Tom is wonderful to work with. He came to the house to discuss carpet solutions and was quite knowledgeable. He has contacts in the industry and was able to make phone calls to get questions answered to compare carpet quality and prices. He had samples sent and helped pick out the right color and carpet type. When more square footage needed to be added to revise the measurement, Tom kept the price the same. The work was done by experienced professionals with minimal disruption. It was a great experience, and I love my new carpet!

Tom was very professional and personable. He explained and showed in detail what types of carpet he could provide for me. I gave him a date as to when I wanted the work to be performed and his installation crew arrived exactly at time that Tom said that they would. The crew never stopped working until the job was finished. They were all professional and extremely courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get their flooring replaced and not have any worries about the pricing or the quality of the installation.

I called Tom Rossi, and made an appointment. He was on time. He inspected the old carpeting, and gave me alternatives. I made my decision, and within a short time, the house was measured for carpeting, and and firm commitment was established for the following week. What was important: Tom was going on vacation, but told me his employees would be at the house on the following Friday, at 7:50 am. They were early. They gave me an estimate on how long it would be for the new carpet. The estimate was very accurate. The carpeting looks great, the clean-up was neat...and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely use Expert Flooring Solutions again...

EXCELLENT SERVICE, QUALITY AND PRICE. This was a unique job in many ways. The property is vacant and I live out of state. I visit Vegas about once a month. So for several months Tom would visit the property to discuss options, pricing, bring samples, etc. Not once did he ever complain about the numerous visits. He was always cordial, professional, helpful and punctual. He even mailed me carpet samples out of state. Regarding the job itself. This was about 800 square feet in two large rooms and a large hallway - all upstairs. All areas were wood floors that were installed incorrectly and never maintained. As a result, the wood cracked and curled. I could not afford to replace with wood so I opted to match the existing carpeting throughout the house. Matching the existing carpet was no easy task, but we were able to come extremely close. As scheduled, on the day the existing wood floor had to be removed the 4-man crew arrived on time. They were polite and respectful of the property - it is a high-end, custom home. Within a few hours they had all the wood floors removed, cleaned up after themselves, left no damage, and removed all the debris from the property. The next day, as scheduled and on time, another 4-man crew arrived to install the carpet. Similar to the first day crew, they were professional, respectful and did a remarkable job, which took most of the day. They also cleaned up after themselves, removed all debris, and caused no damage. The carpeting/floors look stunning. Without reservation, I highly recommend Expert Flooring Solutions.

Was impressed with job from start to finish. I wasn't home during the installation, came home expecting a big time clean up job. Surprise! Everything was already vacuumed up, furniture moved and replaced, old carpet just a bad memory. Would have liked more carpet choices, especially for color and style, but am satisfied with what I got.

They were great to deal with and were very honest. The flooring (oak, five-inch planking) that they showed me really improved the appearance of the living room. The salesman and the installation crew were fabulous to work with, and they left leaving me with the perfect floor. They also did a great cleanup job, leaving no evidence that they were even here.

Tom was a true professional, from the estimate to the installation. He came to our home, measured and brought samples. He had additional samples sent to us (at no additional charge) and had tile samples dropped at our door step. We picked a high quality, thick carpet and he gave us a great deal! I love walking down the hall, it's like a soft pillow under my feet! Installation of tile and carpet went as scheduled. Installers were on time, polite, and very careful with our furnishings. They completed the job quickly, put the furniture back and vacuumed the new carpet. We are very happy with the carpet and tile and would recommend Expert Flooring to our friends.

Tom Rossi is the owner/operator of the company. We found him to be a very knowledgeble, experienced and "hands-on" professional who comes from a longstanding flooring-company family in Chicago...still in business today. Tom grew up in the business and it's very evident. We thought the price was fair and the workers were skilled, personable and very eager to occommodate us. They were on time or slightly early every single day on ther job, without exception, and they took great pride in their work. Breaking up and removing tile is an inherently dirty job, creating considerable dust, but they took great care to minimize it to the extent reasonably possible. Except for the mess, which is simply unavoidable for this kind of project, we were very pleased with Tom and his entire crew, and the beautiful outcome made the mess all worth it!.

Tom and his crew and his team were very professional, from the initial consultation to the clean up after the install we were quite impressed with how smooth it went. They take pride in their work and it is apparent. We recommend them to others and will use them again if we need new flooring.

The work was beautiful. They just didn’t do a very good job of putting things back in the house. We had to go out of town. When we came back, our washing machine wasn’t hooked properly and we had a small leak. So, they had to come back and re-hook up our washing machine. The dishwasher door wasn’t opening properly. They claimed that they didn’t do anything, but they did send out someone back here. It took that person 25 minutes to fix the door. The dishwasher door wouldn’t go all the way down. After they left, it was just opening at an angle. They did things like that, but the work itself was beautiful.

