After packing up most of my delicate belongings, they were insistant that I do as little as possible. They would take care of things. I used the True Stone in the bathrooms and was delighted with Juan's abilities. Jeff and Vinny were experts at laying the laminate down and doing a fabulous job. They were extremely trustworthy and a pleasure to have around. They gave this job every bit of energy and sweat to do it right and repeatedly said if anything was wrong to call them immediately. The carpet guys were fast and efficient. I cannot say enough about how I was treated and the level of their professionalism. I would hire them in a minute and would urge you to hire them if you care about the quality of the work you want done in your house or business.

The men showed up on time and began promptly scraped the floor swept it moved the furniture as promised good craftsmen knew what they were doing and completed the job as well as I expected

I called Thomas at the store this morning, and within 4 hours, the workers were here to do the job. They were extremely professional, and completed the work quickly. It looks wonderful now! Outstanding A+

I wasn't there, but they kept me informed. First I was forced to reschedule the installation date because my contractor was still working in the rooms. On the the installation they came to a locked door. The contractor was supposed to be there and he wasn't. A friend unlocked the door for them. They found a lot of the contractors tools in the rooms and had to move them. So it was extra work. They did a beautiful job

The complete removal & install took 3 days. The two men crew was on time(within 15 mins), professional, friendly & experts at what they did. Cleaned up after services & covered other furniture.

Top-notch service starting from the guy who answered the phone (who I think was the owner) to the sales guy who came to the property (Sean) to the guy who did the work (who I never saw since I was out of town - I literally left the key under the mat). Quality of work was excellent. They didn't accept payment until I had inspected the work and was thoroughly satisfied (which I was). I gave them a B on price because it seemed a bit high, but in fairness I didn't try talk to them down and was much more concerned with service and quality. Certainly there are less expensive options out there but you get what you pay for.

Very good service.....I selected date of installation and they complied.......carpet I selected appears to be of good quality........only one installer sent with an assistant. which took approximately 5 hours to finish.....no problem since the quality of work was excellent.....cleaned up completely.....movied furniture back in place.......... overall, very satisfied and would recommend to others to consider this company.........owner and salesman bend over backwards to satisfy...........

Although our bedroom carpeting was just over two years old, we decided to have it removed and replaced with hardwood flooring. (One of the best decisions we ever made.) We contacted, Expert Flooring Solutions after finding their name on Angie's List. The owner was going out of town the day we contacted him so he had his right hand man, Sean, contact us. What a great guy, really knows his stuff. Sean came to our home as planned and brought several samples of hardwood flooring. He included several types of wood and colors so we could see how it would look in the rooms where it was to be installed and to compare the various prices. Sean estimated the job to take about 2 1/2 days, it was done in 2 days. The installers were Jeff and Vinnie. They were prompt and very professional. They removed all the moldings without wrecking them and preped the floors for installation. The flooring was installed impeccably and the moldings were re-installed and touched up with original paint that we still had (They look brand new). Just a suggestion to anyone contemplating having hardwood flooring installed, if it's not to old, save some of your original paint or take a sample to a paint outlet and have it matched for touch-up. Our new floors were installed very timely and professionaly. They look beautiful. If you ever plan on having flooring installed I highly recommend Expert Flooring Solutions.

The installation was completed as promised. Mike the installation professional did an excellent job and answered many questions that we had about laminate. His experience reflected in his work. Mike and his assistant Pepe were very efficient and cleaned up all the materials when they were done. They made sure all the furnture was back in place. The whole process from the call to the owner Tom until Shawn came to see the final result was exceptional and went so smoothly that and we will definitely use them again for our flooring needs.

My vinyl repair was subcontracted to Luis. He was very neat, and the job was done to my satisfaction.

