Sean came out and I told him what I would like to do and what I could afford. The tile guys came out on a Friday and removed the old carpeting in the master bathroom area plus bathroom. They also removed the told tile in the front entry plus in the laundry room. They were right on time hardly took a break and took the old carpeting plus tile. Then the capeting guys came out and took out the old carpeting plus padding in three bedrooms plus the living room and put down new pading and carpeting (they also removed all of the furniture and put all of the furniture back in place). These guys worked very hard also. Mr. Possi the owner came out to see what they had done and I let him know that he has a great crew and that they worked very hard and did a great job. I would recommend Expert Flooring to anyone who needs carpeting, tile or laminate floor they do an excellent job.

The installers were great! They were professional and considerate and did a beautiful job of the installation. They had to remove old hardwood, carpet, and tile and prep the floor in the living and dining rooms, one bedroom and the family room. They also installed baseboards. Everything looks wonderful. I highly recommend calling them.

Very good work, all crews were on time and respectful when moving furniture. Done sooner than quoted, and no money due until we were satisfied. Very transparent pricing and no hard sell. I was a little more hesitant together this done than my wife, but now that it's done, I'm glad we did it. I would definitely go back to the if I needed to, but hopefully i wont have to for a while. :)

Shawn came out to measure and give me estimates. He had only one tile sample with him, but after visiting the show room, I went with the sample he brought. I loved it! It is a Mohawk ceramic tile that looks like wood flooring. Shawn was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I obtained another estimate that was almost twice the cost of Expert. Before I made a final decision I called Shawn with more questions. Again, he was very pleasant and professional while answering all of my questions. The installer that came was Juan. Again, very professional and his work is excellent! He even went above the install and picked up a new toilet for me because one of my old ones was cracked. The floor looks fantastic! It really does look like wood..especially with the high level of experience and care Juan put into it. I am already recommending Expert Flooring to everyone I know! What a great experience! I feel like I made new friends! I will use them again and again.

Overall in was a pleasant and professional encounter. We are completely satisfied with the experience and would use them again. We have already recommended them to 2 of our friends to help them with their flooring needs.

We bought a home that had carpet everywhere, including bathrooms. We had tile put in the bathrooms and laminate floors everywhere else on the first floor. Everything looks gorgeous. The only down side was the job took a little longer than expected. Our floors were pretty uneven once the carpet was pulled up so it took some extra time to level everything.

Moved furniture and did a great install.

I chose Expert Flooring after trying to deal with another provider who was just unreliable. Tom Rossi was professional, punctual, and explained the process in detail. He did what he said he was going to do, and in the time frame that he said he would do it. This was very important to us because we already had an inflexible move-in date to our new house and needed the flooring done before then. He delivered as promised and kept us updated through each phase of the process; and there were no 'surprise' costs at the end. I recommend Expert Flooring whole heartedly!

Tom Rossi is very punctual, returning my phone calls within minutes. He was very helpful and honest in all of our conversations. He even researched a flooring product he was not familiar with.

I'm glad I did because I was most impressed with the responsiveness and the fact that the owner, Tom, came to house with samples to look at. That makes it so much easier than having to find a store that you trust and then having to deal with salesmen. Tom made it very easy and we picked out a quality product. The work was done on time and it looks fantastic. I would definitely use them again.

Sean did not have the colors of laminate flooring I wanted and compared to what I selected from the company I chose, it appeared cheaper material.

We have not had new carpet on the second floor of our house since we moved in,and that was 23 years ago! I know gross.Tom, took a lot of time with me, and steered me to good color choices that were neutral, and durable. I love my house again!! The workers were careful with our pocessions, and worked steady. Our bathroom floor gave them some trouble, being an older home and all. Tom promised me it would be fixed,"Just trust me, he kept saying, I will make this right!" Tom is polite,helpful, and respectful,he even took his shoes off when he went upstairs to check out the job his workers finished! I will call Expert Flooring Solutions again, when I need flooring of any kind!!

He ordered the carpet as we spoke and scheduled me in his calendar promptly. Unfortunately, I ran into some problems with that nasty contractor I mentioned earlier and had to postpone the carpet installation with Tom. He sent me my unused check the same day and mentioned that he would be at my disposal when I was ready. No Fuss, no muss, just sublime professionalism. PLEASE call this company for your flooring needs. What a Gem of a man.

They did a good job and completed work in a timely manner. There were a few unforeseen issues but they were resolved quickly and work continued as scheduled.