The workers did an awesome job. Very professional and would highly recommend to anyone who needs great work done at a reasonable price.

recently started flipping home here in Vegas. As you know you can buy them cheap but unfortunately you can't sell them for much. So margins are very close if any. Tom seem to understand clearly what I need for this house and was able to suggest carpets and installation that would give me the best bang for a re sell. They did a great job on the install. Very professional job. seams not visible no dings to my base boards. and they cleaned up everything.

Originally, Tom and his company had replaced my carpet in the living room, stairs and hallway 21/2 to 3 years ago. I had told him that I would do the bedrooms in the future. About three months ago, when I was ready to do the bedrooms, I called Tom. When he came out to give me an estimate on the bedrooms, I showed him that my living room carpet started to fade by the window. He was upset and contacted the carpet company. The company refused to do anything about it, but Tom did. He redid everything and took the cost himself. When the guys came out to do the work, they were on time, professional and did an excellent job. I absolutely love the carpet and the job that was done. I will never use anyone else to do my floors. In fact, I want them to do laminate in one of the bedrooms in the future.

We were given estimate appointments by four contractors, including Expert, but we were only given quotes by the other companies. Therefore, we had no choice but to go with a different company to have the project completed. Again, we were thoroughly disappointed in this company because of the great reviews we had read. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them.

Overall it was an amazing job from start to finish. I am really pleased with the work completed at my home. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I am also grateful to Angie's List to be able to find this company.

Mr. Rossi came to our home to show us samples of carpeting and flooring as we were undecided which to choose. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional and explained both types of flooring completely. After measuring the entire area, he gave us a very reasonable estimate for both, giving us the opportunity to weigh our options. The estimates included old carpet removal and moving of the large furniture. The carpet arrived within 2 weeks; the installers arrived promptly at 8:00 A.M. on date specified and were completely finished, including clean-up, by 12:00 noon. The carpet looks great and we are quite pleased with the entire experience.

Tom scheduled to come to my home immediately after I called. I already had one estimate from carpeting company to compare his quote to. He was able to provide me the same quality of carpeting installed for substantial savings over first quote. A few weeks later, to accommodate my schedule, the installers arrived. The were prompt, professional and considerate. They even touched up the wall on the stairways because the new carpet left some wall exposed that was not before. The moved all the furniture and then replaced when done. Tom came by following day to collect check. All in all they were fantastic. Would highly recommend Tom and his group.

I called Tom after looking at Angie's List and never looked again for someone else. Tom had Fed Ex send some larger samples for me to look at to get a better idea of what I might like. It was a good thing he did as I went with a different color and texture that now looks fantastic. He didn't want the money until the work was completely finished and I was happy with the results. His wonderful crew moved all the furniture, tore up the old carpeting, laid new carpeting and flooring all within 12 hours! I was flabbergasted. When they left, the house was clean, furniture moved back and it all looks great. We couldn't be happier. And how many other services do you know that sends a Thank You card. Tom Rossi and his crew are the best.

From the very start, Tom's crew exhibited true professionalism. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, answered all questions I had, completed the job in about 3 hours. Removed large pieces of furniture and started work immediately. Great customer service at every stage of work. Can not say how much I love the finished product.

Based on the many positive reports for this provider, I called Tom Rossi to inquire about having my carpeting re-stretched and re-tacked, to eliminate the wrinkling that had occurred since installation. (Expert Flooring was *not* the original installer; the carpet was very heavy and thick, w/ a double thick pad, and after a few years had begun to wrinkle.) Tom was right on the ball, understanding exactly what was required. He gave me the number of one of his installers, Luis, and suggested I call him directly to arrange for the work, since it was a relatively small job. I called Luis, who answered promptly, and arranged to come out 4 days later...Monday following the weekend. Luis arrived early with another worker to assist. At my request, he brought a small section of 1/2" padding, to make the repair beneath the hallway desk. Both workers were knowledgeable, and worked hard and steady to timely complete the job. The charge was $100, but I threw in an extra $20 because they had done such nice work, and I felt it was worth it. I will definitely be calling Tom Rossi at Expert Flooring Solutions...this guy knows what customer service is all about!!!

I am a repeat customer of Expert Flooring Solutions and when I am ready to do more flooring, I will call them again. In Las Vegas it is so hard to find a reliable contractor. I am so happy that I found Expert Flooring Solutions, I call them with confidence and they do not let you down. I requested the same crew of Johnny, Stew, and Earl for my second job and they came through for me again. These guys are pros and they work together as a team. They will get all of my future business.
