in business considering all favorable reviews!

I chose Angie?s List because I wanted and NEEDED a no hassle project. My mother (90 yrs.) was coming home from Re-hab so I needed the job completed before she came home. Expert flooring was at the topof the list with an A rating. I stopped by the showroom and spoke with Keisha. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out samples to take home. I went again and met Tom and Shawn. They were both very helpful. Set an appointment for an estimate and Tom was right on time. I was only going to get carpet for my living room and halls, but after getting expert advise from Tom, I decided to carpet the whole house and install new vinyl flooring in the kitchen. Tom ordered larger samples of the carpet so I could be sure that is what I wanted. The samples came in a few days and chose the one I wanted. We set an appointment for 2 weeks later. This gave me plenty of time to remove lots of nick knacks and even paint the living room walls. Tom even offered to do my mom?s bedroom first so she would be comfortable in case she came home early. The crew came exactly on time and went right to work. They removed the furniture and old carpeting in no time. They laid the carpet and kitchen flooring the same day and everything went like clockwork. In fact Tom told me they would be here until 5 or 6 pm. but, they were finished about 2:30. I was home the whole day and can tell you they cut no corners. They were very professional and courteous. Tom came the next day and inspected the job. I couldn?t be happier with the job. My old carpet was 15 yrs. old. The new carpet and kitchen flooring made my home look new. Thanks Tom, Keisha, Shawn and the crew.

Everyone from the owner, estimator, installers, everyone, was professional, honest and perfect from start to finish. They gave opinions on what I wanted and gave suggestions to my needs to make sure I was happy. This was throughout the entire process. They did not give me just what I wanted to hear. If I wanted what was impossible, they gave options that were equal or better than what I wanted. They were not shy to tell me the best options for my needs. They also encouraged me to get other estimates. I chose this team for their expertise, knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, and need for perfection. I cannot wait to have them re-do my first floor. Anyone who sees my new floor is told that Expert Flooring Solutions installed it and I am overly thrilled!!

It was a wonderful experience. I talked with them about quite a few times and they always got back to me right and they gave me prices and they were very helpful no matter what they will call you back in 15 minutes and in 15 minutes they will call you back. I would definitely use them again.

WE have used Tom Rossi, and Expert Flooring solutions to re do 3 rooms in our house over the past year. 2 rooms we had tiled, the master bedroom we had re carpeted. Everything went perfectly. Tom's company has excellent customer service, the quality is perfect and the crew's all always very professional and do a great job. This time we had heavy furniture removed and replaced, and they put in a new pad and high grade carpeting. As usual an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Expert Flooring Solutions and will use them again in the future.

The price was right, we got to pick a good quality carpet and they did a great job. Tom is a very nice guy. I didn't pay anything until after it was installed. Then Tom stopped by to check the job and I paid him. I have already recommended him to someone else.

Everything went very well. Our choices came together nicely. The installation went as planned and came out very nice. We were very happy and pleased with Shawn and his crew. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They truly are Experts.

Went to showroom to select tile. Keisha was very helpful. No pressure sales pitch here. Brought home samples and made our choice. Returned tile next day. Got the opportunity to meet Tom(owner) and Shawn . Everything was explained well. Advised that may take some time to get to our job as their tile installers were very busy. No problem as we were not in any hurry. Shawn came out on 2/10 to do measurements and give estimate. Before leaving said he would get back to us on 2/12 with a possible start date which he did. Gave a start date of 2/17 around 9:00AM. On 2/16 got a call from installer supervisor Tom that crew would be here between 8 and 8:30AM. They were on time and Tom explained what would happen that day. Crew got right to work. Doing both bathrooms meant finishing one before doing the other so we would not be without a toilet. This meant the entire job taking three days. No problem as we expected that. Supervisor Tom checked each day on progress and kept us informed as to what was next. The installers did an excellent job of laying the tile. We are very satisfied with how it looks. There were a couple of minor glitches. The plastic washers that hold the caps in place on the hold down bolts of on of the toilets got lost and needed to be replaced. This was handled immediately. A glitch in procedure left us without a toilet for longer than expected. Both Tom's and Shawn were not pleased with that happening and assured me that that would not happen again. In fact, both Tom(owner) and Shawn came out the day after completion to inspect and get our feed back. We were impressed that both took the time to do that. Price was good. We selected a high end tile which increased the cost some, but, as the saying goes; you get what you pay for.In this case we got the tile we wanted and most importantly, the service you would expect. Definitely will use again. For us, customer relations are very important. You get it at Expert Flooring Solutions.

