Our carpet was the original installed when the house was built, almost 30 years ago. It was time to replace it. Tom came out and measured the house, spent plenty of time showing me samples and looking at options. I found something I liked, he got me a great price. We set a date, and his guys showed up right on time, were professional and courteous, and finished their work ahead of schedule. The place looks great and I'm just thrilled.

We selected Tom Rossi's Expert Flooring after finding them on Angie's list and boy are we glad we did. Tom met us at the home and explained the entire process of installing a hardwood floor to us. My wife had already picked out a sample of the flooring she wanted and Tom was able to find this specific floor for her. His price was fantastic and the work proceeded according to the schedule he had originally given. Shortly after Tom's excellent crew began to install the floor, we discovered that it did not match the sample that we had originally secured (This was not Tom's fault, he had ordered and received the product we had asked for. However the flooring itself did not reflect what the samples had portrayed.) When we told Tom that we felt that this floor would not work for us, he immediately removed the portion of the flooring that had already been laid, and replaced it with another floor we selected. He then handled all the return issues with the distributor and ultimately we ended up with a beautiful floor at a bargain price. Throughout the entire process Tom's major focus was getting us a floor that we would be happy with, and he did!! John and Earl (his installers) were most courteous and kept the house very clean even though they were doing a dusty job. They were always on time, kept us informed about the process and did everything they could to make the job go smoothly. We will use Expert Flooring Solutions again and gladly will refer them to our friends and family. If after calling and meeting Tom Rossi you choose to go with someone else, then in our opinion you did not go with the best! Tom Rossi, John and Earl are beyond a doubt the best.

I found this company on Angie's List, when I was disappointed by some other quotes I'd been given by other companies. When I first contacted the company, I heard back from Tom himself, right away, early the next morning. We made an appointment for him to come to my house. Tom arrived on time to measure the areas where carpet was to be replaced, and to show me samples. He gave me a very reasonable quote that included carpet, padding, old carpet removal, and installation - in other words, a quote that included everything - no extras added on, later. His crew arrived on time the day of the installation, and were quick, professional, polite, and did not leave a mess for me to clean up later. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of the carpet, the installation, and the entire experience. We have each already recommended him to friends, and I would have this company do work for me again, anytime I needed any of the services they provide.

Even though I had a very small tile job, owner Tom Rossi personally took charge and insured that the job was performed and finished as scheduled and that I was very satisfied with the finished project. Outstanding work performed. When you call Expert Flooring Solutions for tile, carpeting, or hardwood flooring, be sure (without fail) to mention to Tom that you got his name from Angie's List.

I had Bamboo installed in both living areas. Unfortunately for Tom, after the tile was removed we found that the old foundation was not level, the house is 44 yrs old, his men spent 2 days grinding down the floor to get it level and then patching any old cracks. It looks wonderful. Tom had the exact type of carpet I wanted and installed that last. The place looks like a whole new house, the whole house hase been redone. I met with Tom before any other contractor and he advised me how proceed, where to start and that the floors should be the final step. He also called to keep up on the process to be sure his guys would be scheduled to jump in when I was ready for them. I dont believe you could do better on price or workmanship anywhere, in fact, when I move back to the house next month I'll have him redo the place I've been staying during the remodeling of my home.

This was hands down the best service I have experienced. I am new to this area so I did a lot of research on companies and installers in order to get a great deal. With Expert Flooring Solutions and dealing with Tom I couldn't have been happier. They worked around my schedule and finished the job in time for my wife and I to move in right on her birthday. Tom was very responsive and open to any concerns that I had. I would easily recommend their work to anyone. Now concerning the quality of work done, i had carpet laid on both levels of my house including the wrapping staircase. Everything was done perfectly and I have no regrets going with Expert Flooring Solutions. Great experience overall.

