From the first contact phone call to the last inspection this was a GREAT experience. I received a call from the owner Tom to thank me for ordering from his company and to insure that I could contact him if there was any problem. I had an estimate from Shawn that included flooring, baseboards, removal of carpeting, and moving of large furniature. I was so impresed with the fair price that I was able to upgrade to a better, more preferrable laminate. The crew, Jeff and Robert, were so curteous and hard working that I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. I was always kept informed of start and end times each day and the progress made. The job was finished to my satisfaction in a timely manner and with ease. I would recommend this company and it's people in a hearrtbeat!

The installers were on time and did a great job. They were very helpful and cleaned up when done. We told Tom Rossi and Shawn Glines that they have great employees.

After reading the great reviews on Angie's List, we contacted Tom. ?He was very responsive and was pleased to get a referral from the site. ?He came to the house to provide an estimate and advised us on how to best deal with our old carpet (we had purchased a house with filthy, stained carpet). ?Even though we were on a strict schedule, and he was going to be out of town, Tom stayed in contact with us, and made sure we felt as though we were an important customer. ?The carpet looks wonderful, and we are very satisfied with the over quality of the carpet and the professionalism of Tom and his team. ?If we have flooring needs in the future, we will be sure to contact Expert Flooring Solutions.

The tile guy came to our house, looked over the job and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He started the job when promised and brought in extra help when needed. He covered the surrounding floors and furniture, as tile removal can be very dusty. He finish on time. He did a great job and at the agreed on price.

I chose this company after reading great reviews on Angies list and they more than lived up to them. Sean came to the house with samples and informative suggestions. I made my choices and signed contract. They were aware i was on a short timeline and came through for me. Jeff and his crew did the removal of tile and install. These young men were very professional and prompt. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks for a great experience.

The owner, Tom Rossi, brought carpet samples to our home. At first we chose a recommendation of his to purchase an Everstrand carpet made from recycled plastic bottles, but after some thought and a change of mind, I called Tom and he willingly agreed to cancel the order without penalty and again came to our home with samples of nylon carpets. We made a selection and the carpet was professionally installed by two of his installers, using a power stretcher where appropriate and excellent seaming of the carpet. The only advice I can offer is to do your homework to narrow your likes and dislikes for the type, style and color of the carpet you want before calling Tom so you won't be second quessing yourself if you made the best choice. We contacted Expert Flooring Solutions to get a bid on putting tile in a vast portion of our home downstairs. The owner himself came out to give us an estimate he was very through and explained that he had been in business for almost 30 years here in Las Vegas and before back in Chicago with his Family. We wanted the job to start as soon as possible and finally settled on a date. The guys showed up promptly and on time and started quickly having to ?take breaks? so I could walk through occasionally with my dogs so they could ?go? out. And even though I was losing my mind because my house was in a horrible upheaval, the guys in charge did their very level best to keep the work area clean and dust free. There was very little mess even though the construction dust was everywhere the total disaster was kept to a minimum. The guys were understand and thoughtful mindful of my dogs, and furniture and made sure I had a clear path in and out the house for the dogs. Since the vast majority of our house was being done the job took quite some time and the guys were very mindful of my schedule. Since the previous work done was of ?owner quality? they had to ?correct many mistakes? and as the work progressed they kept the work area clean and defined they always told me which areas to walk on and not walk on. They finished on time and the work is beautiful. We are going to have more work done by this team next year.

Owner Tom Rossi was great, very professional and always concerned about providing what I wanted for my home.? Johnny and his team installed the floor and were super to work with.? They moved furniture with care and worked well with my difficult schedule.? I enjoyed having all of them around the house!? The floor looks great, I could not be more pleased with the quality of product and the installation.

An excellent experience. They have no showroom, so Tom brought the samples to our home. We were looking for commercial type carpet as this was going in a craft room and a guest room and wanted both rooms to be the same. (These were fairly large rooms at 15 x 16 each.)?I know there are a limited number of choices in commercial carpet, so I was not expecting a large selection. What he had, however, was very nice looking and an excellent quality. The carpet was installed?a few days?later (we had to wait for the painting to be finished). The installers have been with him for several years and were very professional. They did an excellent job. The carpet is great - just what I wanted. He did not ask for a deposit;? so he came by?after the work was done and give us cleaning instructions, etc. His carpet quality and prices are both better than the big home stores. I will be calling him again to do our family room.

My wife and I are totally satisfied with every aspect of the work done by Tom Rossi and his crew. From the initial visit to show us samples and give us an estimate of the work to be done, to the completion of the job, everything was done with total professionalism. During the course of the work being done, we had a family emergency and Tom's people took it in stride and worked around our revised schedule. Some of the materials needed to complete the job had to be custom finished. Tom's people went the extra mile to make sure the installation and custom finishing were done to our complete satisfaction.

Tom was super nice and easy to get a hold of, I Ieft a message he returned my call in a timely manner. I was 100% pleased with the work. The guys left everything clean.

We purchased a home in Las Vegas last year and are new to the area and have relied heavily on Angie's List to find the contractors to ready our home for the long distance move. Until our move, we needed to have two bathrooms tiled. He referred us to a tile contractor that had a wide selection and very good prices. They did an excellent job of installing the tile. The bathrooms are absolutely beautiful!!! The gentlemen worked non-stop to keep the job to a day and a half and did everything in their power to minimize the "mess" associated with tile installation. The area was spotless and a closer look at the craftsmanship showed they were "seasoned" experts--outstanding!!! We are very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to work with us on the delivery and installation. They are on our "Home Contractors" list--permanently!!!!!