I got an estimate on Wednesday (they brought samples to the house for me to choose from), told them I wanted them to do the job Thursday morning and the job was completed by Friday evening. We wanted the carpets done before we moved into the house so time was extremely important to me. Shawn ended up calling the warehouse to see if they had the carpet I wanted in stock and they did so they had it overnighted. They even dealt with installing the carpet around the built in closet in the master bedroom which were were not able to take out. They hauled away the old carpet and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I'm very happy with the new carpets and how quickly they were able to do so without sacrificing the quality of work done. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went great! Workers arrived on time and remained until project was finished. The 2 individuals worked as an experienced team with minimal interuptions. After the furniture was carefully relocated, the old material was removed and everything was professionally prepped for laminate installation. The installation of the flooring was meticilously done as well as painting of the newly installed molding. Again,the team cleaned up thoroughly, replaced the furniture,and hauled away all remnants. It was obvious they were committed to doing the best job they could!

FABULOUS! After the glowing reviews on Angie?s list, we contacted Expert Flooring Solutions to inquire about removing our builder-grade tile and carpet (approx. 900 sq. ft.) for more durable/attractive tile throughout the main living areas and bathrooms, as well as wood in the bedroom/closet (300 sq. ft). For the first phase (tile), Shawn explained the process for choosing the tile and came out within a day to check out the areas and discuss the actual installation timeline. We chose our tile (thank you Emser Tile!), Shawn got back to us with the final bid, and we arranged an installation date. The entire tile job took a week and, yes, there is dust everywhere!! Unfortunately, that?s the reality of removing old tile and installing new (Shawn warned us, and we packed whatever we could before the installation). Earl and Stuart (Expert Flooring installers) arrived promptly the first day and got to work immediately removing the old tile/carpet and prepping the floor. They were careful with our furniture, and cleaned up wherever possible. This team worked tirelessly the entire week and were ALWAYS friendly, informative and completely dependable. For the 2nd phase (wood), John, Matt, Chris and Nathan showed up on time and completed the job in a day. Again, they were respectful of our belongings and installed beautiful hardwood floors with a cheerful, accommodating, professional attitude ? nothing is ever a problem and it seems they can do just about anything! The team at Expert Flooring has many many years of experience and brings true craftsmanship to the job ? they are all artisans, and clearly enjoy what they do and take pride in their craft. The end result: absolutely stunning floors for a fair price! Expert Flooring is a pleasure to deal with ? they truly understand the meaning of ?customer service? and expert craftsmanship.

WoW! It all went very well. Very reliable installers - all of whom had a great deal of experience and all spoke English. I could not have asked for a better set of crews. I will definitely use these folks again.

Tom was extremely helpful in providing us with information based on his vast experience in the flooring business. With his help we were able to convince the builder of our 2006 house that the amount of our cracked tile (about 70) is unacceptable and should be covered by their structural warranty due to the concrete being cracked beneath the tile. This process took months & Tom was always there to provide the expert opinion with our best interest in mind rather than the flooring company that the builders kept referring us to. Once the settlement was made our choice for a reputable installer was clear. Earl & Stewart did the removal of the old tile & the installation of the new tile. They knew just what flexible barrier to use to cover the already cracked concrete as well as the barrier used to cover the rest of the concrete. We were out of the house for 4 days during the removal of the roughly 1000 sq ft of tile (due to the large amounts of noise & dust). The guys did a great job sealing off the other parts of the house & worked very hard to minimize the mess/cleanup. It took about a week to install the tile (one section of the house at a time) and the guys were great about doing it in a way that allowed us to live in the house & still access what we needed each evening. One extremely minor thing we had to do was touch up our floor-boards with some paint after the installation was complete but this is not a reflection on their quality of work, I don't believe there is any way to remove as much tile as they did & not affect the floor boards a little. In all, we are extremely happy with the experience in total, even the builder (after some time) was helpful enough--although we're convinced that Expert Flooring (Tom in particular) is a huge reason we were successful. I don't foresee needing to replace flooring anytime soon (this one is done right) but every time I talk with someone about flooring I make sure they hear about Expert Flooring Solutions, I can't think of a better business I've worked with in the Las Vegas Valley. We are all extremely happy with the experience & result.

