Sean was very sweet and arrived on time. The reason he did not get the job is that his floor samples did not meet my specifications. I asked for cherry/red toned wood laminate and all he had to show were varying shades of brown. The less expensive flooring that came to 43400 were the thinner, cheaper grades. The competitor brought me the exact color i was looking for and it was a good quality for the same price quote on the job.

Expert Flooring Solutions was the low bidder to replace carpet in a townhouse I own. Their price was great and service was on time. Please give Expert Flooring Solutions a chance to bid on your project. I had no idea how much carpet and installation would cost, so I had several bids on the project which included upstairs carpet in two bedrooms, hall, stairs and replacing vinyl flooring in one bathroom. I first started with one of the big box hardware stores. They were the only ones to charge for an estimate. As it turned out the big box store was not only the highest bid overall, but engaged in what I would technically term bait and switch. Their advertised installation price did not include stairs (an extra $240) and other costs. In other words their advertised installation price was baloney. Expert flooring solutions offered Mohawk quality carpet for much less than the other bidders. If you are shopping for carpet replacement and installation: Please get more than one bid. You will be surprised at the variance in cost for the same carpet.

I would use this company again. The value of product and service was outstanding and the price was great!

Shawn came out with carpet samples, on time, with all the options that we needed. We chose the carpet that we were happy with and were given an install date. The day before that install date, a pipe burst in our wall and flooded the downstairs. There was enough damage that drywall had to cut out and all sorts of fun stuff. I contacted Tom and let him know what had happened and asked if they could carpet the upstairs but leave the downstairs for a later time, once all the repairs were done (drywall, painting, etc.) He told me that it wouldn't be a problem. They came on the scheduled install date and did a great job getting everything put in upstairs. Tom was kind enough to wait for any kind of payment until the whole job was completed, even though I was more than happy to pay at least half when the first half was done. We had to work with our insurance company on when the repair work could be done, so we had to push the install date back for the second half of the carpet another couple of times. Tom was a pleasure to work with, always understanding and willing to work with me. He came by when the job was complete to check his guy's work and make sure I was satisfied. I am thrilled with our new carpet and wouldn't hesitate to use Expert Flooring again in the future. Thank you Tom for your great work!!

Shawn promptly arrived to our home with a truck load of samples. Explained the options, measured and provided the estimate. Both carpet crew and flooring crew were very professional and handled furniture carefully. Great installation and service. Highly recommend this company. All showed up on time as promised.

This company is fabulous, perhaps the most fantastic company of any kind that we have dealt with. It all starts with Tom Rossi and the standards he has established for his company and crew. What an amiable, likable, and knowledgable fellow he is. From the first contact with him on the phone to the last contact we had when we handed over the check, he had our respect and confidence. We first worked with Shawn who came to our home to see what we needed done. He grew up in the flooring business so he had several suggestions for us to contemplate. After viewing colors/finishes we settled on the engineered hardwood. Dates for delivery of the wood and installation to begin were then determined. From our very first contact with the installation team we were impressed. They were all business like - professional self-starters who knew just what to do and didn't waste time getting to it. Ali is wonderful and always concerned about the customer's needs. Michael is so knowledgeable about the product and best ways of installing it. And then there is Eric, always smiling and working hard. He would always seem to be the last to leave, making sure each day that every detail was taken care of. All the guys were extremely courteous and easy to work with, constantly striving to do their best, even when moving our furniture around. The only negative thing to say was regarding all the dust that was stirred up, even though they cleaned up each day. It would be difficult to keep dust down for anybody even though most of the sawing, etc took place outside. We are completely satisfied with the finished product and will highly recommend them to all in need of their services. The most amazing thing about this company is that they want no money up front. Not 10%, 25% or 50%. Not a red cent until they do a final walkthrough with you and you are satisfied with the product. Then they will take your money and, believe us, you will be pleased to give it to them.

The owner, Tom Rossi, answered the phone each time I called, and he came out to measure. He brought lots of samples and it was very convenient to have this mobile service. He advised when the carpet was being shipped and scheduled the installation. Installers came on time, moved and replaced our furniture, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. We're very happy with the work and highly recommend Tom and his company.

From the beginning phone call to the follow up visit when the job was done could not have gone better! Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make our decision on our flooring choices. The Install Crew was very professional and did an outstanding job. The floor looks great! In addition, no payment was required until the job was done!

