My mobile home is 29 years old. When they pulled up the floor they saw water damage. They came back and did the subfloor. They were such perfectionists. They were crawling underneath the house and did it perfect. I also liked how the man treated his apprentice. He was never short with him. He also included me in all of the decisions. They left the leftover materials instead of taking them. They were even personable with my dogs. The material they use is quality.

They did a fabulous job. The carpet looks and feels wonderful. The color blends perfectly with my existing design, and I could not be happier.

I found Expert Flooring Solutions through Angie's List. I am new to the Las Vegas area and we had just bought a house. The entire upstairs needed new carpet as well as the stairs and one room downstairs (total of 6 rooms, hallway and stairs). I could not be happier with this company's services! Tom, the owner, is outright the nicest guy. He runs his business the old fashion way - he cares about his customers and it shows (wish more companies did these days). From the first phone call, he promised to "take care of me" and consistently did. We needed an estimate on the day we had our house inspection. No problem. Tom and his apprentice, Tanner, showed up on time within the 2 hr inspection time period. They helped me pick out carpet and promised to work around our close date before the movers came in with our things. Tom's price came in under what we had anticipated paying for new carpet. When the day came to install, Tom's crew showed up on time and worked all day long to get the job done. Then cleaned up after themselves. The final product is absolutely perfect and done in a timely manner before movers came in with all our belongings. I will highly recommend Expert Flooring Solutions to anyone I know needing new flooring! Thank you Tom and crew - we love our new carpet!

Everyone at the company was very professional from the initial phone call, Tom said that he would put me in touch with Shawsn, because was the expert in hardwood/laminate flooring. Shawn worked with my schedule, and provided good advise on my laminate choices. He's very knowledgeable of hardwood/laminate flooring. Johnny one of the installers, was on time every day, and stayed on schedule. They even cleaned up with the removal of trash and dust. They completed the work in 2 1/2 days.

On 24 July I contacted Tom Rossi of Expert Flooring Solutions via the Angie's List email service and got an immediate reply back. Tom was in the office, so I called and we discussed the details of our flooring situation. The first thing Tom did was talk me through a temporary fix for the exposed tack strip so that my pets/kids could be safe from further injury. Then we discussed the size and scope of the job, the materials and price point we were considering, and dates/time for an in-home estimate. Tom was very polite and professional and he inspired confidence that we could have quality laminate installed within our budget, something the "big box" stores were unable to do. On 28 July we met with Tom's hardwood/laminate consultant, Shawn Glines, for the in-home estimate. First and foremost, Shawn's just an all around great guy, and we hit it off right away. We probably spent more time in casual conversation than in the estimate. This inspired confidence and let me know right away that Tom and Shawn cared more about us as people and customers than about the scope and size of the job. We discussed the pros and cons of the different types/brands of flooring available, as this was an important consideration given the amount of time we'll have left in the house and the impact renters will have on the care and maintenance of laminate flooring. We also discussed the installation process and expected timeline as well as potential install dates. Unfortunately, a couple days prior to the estimate, our AC failed, forcing a significant unplanned expense. The result was that our budget for the flooring project dropped by 25%. This was no problem for Shawn. He measured the space tightly to ensure we wouldn't over purchase material, presented us with an affordable, but high quality, product option in our budget range, and scheduled his best installer, Jeff, who cut even tighter than Shawn measured. My wife and I volunteered to do most of the prep work including moving out all the furniture, removing all the old carpet, pad and tack strips and cleaning the workspace. Let me be clear; Expert Flooring Solutions offers these services, at a modest cost, in their installation. My wife and I offered to do this work in order to stay within our budget; it was not a condition of the bid. Installation began on 13 Aug and was completed on 14 Aug. The installer, Jeff (didn't catch his last name), and his apprentice, were very professional, showing up early, worked late, and stayed on-site for lunch breaks. We had an issue with two cases of flooring being damaged, possibly from being dropped on their side, threatening to derail the install. Jeff got on the phone to Shawn immediately, who contacted the manufacturer, Mohawk, and their warehouse, and had us two replacement cases of flooring the same day. No time was lost. Jeff and his apprentice installer did a great job of measuring out the flooring, and we ended up with a full, unused case, a testament to how tight Shawn measured and Jeff cut. There simply was no wasted material, and we have plenty of extra flooring for potential repairs in the future. As a result, we came in on budget. Jeff made sure to go over maintenance and care and recommended proper cleaning products to use as well. All in all, this was a great buying experience from start to finish. Tom and Shawn made sure to get the job done within our budget, but they didn't cut any corners to do so. A quick internet search of the materials shows that the "low end" options Expert Flooring Solutions offers are of vastly higher quality than what the "big box" stores and liquidators offer. And the overall installation cost, start to finish, was lower than what the chain installers offered. Just one more reason to go with a local business over the corporations any time you can.

