Everything went very well. Tom was professional, punctual and very informative. He made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed into a decision.

Tom came to my home and gave me an estimate. He did not require a deposit and was very informative as to what he felt I needed. When the water heater leaked in my vacation home in Las Vegas I needed new carpeting in every room and flooring in the kitchen and bath areas. After reading the great reviews on Angie's List,I called Tom Rossi of Expert Flooring Solutions and believe me, I wasn't disappointed! I was on a tight schedule and only had a limited period of time to get the estimate. Tom was early for the appointment, he was professional and gave me some great advice on other aspects of my repairs. We settled on the carpet and made arrangements for the installation so that it would fit my schedule. His crew arrived on time. They were quick and efficient and did an awesome job. My condo looks brand new and I couldn't be more happy with the results.

We needed expert guidance --and wanted great service and product selection--for replacing old carpet and tile, including a quirky task or two, such as figuring out a solution to how to provide access to a water shut-off valve beneath a tile square, and how to replace carpet around the base of a Murphy bed. Expert Flooring's Tom Rossi and his team really came through for us, they did a fantastic job, from the moment when Tom arrived to show us his flooring and carpet samples, and gave a lot of solid advice.

Tom's versatility and professional demeanor won him this job. Also, he is very nice person to do business with. We had quotes from several competitors including 3 major stores, but we found Tom to be the best in both customer service, quality, and total cost. During our first meeting he provided us with exceptional quote and gave us several ideas about the texture, color and style of the carpets and how they may or may not work with the paint, furniture and window treatments. Once we narrowed down the colors, Tom had the decent size samples shipped to us to compare in various light conditions. Tom also came through when we asked him to start the job on a very short notice. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and the painter's schedule. His crew came and did a great job. Tom went above and beyond to get us a brand new carpet for our master closet and on top of that he did not charge us for it. We had lot of deadlines and he accommodated us during the time of holidays. Tom made sure we got our carpet on time and on the installation day Tom visited us to make sure we were 100% completely satisfied with the work. The crew did a tremendous job. All in all I would highly recommend Tom for his superb customer service, highly competitive pricing, and professionalism. We will be referring him to all our friends. We also look forward to doing business with him again in the very near future.

Great price and quality of labor. "Tom the Carpet Guy" is a no nonsense businessman who shows up on time and had great workers. The job was done neatly and for a competitive price. Hauled away all old carpet and padding and cleaned up beautifully.

I had researched carpeting for about 3 weeks; but when TOM came in, I was sold in 15 minutes! When I called TOM ROSSI and told him what I needed, he said "I'm your guy!" He measured my entire house in less than 10 minutes. He showed me samples in HIS CAR! Being a poker guy, when he said the carpet was called "King of Hearts", I said DONE! Other contractors wanted $2800 & $2400; Tom did it for $1600! It was like hitting a $1000 jackpot! Other carpenters measured 122 & 115 sq ft; TOM ROSSI said I needed 113! (and I still have carpet left over). TOM said he could get it done within a week, and his guys would be out the door by 2pm on the day before Thanksgiving; even in the rain, the job was done on time. Others couldn't get their hands on a lesser quality carpet for another 2 weeks, (and wanted to charge me a $300 shipping fee!) ? STOP RIGHT NOW... YOUR SEARCH IS OVER... I had found a carpet that I really liked and had set appointments for estimates. Tom came out when it was the best time for me...not their schedule to plug me into. He was on time, very professional and didn't try to "sell" me that he was the only game in town. He checked to make sure he would be able to order the SHAW carpet in the color I wanted and when he called back with the info I set up the installation-which wasn't going to be for 3 weeks due to other work I was having done. I called to confirm a week away and the day before install date. His crew show up at 8:30 as planned, 4 or 5 guys with Gabriel as the supervisor. They moved all the furniture-very carefully...including my baby grand piano and had to work around my two large and curious dogs and were pleasant the whole day. As they worked I was amazed at their skill and team work...the most amazing-they completed the job right at 5 pm!!! Most others told me this would be a TWO day job....which didn't thrill me. With all the furniture put back in its place-WITHOUT charging EXTRA, as other companies wanted to do...Tom stopped by to check on the job and all I could tell him was how beautifully they transformed my home. One of the BEST experiences I have had spending my hard-earned money and really getting the most for it too!!!

Perfect and they actually vacuumed and cleaned up, a first in carpet install for me and really appreciated.

I called and Tom came over the following day. He was able to send a crew over on the day I requested even though he was going to be out of town. He called several times to make sure things were satisfactory and as planned. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves.

Had a flood and needed to replace carpet. Knew exactly what I wanted and shopped around. Was quite frustrated with the retail stores. Some would not give me the information I wanted. A neighbor gave me Tom's number. I called him and told him exactly what I was looking for. He came out the next day to my home with exactly what I was looking for. Gave me all the information I wanted and proceeded to measure. His measurements came out close to mine. I was a little hesitant on the color and he let me know what he recommended. I went with it. He called at that moment and ordered it for me and gave me a date of when it would be installed. Once installed, he let me know that he would be out the next day to make sure I was happy and collect the payment. I am completely happy and will use his company many more times.