Excellent! He was knowledgeable and he was price competitive. He was not necessarily the cheapest but he was definitely competitive.

Tom met with us at our home and gave us an on the spot estimate of what we wanted done. We had gone to his showroom prior and picked the carpet we wanted and he did all of the measurements. On the day of delivery and installation he called to keep us a breast of when the installers would arrive and when they were complete he called back and made sure we were ok with the installation and the finished product. I then mailed him a check and completed the transaction. The installation and product quality were outstanding as was his direct support and feedback. Highly recommend.

Overall, the project was a relatively complex one, involving the demolition and removal of existing flooring, master-bath shower/tub surround and baseboard, preparation of the slab and sub-floors to accommodate the new flooring materials/underlayments/shower tile, and, finally, installation of the new floors and shower/tub surround tile. New baseboard was installed throughout and low-maintenance Fusion grout used in connection with all tile work. Making the project even more difficult was the fact that the work had to be conducted while the premises were still being occupied. Closely integrated with the project was stairs remodeling work. Although handled separately by a specialty stairs contractor, Expert Flooring Solutions assisted in coordinating that effort with its own work. Despite these challenges and a few others, the Expert Flooring Solutions teams went out of their way to make it all come together with barely a hitch, while at the same time endeavoring the accommodate the specific design objectives and scheduling requirements of their customer. From the assistance provided by Shawn and Tom, both in connection with material selection as well as with scheduling and overall project management, to the laminate and baseboard installation crews spearheaded by Jeff initially and by Daniel in subsequent phases, to the many talents, even wizardry, exhibited by Juan in handling every aspect of the complex tile work, we had no doubt that our project was in the hands of consummate professionals. We recommend the firm highly.

It took us awhile to finally agree on the carpet and color we wanted, but Tom Rossi was with us all the way, giving us the pros and cons of the various carpet possibilities. Good advice. We decided to get very good carpeting because we don't want to have to do this again in our lifetimes (I sure hope the 25 year warranty is a good one!). On the appointed day, Jose and Nacho arrived ahead of time and did an excellent job on the installation. We had made it easy for the furniture removal by doing a lot of it ourselves - there was nothing for them to complain about at all for our end of it (it's like moving - ugh!)! They worked very hard, but were friendly and professional throughout. It was clear that they had done this before and knew exactly what they were doing. When they were replacing furniture, they wanted to be sure that everything was exactly as we wanted. We tipped them appropriately. Tom arrived at the end of the job and gave us more advice on how to keep the carpet fresh and the warranty good. Despite the hard work of removing and then replacing all our stuff for the new carpet, we are happy with the results. When it comes time for the kitchen and dining area flooring to be replaced, we will return to Tom. He's the best! A true professional.

Initially, I found them here on Angie's List. Saw that they had great reviews, so I contacted them. Tom responded immediately, and we set up an appt that same day to swing by their location to look at carpet samples. They offered to bring to my home, but I was already in the neighborhood, so that was just as easy. I selected the carpet I wanted, and took a sample home just to be sure. Shawn then came out a few days later to measure, and quote me a price. I selected the top of the line Shaw Carpet, pad plus installation, and they quoted me a very reasonable price. Next, we just waited for the carpet to arrive (took about a week), and the installers showed up right on time. They moved all my furniture, ripped out the old carpet and pad, installed the new carpet, cleaned up after themselves, and moved the furniture back in place and hauled the old stuff away... all in about 8 hours. I was really impressed with the quality of the carpet and the professionalism of the installers. I would highly recommend Tom and Shawn and their team at Expert Flooring. Great guys, great product, great service. Honesty is hard to come by these days, but Tom and Shawn didn't oversell. They just guided me through the process, gave me the facts and let me make the call. Thanks, guys!!