This company has a different person for each type of flooring.? The first person that came out was their pergo salesperson, then I had to call to have the carpet salesman come out.? He gave me an estimate, and we booked a date and time for the installation.? The person that came to install it was very late.? I called a? couple of times to find out their eta, since I had other items to attend to.? Once the solo installer arrived, he laid the carpet down quickly and did a very good job.

Thoroughly Impressed!!! Expert Flooring earns an A+ for exceptional customer service, integrity, products, and installation. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Expert Flooring. The owner, Tom Rossi, turned what could have been a horrible experience with a problem floor around into an easy re-install with a wonderful product, all paid for by Expert Flooring. We had engineered hardwood floors installed by Expert Flooring in Dec. 2011. I wanted an eco-friendly engineered hardwood floor and I researched Shaw engineered hardwoods in particular. I specifically asked Expert Flooring for the Shaw epic core engineered hardwoods, even though Expert Flooring usually sells other engineered hardwood brands. Expert Flooring complied and did a great job with installation, using the specific manufacturer-recommended glue for installation. Less than two months later, we experienced problems with the floors themselves, specifically with the top layer peeling up from the epic core in multiple places throughout our house. This was despite our meticulous cleaning of the floors, never using water, only sparingly using Bona hardwood cleaner. One area was so bad that we routinely caught our feet on it and had to cover it with a rug to avoid our young son from injuring his foot. Tom helped us with the warranty claim and the multiple appeals from the denial of our warranty claim. Shaw sent an inspector several times to our house and even another installer, but they were unable to offer us anything that would come close to approximating the value of replacing the peeling flooring. Tom stepped up to the plate and completely replaced all our problem-plagued flooring with Carlton hardwood at a cost to him of over $9,000, never asking us to cover any part of payment for the product or installation. The installation was excellent! Jeff was very meticulous and we couldn't be more pleased with our new flooring. We are so happy that we went with Expert Flooring because we can't imagine that any other installer who originally gave us a quote would have remedied our situation so fully and quickly like Tom did. We would've been stuck with a problem floor and we'd be mired in a lawsuit right now. Instead we are enjoying our beautiful new floor and no longer stressing over peeling floorboards. Tom is an honest, trustworthy guy with integrity and runs Expert Flooring accordingly . He constantly kept in contact with me about the status of our claim and eventual re-installation schedule. Every person I came into contact with from Expert Flooring, from salesperson to installation crew, was respectful and trustworthy. We can't thank Tom and his crew enough for all they did for us!!!!! I will continue to recommend Expert Flooring to everyone I know! There is a reason Expert Flooring has earned a #1 rating on Angie's List repeatedly. I would not hesitate to use Expert Flooring again for any other flooring needs.

Tom was great right from the start. He met my wife and I out at the new home that we purchased. We initially wanted to get an estimate but needed to have carpet put in within 5 days of the estimate. We were worried that we couldn't get what we wanted due to our time crunch. Tom spent a lot of time with us up front and called several vendors to ensure that we could get the exact carpet that we wanted on time and at a good price. Tom ordered the carpet on the spot and even bumped the install up a day when the carpet arrived earlier than expected. His crew was at our house promptly at the time promised and worked non-stop in the heat (without AC) until the job was finished. We are extremely pleased with the job and will definitely use Tom in the future should we need new carpet.

We contacted Expert Flooring after checking on Angies List for a recommended flooring company who could install tile flooring.We called Tom Rossi who sent out his tile flooring expert to give us a quote. We were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and care that we were given. We chose a tile from their samples which were brought to our residence. Installation was set up and on the day we agreed on, the installer showed up right on time. Well after the installer showed us the tile, we did not like the look of it in our kitchen and arrangements were made to go to the tile supply company and chose a different tile of our liking. No hassle or extra charges of any kind for us changing our minds. After the tile was picked up, installation began and we were very pleased with the process. In 2 days time our new 18 inch tile flooring was installed and we could not have been any happier.

.We decided to remove the carpet from our living room and install tile. Tom the owner told me he was very busy for the immediate time, but that was not an issue for us, we to needed to wait till the following month. He suggested where to look for tile, we found exactly what we wanted. I called to tell him we knew what we wanted, and he set a time to come within a day or so. He came and looked at the job, gave us a quote. There was a question about how to make a border work and he immediately asked his tile layer to come and take a look. Earl, the tile person came a couple hours later and gave us the perfect solution to our question. We booked the job right away cause we were happy w Earl's solution and Tom gave us a price lower than any other quote. The floor looks wonderful and we are super happy with the job and with the services provided from start to finish! We would not hesitate to use Expert Flooring Solutions again at any time! And they finished in 2 days when we had originally allowed a possible 3 rd day. Could not ask for aything more!

He was friendly, came up with a solution for us within our price range, and he even explained how to clean up a red wine spill.