It turned out great. They were very easy to work with and there was no pressure from them to sell us s a product. They were always timely and they would always notify us if they were going to be late and what was going on. We were also remodeling a kitchen, and they had to alternate their schedule and they were very flexible. They are a great bunch of guys and trustworthy. They are quick to come back if there are any problems we want them to look at. I think their prices are very fair and comparable to others.

It was very well and they did a very good job. Shawn and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal and they took care of everything. Everything was done over phone and internet because we were 3000 miles away. The customer service was beyond phenomenal. I would highly recommend them. They got the job completed in about a week. I got good value for money well spent.

This was the second time we used Tom Rossi and his crew at Expert Flooring Solutions and they did a terrific job both times. Unfortunately the first carpet that was installed (the one my wife and myself specifically wanted) did not match the color scheme we had ended up with in our bedroom remodel. We were extremely embarrassed but called Tom to see what we could do to change the carpeting. He was so understanding and helpful, coming out almost immediately to discuss the situation. We didn't ask for or expect a price discount but we were given a cost break that cut our expenditure by a substantial amount. The upshot was we now have a carpet that fits our decor although we are still quite embarrassed that our original choice required Tom and his crew to return and redo what was an excellent installation to begin with. We are already planning to carpet other areas in our home and will only use Tom for the job.

Living room carpet was cut too short. Tom noticed the error immediately and re-ordered the carpet leaving the shortened carpet until the replacement carpet arrived. The new carpet arrived within two weeks and was perfect. Would never go to anyone but Tom.

The installation went well, it was started and completed as requested and the workmanship was very good. Tom Rossi was very professional and was responsive to all my requests. I am completely satisfied with his service and will have him quote on the remaining 3 bedrooms in the future.

When I first contacted Tom he was very professional and understood I had time constraints. He made an appointment to meet with me in 2 days. He brought samples with him which made it even easier. I had already received 2 other quotes so I knew what price range I wanted/needed to be in. Tom never tried to "up-sell" me. He was very knowledgeable and offered me the best pricing on the same name brand carpets I had seen at other places. He was able to get it done pretty quickly. I was extremely pleased with the final product and will definitely choose to use Tom again in the future. If I had to come up with one thing that could be improved upon it would be the cleanup. The installers did a very nice job and even vacuumed. However I did find several nails/tacks in the driveway and street as well as food crumbs in laundry area. I would still give Tom an A+ for the completed job. Thanks Tom!

This was my second time purchasing carpet from Expert Flooring Solutions. Tom was very prompt and responsive when I called him to come out for carpeting the last two rooms of our new house. He had an idea about what I was looking for and had the samples for me to view.? One of the best services that Tom offers is that he sends you 12inx12in samples of carpet in different colors. This is fantastic considering how the carpet color can look different in each room, depending on the lighting and time of day. It was much easier for my husband and I to pick the color of our carpet when we had a chance to look at it several times a day in different lights. You cannot get this service at a big box store. Plus, his prices were much better than any of the quotes we received from the other stores. After calling Tom with our carpet and color pick on Tuesday, he was able to have the carpet installed the following Tuesday! His installers were professional and worked efficiently. We are ecstatic about the great quality of our beautiful carpet and the thick pad. Tom is the only person I would buy carpet from in Las Vegas! I recommend him to all my friends.

We've used them a couple of times. They first came out in March. Their prices were very reasonable. We liked Shawn, their salesman. They were very easy to work with. They went above and beyond anything we wanted. They came back and installed carpeting. My husband and I are retired and disabled. They moved everything we couldn't move and put it back exactly where and how we wanted it. We are going to use them again for more flooring.

We went to three big box stores looking at carpet for our family room, bedroom, and closet. None had stellar customer service and one even charged us $35 to measure for carpeting in our home. We decided to call Tom and we are glad we did. He was able to come to our home within a few days and provided a large variety of carpet samples. He even ordered larger sized samples to be mailed to our house so we could make a final decision. We decided on a Shaw berber and an upgraded pad. Tom's estimate was far below one of the big box stores that we had visited. He promptly ordered the carpet and scheduled an installation date. The installation went flawlessly. Our furniture was carefully removed and put back. The carpeting looks fabulous. There is a seam in the bedroom and you cannot detect it at all. Tom came after the carpet was installed to personally inspect the quality of the carpet and installation. It was only then that he would accept payment. It was great having such personalized attention. We appreciate that he works with installers he trusts and not some random people. We are already planning to have Tom come back and sell us carpeting for other bedrooms in our home. Give him a call! You won't be disappointed.