Puncual. Arrived on time, moved all furniture without damaging anything, removed all old carpeting and took it with them so that we didn't have to dispose of it, they did an excellent job of intalling new high quality carpeting and thick pad throughout the house. They put all furniture back in it's original position without damaging anything. They did the entiere job in one day at the same price as their original WRITTEN quote.

when we first contacted tom he was out of town but was very responsive and gave my husband shawn's phone number. we contacted shawn and within a day or so he was in the house with various laminate samples. he was prompt and very personable, great to work with. we decided on the laminate, shawn gave us the estimated time frame and said he would be calling in the order the next morning. he called back to let us know that he ordered the flooring and gave us an estimated installation date. he made another call to us to tell us there might be a delay but as it turned out there wasn't any, he just kept us very well informed. the installers arrived on monday to drop off all of the materials, they called before their arrival time to let us know how long they would be, they were always prompt and we appreciated that every time they were here they called. tues. they arrived on time, asked us some questions and got to work. they were in the house the entire day and came back on wed. to finish up the job, we had new molding put in as well so they had to finish up with the molding. the floors look amazing, a job well done from start to finish. the biggest surprise was that no money had to be deposited, they placed the order on a hand shake and we were billed after shawn came back to inspect the finished job. i would definitely use their services again and would recommend them without any hesitation.

We are new residents to Nevada and used Angie's list to find the best company to handle our carpeting needs. We selected Expert Flooring Solutions. Mr. Tom Rossi came to our home with samples, took measurements and discussed requirements with us. His bid was not the lowest or highest, but his knowledge, recommendations, and personality convinced us he was the one to do the job. Tom did not require up-front payment, ordered our pad and carpet when we called to give him the go-ahead. He notified us when the carpet was received and on the scheduled installation day his crew arrived on time, moved all furniture, removed the old carpet and pad, installed the new carpet and pad, and placed all furniture in original locations. The swept, vacuumed and picked-up during each stage of the installation. The men in his crew were friendly, personable and professional.

We used Angie's List for the first time to find a flooring company. We were impressed by Expert Flooring's reputation and contacted Tom. We worked closely with Shawn for the estimate, choosing the carpet and coordinating the installation . He was very professional and came out to the house to help us select a carpet. He was knowledgeable about the different brands and materials of today's carpets and helped us choose the perfect carpet for our lifestyle. When we were making the color choices, he was nice enough to call the supplier to find out what was in stock and the estimated delivery times which helped us make a decision. The best part of the experience was that the carpet came in early, thanks to Shawn's diligent follow-up with the supplier and tracking the carpet from the suppliers warehouse to Las Vegas, we were able to get the new carpet installed before we moved the furniture to the new house. Both Tom and Shawn were highly customer service orientated, professional and exceeded our expectations. We?ll definitely use Expert Flooring in the future!

Our experience with Expert Flooring started with a phone call to Tom, the owner. He was very cordial and answered all our questions and concerns. He always answered his phone or returned our calls in a very timely manner. He made arrangements for us to meet his sales rep., Shawn. Since Shawn had been an installer, he had a thorough knowledge of the products. Additionally, Shawn was also very responsive to our needs. After we decided on a specific floor, Shawn gave us a detailed written estimate. Then Shawn and Tom worked with us on a mutually acceptable schedule for installation. Our installers were John, Matt, and Earl. They were friendly, prompt, and entirely reliable. During the installation process, Shawn called us to see if everything was going as planned. We told him that the installers were doing a flawless job. When the floor was completed, Shawn and Tom called us, and both of them came on different days to give us some more tips on floor care and to inspect the floor. They stated that if we ever had any problems or concerns they would be happy to help. Therefore, we were totally satisfied with Expert Flooring.

He was very professional, on time, and left the property clean once he had finished. I have no problems with his work.