The work force came in at 9:00 AM and began immediately, there were four workers and they completed the entire process in less than four hours, leaving without a trace of having been there, other than a beautiful new floor. We have had many renovations done in the past 50 years, but, none as proficient as this one. Would I recommend them? Silly question, I already have.

How does one describe a flooring person that is awesome? Long distance management of a rental unit is never easy under the best of circumstances, so much more difficult if you have never actually lived there . Expert Flooring Solutions, Inc. was on time for the estimate measuring, came with recommendations for the type of carpet/flooring. All the good things one wants in a flooring person wrapped into one! Reasonable pricing, great quality carpeting and flooring, awesome install, my husband looked for seams , he found none?. They were prompt, detailed, cleaned up when done, took away the old stuff. The only thing I have to add, I wish he came all the way to Texas I would have him redo the entire house!

The day of the installation, the workers called and confirmed they would arrive at 9am and then said what kind of vehicles they would be driving. Everything about the job was completed with the utmost professionalism including the custom tile patterns we had wanted. The workers were great! A joy to have in my home! They arrived exactly on time.?When the dog wandered off they even went to get in their trucks to help look for her. My husband and I whole heatedly recommend Tom and Expert Flooring Solutions.

Excellent Job!!!! Lets start by saying I am picky, ok, VERY PICKY! I called Expert Flooring and made an appointment for an estimate.?? I explained in detail to Bill (the salesman) what type of carpet (frisse) and the color pallet (neutral multi tones )? so he would bring appropriate samples.??Again, I know what I want. ? Bill arrived "On Time" with many samples.? I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price and the carpet was installed within two weeks.? The workers showed up on time.? They were very professional and did an excellent job.? They paid particular detail and they made sure the place was clean before leaving.?? We would definitely recommend.? We will be using them again when we replace our hardwoods.?

I got them off Angie's List and they were very good. They had to take the toilets out when they redid my floors and I called them because I felt that there was a leak in one of them. It turned out that the leak was not from the toilet but the guy who they sent out found the leak and it was in the outside plumbing. There was a small leak from the toilet because it hadn't been seated properly, but it was nothing compared to the leak in the wall behind the toilet. He was very good. He told me that I needed to change something on my water heater and I used him for that too. That really helped a lot because I wasn't getting hot water like I should have and it was taking a long time. He changed it and I started getting hot water immediately. They sent the guy out as a courtesy and didn’t charge me anything.

This is perhaps the best experience I have ever had with carpet installation. I am refurbishing a house for rental. Because of this, price was a concern because there is a lot of wear and tear on rental properties. I had been to RC Wileys, Home Depot and Lowes for estimates. I really wasn't satisfied with any of them. I checked Angies List and saw the great reviews for Tom Rossi. I also checked his website for types of carpeting and was very impressed with the brands he carried. Tom came to the house and talked to me about the work. He measured and showed me exactly what type of carpet I needed. The only selection I had to make was the color. Tom gave me a written estimate, explained the time period and installation. The carpet arrived and we scheduled a date. The installers arrived right on time and quickly went to work. They were highly skilled and efficient. You could tell they were pros. I watched them install all the carpet. I noticed that there was going to be a seam in the Great Room and I made note of it. I wanted to go back and check if it was noticeable. The carpet was installed. They rolled up carpet remnants for me. What really impressed me was the way they cleaned up their mess. The carpet was vacuumed and they even checked and swept the tile areas and driveway. The left the whole house very clean. After the work was completed, I was told to call Tom. I decided to do a good test. I could not find that seam. I crawled on my hands and knees looking for it. I did this throughout the house and could not find one defect. This is the best carpet experience I have ever had. My brother runs a carpet store in Colordo.When I told him about the experience, he told me to keep Tom's number. He told me few people know how to install carpet properly. I am keeping Tom's number and will use him next year on my own house. The service, expertise, quality and professionalism of this company caannot be beat. Tom 's my carpet guy.

I called Tom on a Thursday. He was in the process of moving so told me he would have his estimator contact me. We spent a lot of time on the phone talking about what I was looking for. Tom was very professional and extremely customer service oriented. Bill called me that same day and we scheduled a time for him to come out the next day. He spent a lot of time at our house measuring, showing us the tile and carpet samples so we could pick out what we wanted, and completed the estimate immediately. There was a big selection of both carpeting and tile so basically we just picked out what we liked, hoping it would be in our price range. The quote was very reasonable. We had previously received a quote from RC Willey and it was almost the exact same amount- but the quality of the tile and carpeting was nowhere near as good at RC Willey as we were able to select here. We also got a carpet padding upgrade for free since we are Angie's List members and there was a coupon going on at that time. We agreed to go with Expert Flooring Solutions and a couple of weeks later they started. It took 5 days total to complete the work. The workers that did the tile and carpeting were very professional and courteous. They did an EXCELLENT job and we couldn't have been happier. Overall we had a great experience with this company and would definitely refer them to our friends. One day when we able to move forward with getting our upstairs re-carpeted, we won't hesitate to use Expert Flooring Solutions.

From start to finish, my overall experience was excellent. The pricing was great, and my new floor looks absolutely amazing. I will be contacting this company to install my new carpet. The installers were on time, and very professional. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs.
