Matt Bennett was excellent. My brother had his floors done by them 3-4 years ago and he was pretty pleased. I talked to Mark Bennett about my floors, he gave me his card, and told me they were on Angie's List. He is perfect, trustworthy, dependable, particular, courteous, takes care of your house, and I couldn't have asked for a better job. He does expert flooring. He was cheaper than 2 other estimates I got. I give him high ratings and would use him again in the future.

The whole process was excellent! The installers moved and returned all the heavy furniture and vacuumed up afterwards. We love the carpet and highly recommend Expert Flooring Solutions.

Tom Rossi and his crew couldn't have been more professional, courteous and most importantly, on-time. They're work is spotless and of the highest quality. The condo now looks like a completely different home. Tom's recommendations for color, texture and style were spot-on, and he never pushed a higher priced product. Even when we asked about upgrading certain areas, he asked about usage (it's a rental property) and he actually steered us toward a lower cost, but more durable solution. Tom's crew started on-time and finished ahead of schedule. They even noticed a few baseboard caps that were worn and replaced them free of charge and didn't boast about it. We discovered them three days later. I wish every contractor was as conscientious and straightforward as Tom.

The installation guys were right on time. My old flooring was in good shape, so they were able to lay the new flooring on top without having to remove the old flooring. They had both rooms done in about 4 1/2 hours. Clean up was great. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We can not say enough good things about Tom, the owner, and Stewie and Earl, the installation crew that dis the work. The floors look amazing, Stewie and Earl were a pleasure, and the pricing was right. A two week tile job with a 3 yr old and 1 yr old in the house sounds insane, but Tom and crew made it easy. We love our new floors. Thank you Tom!!!

We got 3 estimates and Expert Flooring was within a couple hundred dollars of the lowest estimate. We felt most comfortable with their expertise and willingness to work with our requirements and timeline. Our calls were always promptly returned and Greg made several visits to our house with various samples. Greg was very patient with us as we explored different options and changed our mind. The installation took about 4 days, shorter than promised, and the crew was personable and came on time. They also left the house very clean. The crew moved all furniture and appliances during the installation and back when the job was done. The final product looks wonderful. We couldn't be happier.

Tom, the owner, measured the house and?provided useful suggestions.? We picked out a nice carpet and got the up-graded pad by being a member of Angie's List.? The installers came exactly when they were scheduled.? The were professional and cleaned after themselves.? The carpet looks great.

.Our overall impression of the work performed was excellent. Greg came by for the estimate and we negotiated a fair price around what I expected. AT every turn of the process, Expert Flooring Solutions was on time and communication was professional. They told us how much time it would take and the level of inconvenience we would experience. Jeff and Ryan were the installers and they made sure to accommodate the customer whenever possible. They were fast and clean during the entire process. We actually called them back to correct a small problem and they came right away and indicated thatwe could call anytime.

Tom was a dream to work with! He came out to the house quickly and gave us an estimate that beat any of the large home improvement stores. We picked out the carpet and he placed the order that day! His crew arrived early on the day of the install and they worked tirelessly until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat. Tom came and performed a final walk through and collected payment when the job was complete! Our experience was great. Wonderful selection of carpet, they order was processed quickly, and quick to install. We loved the experience and are enjoying our new carpet.

They arrived on time and finished a day early! All this was completed with excellent work and professionalism even though two rooms of tile had the wrong tile delivered originally. They were thorough, and did excellent work. They did two rooms at a time so that we were the least "torn up" that could be.

We had a carpet problem for over two years and was unable to get resolution even from the retailer, who installed the carpet and padding. Thomas sent over a person, who was able to quickly remedy the hills and mounds in the loose carpet.

Job went according to plan. Estimator came on day he said he'd be here. Job started on date I was told it would start. Job finished on day I was told it would. Final price was what was originally quoted to me and I didn't pay a dime until the job was done. Excellent local company that does excellent work and delivers on their promises. I would recommend and use again myself.

Everything went perfectly, and looked fine. We chose carpeting from a small group that were recommended for commercial applications, which ours was.

Tom met us at our house and gave us a very reasonable price to replace the carpet in our house. His crew did an excellent job installing the carpet. They installed the carpet on the scheduled date and finished in one day. As promised they removed the old carpet. They even left us some small pieces to serve as door mats. There was a minor issue that needed to be addressed, but Tom responded very quickly and had the issue corrected immediately. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Flooring installation was made on October 24th. Jose was an excellent worker. Very professional. All three floors look great. We are happy with the job Expert Flooring Solutions provided.

