Description of Work: They handled everything very professionally. They were punctual for all appointments, including the initial consultation, the tear-out and the install. They coordinated the install with my painter. I was very pleased with the service and the price.

He helped me cone up with a plan to have the house measured and carpet installed all within three days. He was an immense help. Everything was done on time and under budget. Description of Work: Expert Flooring completely recarpeted my entire house, starting at 8 a.m. and finishing around 4:30 p.m. This involved removing all the contents, removing the old carpet, and installing the new carpet. They were highly capable, detail-oriented, and respectful. They made a process that is inherently nerve-wracking almost pleasant. I can't say enough about them. I will never use any other company.

Description of Work: I am so glad I found Expert Flooring Solutions. I called and talked to Tom, who told me that Shawn would help me with the carpet estimate. Shawn called and set up the appointment and was able to come earlier than planned which was good. Shawn showed me carpet samples, I need a gray shade. It was so hard for me to decide. I went to Home and got a quote which was more than Shawn quoted. Called Shawn and had the carpet installed, it's beautiful!! The installers did an excellent job. They were on time and vacuumed and cleaned up. Shawn called to make sure I liked it and was satisfied with the install. I will recommend this company to everyone! These are honest good people not out to take advantage you.

Description of Work: Tom's estimate blew away estimates from other installers. Great customer service from Tom throughout the entire process. Installers were very professional and did a great job. Tom catered to our time constraint, by finishing earlier than scheduled. Carpet is great and money was well spent. Tom is one of the few great experiences our family's had in the moving process. Next flooring project will definitely be another one done by Tom and his crew.

Tom came to the apartment to measure for carpet and he brought several samples for us to choose from. He was very professional and courteous. The men who installed the carpet moved all of the furniture with great care. They did a great job, the carpet looks beautiful. I'm very happy with their work and will definitely use them in the future. It was great to have Tom come to the house with his samples, rather than driving from store to store...very convenient. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Tom was very punctual when he came to measure. The installation was done with expert care, and the price was right!! Great company.

He will find what you want, and quote you the best and lowest price available anywhere. His installers are prompt and courteous....the best installation I have ever had. If you need carpet, be it economy or luxury, and don't talk to Tom Rossi and Expert Floor Solutions..............you will have made a big mistake.

Description of Work: I called Expert Flooring on 4-5-12 and spoke to Tom, I wanted to get carpeting for the house we are going to sell. I had expected to wait several days for someone to come out for estimate, and go from store to store looking at carpet. Well I hit the Jackpot when I called expert flooring !!! Tom is a GEM !!!! He stated he was in the area and he could be their in 20 minutes with some samples of carpet and to take measurements. I could not believe it, he arrived on time with a great selection of carpet to chose from. We picked the carpet, he was on the phone checking stock and ordering our new carpeting. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!! The price for 3 bedrooms of good quality carpet was amazing it was $950.00 and he gave me upgrade padding, and no charge for moving any furniture !!!! Today on 4-10-12 just 5 days later, his crew arrived ON TIME, installed the carpet, hauled away all the old carpet and padding, and left my 3 bedrooms looking PERFECT !!!!! Tom is amazing, he runs a business the way it should be, he even called tonight to follow up and see if we were happy with the work and the carpet. I have already recommended him to several of my friends who also need carpet, but are not sure of who to call. I would use Tom again, he is honest, ethical,and has pride in his work..