We contacted EFS at closing & they responded promptly to set-up an on-siteconsultaion to pick through samples, take measurements and provide an estimate. They were prompt and professional. We were trying to match an existing carpet used in certain parts of the house so they brought in a lot of samples. We explained that we were under a time constraint and were not looking to spend a fortune as we would like to go with Hardwood in the near future. With that in mind, the selections were wittled down and we chose a sample to move forward with. The next business day we got the call that the selection was in stock in LA and would be available for install by the end of the week, right in line with our timeline. On installation, the installer showed up on time. I had to leave the property but asked that he call me when he was 30-minutes from finishing, which he did. I showed up right as he was finishing up. What a great job! I was very impressed with the finished product. Long story short, we will be using EFS for all of our flooring needs in the future.

Mr. Rossi runs an excellent company! He is very personable and accessible. He came out to my house and provided flooring samples and made the entire process smooth. Also, he was accommodating with my schedule. The installation team was friendly and completed the job in one day. Outstanding value for the service. Highly recommended!

Mr. Rossi was extremely friendly and prompt to deliver all that he promised. He even changed his scheduleto fit us in as we wanted to complete the job in a short time period. He kept us informed of the progress andwas anxious to help us. He is just the kind of guy that we needed with our tight schedule. We will definitely use him in the future when we need to replace the "renter's carpet", and upgradeto a higher grade as well. Mr. Rossi claimed that his family had been selling carpet for years and we believe his confidence in his knowledge makes it easy to make quick decisions.

I originally had an appointment set-up with Tom on Friday June 29th but I had to cancel and he was very gracious and fit us in for Saturday June 30th. Tom arrived promptly for our appointment and began measuring the rooms and discussed with us what we were looking for. Tom retrieved several samples from his vehicle that he thought would best suit our needs. He explained the difference between the various samples and discussed our decision with us. Tom left stating he would call Thursday with the date of install but it would probably be about three weeks. Tom called Tuesday and we were very pleased to hear the install would be the following Thursday. The crew (two men) arrived promptly on Thursday and started to work right away. They helped us remove the furniture from the rooms and then helped us replace it once they had completed the work. The work performed was very professional and the young men were very pleasant. Cleanup was perfect; new carpet vacuumed, old carpet and padding taken nothing left behind aside from new carpet. I was told to call Tom once the crew left but I became so engrossed putting the rooms together I forgot and sure enough Tom called me to make sure I was pleased with the carpet and the work performed. I am very pleased and would recommend Expert Flooring Solutions to family and friends. It was a pleasure to deal with someone that has the knowledge and shares it with you so you can make an educated decision. Payment was not provided until the work was complete and I was satisfied. I find this truly amazing in the business world.

Flooring install was quick, clean, and precise. Any minor issues were corrected immediately (had some slight bumping on the end of some boards which they quickly redid). I am very pleased with the end result, the new floors look amazing.

From start to finish the process was excellent. I spoke with Tom to set up a time for an estimate and then we ordered carpet. Tom was very easy to deal with. He has a lot of energy and clearly a strong desire to please the customer. Despite being quite busy he was easy to access and very clear and accurate in regard to the cost of installation and time frame to order and install the carpet. The men who perfromed the installation did a very good job and Tom was readily available by phone to answer some follow up questions. The final product looks great and Tom emphasized that we should contact him with any problems or concerns. He appears quite invested in not only getting the sale but standing behind his work once the sale is completed. I highly recommend this company!!

I'm so grateful I found Tom & Expert Flooring Solutions. I was in the process of moving across the country, the closing of my house was delayed several times, and scheduling installation was a challenge. Tom was always available, willing to offer helpful suggestions, and was able to make the whole process so much easier. He met with my daughter for measuring, had his installers pick up the tile I had bought, and the entire house was completed on schedule. I wasn't even there to see it happen. What a pleasant surprise I got when I finally arrived and opened the door to see the finished project! Now I am on the growing list of people who would recommend Expert Flooring Solutions. They were all great. The?craftsmanship was high quality and looks great. There was a minor problem with the carpeting, but he came out to explain everything to me. He made me feel more comfortable?as to why he?had to do the work the way he did. ?He is excellent. Even his subs were top notch.? He has?a great follow-up and I would recommend him to anybody.

I called Tom and with refreshing honesty he told me that he doesn't do cork flooring insatallation. There isn't a lot of demand in Las Vegas and apparently it takes a specialized skill set to do properly. Rather than have one of his wood laminate guy do the job, he felt I would be better off finding someone with more experience. He offered to let me call anytime if I have any other questions. I will definately call him when it comes time to relpace the carpets.

Called Tom at expert flooring solutions he sent out out Sean to give us an estaminet on 6/04/12 to do laminate in the main areas and carpets in the bedrooms. Sean was very professional had all his samples with him we choose a bamboo laminate and brown carpet. We made the decision to go ahead and order with them and couldn't be any happier with that chose. The installer came in on 6/25/12 and was done with the whole job on 6/30/12 very clean work looks great what a difference from the before to the after. I will use them again thank you expert flooring solutions.