I first used Tom Rossi years ago when he did all the floors for a new home in Summerlin. He offered a much better price and better quality materials than the builder's pet flooring company. A few years later at our suggestion, a family member also used Tom and was equally delighted. We just sold our Summerlin house and bought a house in Siena. Most of the house was tile, but the bedrooms were carpet and we wanted to replace that with wood or laminate. Tom had us meet with Greg who is Tom's "wood guy". Greg listened to our needs and suggested that we would be better off with laminate, even though it was less money for him. The only small glitch was in timing. The job took about half a day longer than we had expected, so there was some conflict with other workers we had scheduled, but Tom and Greg stepped up and had the crew come back when the other workers were gone to complete the job. We are happy and happily recommend Expert Flooring.

The work performed was top-notch and very professional. Polite and courteous, the installers (Jeff and Ryan) took care to minimize dirt and dust to other parts of the house and cleaned up daily. They replaced all our furniture where we wanted to display our new floors in the best possible light. The product furnished/installed by Expert Flooring was every bit equivalent to the sample shown to us when making our floor selection and we are extremely satisfied in all respects with the services performed by Expert Flooring. We fully intend to utilize this firm in the future on our further remodeling efforts. We have already shared our positive experience with others, one who viewed our floors, indicated that he would be looking at Expert Flooring to replace his floors!

They were terrific! The salesman came and answered our questions and provided us with a quote. The price was better than we expected. Approximately 10 days later they delivered the flooring & the following day they installed it. It looks even better than we hoped for. The installation crew was friendly, professional & did a wonderful job. They carried away the old carpeting and pad & left the house looking as if it had always had laminate flooring. In fact, we were so happy with them, we plan to have them come back & install matching laminate in our master bedroom sometime early next spring. You will not be disappointed....they are terrific!

Always a phone call before anyone came; started work immediately, worked well together (5 people were present most of the time) and cleaned up at the end of the day. Some of my flooring was not available until later in the week, but several phone calls were made and I was kept apprised of what was happening, never felt out of the loop. The final product is beautiful and I absolutely love my floors!!

We moved into a new house and had a number of contractors doing a variety of work. EXPERT FLOORING SOLUTIONS was our absolute favorite. Tom Rossi, the owner came out and measured the rooms and much more importantly he listened to our needs and helped us choose the perfect tile for the 5 rooms. He had some wonderful ideas about how to improve the look without increasing the cost. As the job progressed Tom was always happy to speak to us on the phone and took a personal interest in the work. While his men were installing the tile, I decided to add another room with wood flooring. I knew we were in a tight time crunch to get the flooring in before the movers, however Tom R. and his installers made it happen. All 6 rooms look great! I am thrilled with the workmanship and the professionalism. When they left, all the carpet debris and such trash went with them and they even swept out my garage, where the tiles had been stored. All of the men were polite, punctual and were experts. One man named Earl deserves special applause, as he was a real work horse and took it as his personal responsibility to make sure all the work was completed on time and in perfect condition.

Tom came out with samples and we talked about quality and materials and he took measurements and he gave me a firm estimate. Estimate was fair and all inclusive (including moving my piano!), and I decided to have him do the work. When the materials came in, he called to schedule. The crew showed up on the scheduled day at the time they said they would be there and got immediately to work. The only hiccup was that the warehouse had loaded the wrong carpet on the truck, and when we noticed that, Tom made sure they had my carpet at the warehouse, sent the truck to get it, and called in more installers to make sure the job was completed in one day. I couldn't be happier with the carpet and vinyl, the crew was fabulous and careful and did excellent work. I'd use these guys again any time!

We had a wonderful experience! We were getting ready to put my mother's home up for sale and needed to replace the carpet because it was over 20 years old. I live out of town and was coming to Las Vegas for a short visit to prepare my mother's home for the sale. I called Tom at Expert Floor Solutions to see if he would be able to give me an estimate. He was very accommodating and was able to come and give us an estimate in our limited time. Tom arrived at our appointed time as agreed and was very helpful in giving us ideas on what carpet would be best and most appealing for selling the house. His price was very competitive and it included removing the existing carpet and hauling it away. He also called right from our house to insure the carpet was in stock because we wanted it installed quickly. A week later his installers had the whole job done in 1 day. We are very pleased with the results and only wished he was located in Oregon so he could do our house there! I would recommend Expert Floor Solutions for anyone who has flooring need. Tom was helpful and honest which is something we had not found often when dealing with people as we tried to get my mother's house ready to sell. Thank you Tom for making this a good experience!

Immediately after the installation we experienced heavy rain, which cause the carpeting buckle due to high humidity. We contact Expert Flooring about this, and they were extremely responsive. They came out within the same day as our call, and resolve the issue. Their work turned out great, and we really appreciated their effort. It’s been several months now, and the carpeting still looks fantastic.