It was amazing to be able to move to a new area and find such a reliable company to work with. I did my research and even used Angie's List to find the best work out there for the dollar. My wife and I also had a time frame in mind and Tom was able to make it happen for us. I am very pleased with the whole experience from the first time I called Tom. They are very responsive and just great people. We were lucky enough to work with John and Earl who did an amazing job. They tiled my kitchen,dining room, entryway, and 3 bathrooms. Just working with them for a few days I could see that they were nice and honest guys that work hard. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new tile. I have already recommended them to several of my friends i have met here in Henderson. If you want quality work done then you wont be disappointed calling Expert Flooring. Also a few days after I had one minor thing I wanted touched up on my tile and Earl stopped by for me the next day and got it done. You can't ask for better than that.

Excellent. I used this company again because they did work for me before, and I am completely satisfied with the work. They are reliable, did an 1st class job promptly and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again when I need additional flooring installed.

I'm afraid your rating system is inadequate to accurately reflect the incredible job he did on pricing, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. He deserves an "A++" in all five categories! He came out immediately for our initial appointment, and he was prepared with great samples and the knowledge and experience to do the job correctly. Compared to Tom, the other two companies I had contacted didn't have a clue. His crew showed up as scheduled, worked hard, and did a perfect job. It was all completed on the same day, versus the three and a half days that another company quoted me. Tom and his company should win your Super Service Award every year. I recently contacted you asking you not to renew my membership next year, because after several years I didn't think I'd need to use your services anymore. However, because it was through Angie's List that I found Tom Rossi, please keep me as a lifetime member!

Did an excellent job. Show up at the time specified and completed the job in a very professional and thorough manner. My wife and I are very happy with our new carpet. From the start this whole process was completed very quickly but not hurried just a nice professional approach. I would use these people again in a minute.

Exceptionally well from start to finish. Expert flooring was was one of three estimates I received. Expert was competitive from a cost perspective, but Tom Rossi's knowledge of floor products and what would work well in my house was superb. His suggestions were critical to our selection. I also had in immediate confidence in his ability to do the job right. His crews for tile replacement and laminate installation are exceptional and beyond compare. Their attention to detail was astounding as they removed custom oak base boards, marked them for replacement and cleaned them all along the way. The tile setting was fantastic, especially when I had a couple of tricky cuts and placement that came out exactly as I desired. The laminate is beautiful, even with the additional challenge of some unusually long runs. To add to their technical talents, his work crews also worked very well with other work crews as I had my fireplace redone and complete painting done. His crew came out specifically on a Saturday to make sure all the base boards had been removed prior to some painting I was doing. They were very careful in moving my furniture when necessary. And these guys never stop from the moment they arrive until they finish for the day At the beginning of the project the crews told me an estimate of what would be completed over the next few days, Then, each day the crew would tell me what they would be doing the next day. Finally, we had a very small issue come up with one area of the laminate and Tom and his crew were out immediately to fix the problem. Folks, go ahead and get a couple other estimates if you feel necessary, then finish up with Expert--they are the only folks I would even consider. Tile and laminate were done equally well, so especially consider him if you are doing multiple flooring styles; he'll do a great job and you'll be happy.

I had recently purchase an income property that needed new carpeting on the stairs and three bedrooms. I began my search at major flooring suppliers. Looking for the most durable product for a rental property, I quickly became confused by all of the conflicting information. I went to multiple locations of the same store, only to get different answers at each one. Frustrated, I quickly joined Angie's List after seeing it advertised on TV. Expert Flooring Solutions had many glowing reports and I immediately called Tom Rossi. I told Tom what I needed and he said he had the perfect carpeting for me. We made an appointment for him to come by the property with his samples and to provide an estimate. Tom was on time, enthusiastic about the project and his bid of $1,085.00 was $500.00 under the lowest bid I had received... and he offered a better product! On installation day, his crew was punctual and professional. Out with the old and in with the new in four hours. The end price was the same as the bid and the carpet looked fantastic! As soon as the carpet was in I began showing the house and all prospective tenants immediately commented on the beautiful new carpeting. Thanks to Tom and his expertise, I had a signed lease for the full asking price three days later. I will use Expert Flooring Solutions again and have given out Tom's number several times.

Excellent, prompt, professional and competent, a hard combination to find in Las Vegas. Ask about baseboards up front, I may have went with new if offered the chance instead of re-installation of old which is the default. Make sure you know your square footage requirements (including the closet), my deal was adjusted upward because I estimated too low. Buy your transition moulding in advance.