We got them as a matter of fact because of you. They are fantastic, outstanding. Very professional. Their work crew is amazing. They came when they said they were going to be here. They left to give you time in the evening. They worked hard throughout the day, they didn't take breaks they didn't interrupt. I have two big dogs, they are old, they were very kind to the dogs. In fact all of them hugged them and kissed the, not that that's a big deal, but it is when you have dogs. They didn't say you can't have your dogs in here. The sales manager is outstanding, he knew all kinds of information on flooring and suggested the kind that we should probably have with dogs and with the kind of activities that we have. His name is Sean. And one of the incredible things is that you do not pay a dime until the job is completed and you like what they have done. They will come back and if you don't like something they will fix it. Which is not the case.

It was great.They were very easy to work with--always on time-cleaned up as they went-explained everything they were doing. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and ease of the whole process. The house looks great!

We had to relocate from our previous home (now rental) near Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas to Henderson for my wife's new job. Rather than buy something, we decided to renovate a 1,860 s.f. house I've owned in Henderson since 1995 (and had been renting to my brother, who is now - sorry, bro - living in an apartment). To update the interior, we decided to rehab the kitchen and all the flooring. Old flooring was original carpet and linoleum. I and a friend did some of the prep work (pulling lino and carpet out, removing baseboards in main living area, junking old appliances, building out kitchen island, that sort of stuff), but shopped around at Lowe's and Home Depot when it came to the flooring. Had Lowe's do the tile work in two bathrooms, but they screwed up the toilet replacement part of the contract, which cost me $300 in emergency repair. After wasted back-and-forth, Lowe's finally offered to make good on that mess if I gave them the rest of the flooring contract, so that was the end of them. Now I was ready to go the Home Depot route, had the bid and all, but decided to look through Angie's List (I enrolled around that time) and came across Expert Flooring. The reviews looked good, but before getting around to calling them, I happened to run into a poker buddy who, upon learning of my situation, told me Expert Flooring had done his floors about two years ago. He raved about them. So I called Tom Rossi. He said Shawn would be in touch and we went from there. I was bouncing between both sides of the valley at the time (to Henderson for reno work, back to Red Rock for sleep), but Shawn was absolutely great at working with me wherever I was. He logged some miles getting us samples, coming by to answer questions, etc. The best thing I can say about Shawn and the Expert crew (over and above the workmanship itself, which was excellent) is that they were flexible. They helped you solve your problems. For example, the house is steel-framed, which makes baseboards a weird issue. Some of the original boards were pulled, some not. Home Depot would not do baseboards in areas where they did not do the floor itself. I had two bathrooms and a kitchen area where the flooring had been done by someone else. That wasn't an issue with Expert Flooring. Shawn listened to what we were shooting for, he offered useful suggestions on how to make it work, they gave us a great price, and delivered the goods. As you can tell from this review, I sort of ramble around a lot...I get things done, but it sometimes is a lot more circular than linear. Big box providers have their systems and don't adjust. But the guys at Expert did. Another example: had the laundry room tile to do, wanted it to match the bathrooms, and had some mosaic the wife wanted around the fireplace. Shawn and Expert knew people, brought them into the picture, and it all got done. The flooring work completely transformed the look of the house. If I can get around to it, I'll post pictures. I meant to do this review right after the work was done, but things come up and here it is, four months later. Still, I was personally impressed by all these guys and highly recommend them to anyone looking to do your floors. And don't try to piecemeal it like I did at first, go with them from the start and have them do the whole thing. They really are good, responsive, enjoyable to work with. Shawn is a great guy, Mike and his crew...all hard-working pros.

The sales rep, the tile installer and the floor installer were all prompt, courteous, informative, and highly skilled . The jobs were completed on schedule and the results were beautiful. Everyone associated with Expert Flooring Solutions was professional and meticulous.

I found Expert Flooring on Angie's List and gave them a call on a Sunday. Even though they are closed on Sunday's Tom called me back within 30 minutes. We set-up and appointment for Tuesday, and Tom arrived right on time. He brought dozens of samples with him and measured all of our rooms. We discussed what we wanted. For example, we wanted the best padding he had and a plush, thick-piled carpet. He explained the different brands of carpet he offered and suggested a few types that we'd be interested in. We decided on what we wanted and he ordered everything right then and there from the supplier as we sat there. Due to supply and demand we had to wait two weeks for the install, however due to other work we were having done on the house this was not an issue. On the morning of the scheduled install the workers actually arrived 30 minutes early, which we were very pleased with! The next 30-45 minutes was a whirlwind. In that short of time all four bedrooms had the old carpeting and padding removed and swept to start laying the new padding! I don't recall the name of the gentleman who actually installed the carpet, but I will say that he is by far the best installer we have ever worked with. Tom, the owner/manger of the company called to verify his workers had shown-up on time and if we were pleased so far with the product and the install, which we were. Tom arrived within 5 minutes of the job being completed and reviewed the install quality himself. The whole process couldn't have been any easier or more pleasant for us. Tom is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and the price for a high-end product and customer service that we received was well below what we expected to pay. If you're looking for new flooring you can't go wrong with Expert Flooring Solutions!

FANTASTIC! Nice to know that there's at least 1 flooring business in the Vegas valley that has ALL the proper CONTRACTORS LICENSES so he can LEGALLY install carpet the right way, shows up on time, has great prices and in general, Tom Rossi is a pleasure to do business with. WARNING: There are unlicensed flooring people and businesses all over the Vegas valley. The Nevada State Contractors Board can not police them all, so whomever you choose you should INSIST on seeing their current business license AND their contractors license which is required by law if they install or do ANY service. If I had done that 2 years ago, I wouldn't be spending $thousands more now to fix my mistake. My experience with Expert Flooring Solutions has been the exact OPPOSITE of the nightmare experience with a wholesale flooring business that was recently removed from Angie's List, was not licensed to install carpet, has a criminal record, promised me a $3292 refund for their poor quality carpet and bad installation and then after I filed a criminal complaint with Nevada State Contractors Board they gave me a refund check that bounced (now in the hands of Clark County DA where felony charges may be soon filed). There's a reason why Expert Flooring has so MANY more positive reviews and I'm glad I found them on Angie's List..

Workers removed Furniture from Living Room, remoed old carpet and padding, Replaced padding with a higher grade material and put down new carpeting. He visted my home a few days before the work was done with carpet samples and to check work area. All work was finished a quick period of time. Very Satified.

Luis and his helper were on time and did a great job. They are due back next week to re-stretch the carpet upstairs and the price quoted is very fair. I'm sure Expert Flooring solutions is great choice for new flooring installations as well. I can see why Expert Flooring Solutions made Angie's List highly recommended!

Very professionally from start to finish. Shawn and their company know their stuff. Their crew did everything including moving furniture out and back. It's been about a month now and this new carpet (and pad) is better than the stuff that had been in the house since 1996 no surprise there perhaps. In any case, we highly recommend this company.

The project went very smoothly and I was very happy with the result. Shawn and the installation crew showed up on time, were efficient and friendly.

Look no further! From beginning to end, this was the best customer experience I could ask for. I phoned Expert Flooring and explained that I needed carpeting for 3 bedrooms. Tom Rossi answered and said that his salesman Shawn would be calling back to set up an appointment. He explained that I should have some thoughts in mind as to color, texture, traffic, etc. so that Shawn could bring the appropriate samples. I did some internet research from Lowe's and Home Depot so that I had the right terminology. Shawn arrived at the agreed day and time. He helped me along with the selection and pricing. I did place an order right then, and asked if I could possibly have installation within a week or 10 days. Shawn contacted the warehouse to check on availability and scheduled the work right there and then. Perfect. Next came the installers, Erick and Luis - right on date and time. These 2 men were as pleasant and professional as Shawn. They began by unrolling the carpeting outside and asking if this was the exact shade I requested. It was. They worked continuously for the next 3 hours, moved all the furniture, removed old carpet and padding. Then they vacuumed and swept every stray carpet fiber away and asked me to inspect the rooms for my satisfaction. Amazing. This was NOT the experience I have previously had with carpet installation in Las Vegas. Shawn returned a few days later to make certain that I was happy with the product and the work. In a nutshell, these are wonderful people to deal with. Professional, pleasant and honest. No, I'm not related to any of them. I just can't say enough good things about this company. A breath of fresh air in this town!

The installation was perfect. The gentleman who did the work, did a great job. Tom, the owner, went out of his way for me. I wanted a specific style of carpeting. I wanted a one foot wide boarder of a contrasting color. Most other companies did not want to do the work with me, ?but he worked well with me. It was difficult to find. I have been researching since last fall. I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was perfect. I first contacted Shawn. He could not find what I was interested in and did not go the extra leg. I followed up later and he then referred me to Tom. Once I started working with Tom, everything was great. He followed up and was very responsive. They scheduling was not the easiest but I was not concerned because the work was well worth it.

The service was great. The guy who came out originally to show me the product did a great job. The three men who did the installation also did a great job. They were all phenomenal. Everyone was respectful and professional. The owner and sales man sent a a thank you card. I also got flooring cleaning as a gift. I love their service. They did a fantastic job! I trust them and I felt the price was reasonable for the work performed.

The workmanship was excellent. The product was good. Their attitude was perfect. I was highly satisfied with the service. My neighbor liked their work so much, she hired them to do carpet in her home.