Tom Rossi, proprietor, dealt with the condominium where I reside which required an architectural committee's approval for the installation of one room of replacement carpet. The condo was demanding, unhelpful, and required extensive forms and approvals. Tom handled their, often unreasonable demands, with patience and efficiency. Additionally the carpet replacement was done most efficiently and promptly.

Mr. Rossi explained to me the differences in laminate as opposed to hard wood flooring. He brought along with him several samples. We agreed on what color laminate matched my wood already in my home. Because he was an Angie List referral, I trusted him completely. We agreed on a price, color of laminate, time his workers would start, and what the expected finish date would be. Mr. Rossi, (owner of Expert Flooring) assured me that his crew would be punctual, professional, respectful, and experts in laying laminate. At the time of my initial meeting, I didn't know that my daughter had invited friends from college over to do a huge project. I had to then explain to Expert Flooring that I needed the job done, before the date that we had initially agreed upon. Long story short.......THEY CAME THROUGH WITH FLYING COLORS!!! They finished the job a day ahead of schedule, just so my daughter could have this event. Needless to say, I was forever grateful. The two guys that came to put down the laminate were a true representation of professionalism. They were careful not to damage my furniture, they took extra care with my pets, because my furniture was heavy, they went to purchase furniture movers, so that in the future, we would not scratch the newly laid laminate. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I appreciated them so much that I gave these guys a much deserved $150 tip. I recommend them to anyone who needs any flooring, whether it be carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, etc. They were trustworthy, hard working, professional, and I WILL call them, to do my upstairs. Oh, I forgot to mention, Expert Flooring gave me a discount because I am an Angie's List customer. I can't say enough good stuff about this company. They are absolutely at the top of my list. Thanks to Angie's List, I found a great company, a great, unbeatable price, and awesome workers that worked above and beyond my expectations. We had a toilet valve break and cause water damage to the carpet in the bathroom. We decided this was the nudge we had been needing to take action in beginning some renovations on our home, and chose to re-do the laundry room floor, too. Tom came out and took measurements, told me how much tile I would need to get. I went to the showroom he recommended and picked out the tile I liked. I called him and told him; he arranged all the rest. The workmen came out, brought the tile with them, did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the workmen, and Everything with Tom and his company. These guys are the best in town. Use them.

They were right on time for the appointment. They were very nice and helpful. They seemed very knowledgeable about different products. They explained the workmanship that they wanted to do, for example undercutting the fireplace so that it goes under the hardwood flooring. They were very helpful and informative. They said that they could do the job in just a couple of days. The estimate was great. Their estimate came in at about eighteen hundred dollars under the lowest company. I plan to use them in the future. Follow up report for work done: The work was great.

They did a great job. The crew did a fabulous job of removing all of the old flooring and glues and paints because they wanted the new tile to adhere better. Also, they spent time in discussion determining the best layout for the tiles (they wanted the lines to look right throughout the whole downstairs). There were many factors that made this job more complicated (diagonal design, large tiles, bathroom, closets, pantry, laundry room, etc) and the crew did a fantastic job of it. They were professional throughout the whole process.

Several people involved with this rental were in and out of the home, but the workers and all concerned did a great job with their project. Tom is an efficient supervisor as well. Good job all around!

Expert Flooring installed the flooring on the days projected when contract was issued the previous month. The same two installers performed the work each day. Expert flooring arrived 30 minutes late on a Thursday morning, moved furniture and carpet then left by noon. The next day they were late again, but installed the flooring from a little before 10:00 until approximately 5:00 pm. Everything was completed except for door and entryway pieces; which were installed on Saturday morning in about 30 minutes. Outside of the daily tardiness these guys did a terrific job. They behaved professionally and cleaned up any mess that was made. Let me state again "VERY CLEAN WORKMANSHIP." They were very informative and thoroughly went through the care and maintenance of the product after the job was complete. I am completely satisfied with the work and plan on hiring them again for our upstairs installations.
