They were refreshingly on time, on task and very professional. Changed out 4 bedrooms. closets, stairs,and loft and coat closet. The workers were on task, moved furniture from then back to the bedrooms as they started and ended each room. The foreman explained what they were going to do before the work began, then everyone when to work. I have several rental properties and will use them again. They called after completion to make sure I was satisfied with the job and the workers. The sales person actually came out twice to make sure the color of carpet was correct.

Had 4 bedrooms and a hall and stairway carpet installed. When they did not arrive on time I called and was informed that one of the carpets was not delivered to them. I was upset that they did not call and let me know but I guess that they had not been informed by the manufacturer and did not know until they picked it up and then there was difficulty find our salesman so he could inform us. They installed the carpet they had. The missing carpet was going to be delivered too late for us so we picked a new carpet and it was installed in a week. Other than this glitch I was happy with their service and installers.

They came with samples and gave an estimate for vinyl flooring in kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The estimate included removing some existing tile and instralling new baseboards and flooring. The 3 workman came on time. They were polite and professional and did a nice job. I was very pleased with the service.

Tom came out and brought carpet samples. Started with a lower priced carpet, which we seriously considered. But when he pulled out the higher quality sample - what a difference. I had to have it, even if it cost more. He helped choose a color and gave me an installation date and said I won't hear from him until then unless he has to change the date - which was two weeks out. Sure enough, there they were on our doorstep, just like he said. The three men working here were so professional, polite and very nice and they did a great job. Everytime I go into one of the bedrooms it just reinforces how happy I am with the carpet. It's so plush and soft and looks beautiful in all the rooms. Very happy with this project. I wish Tom could help us on all our projects around the house. He was a pleasure to work with!

It was done in a timely fashion. Cleanly and professionally. Installers were congenial and courteous. Tom Rossi was a great help in determining the choice of carpet. He was very friendly and showed genuine concern for the buyers satisfaction.aybr

They were out on Wednesday 1/29 as scheduled to remove the old tile and install new tile in the toilet area. He also prepped the changing area for the carpet. On Thursday 1/30 he was out to grout the tile and install the toilet, plus he installed new baseboards. They were then out on Friday 1/31 and installed the new carpet. The tile and carpet came out great, I'm glad to have the project finished ON TIME and for the price agreed upon.

Tom was very responsive to our request and made the whole process very easy. This is a second home so we needed to work within a window of time while we were at the house over the holidays. Additionally we had to coordinate the timing with getting the bedrooms painted. I LOVED that I didn't have to go to a carpet store and pick out the carpeting. Tom came to our home... brought the kind of samples that he thought would be most appropriate so it was much easier. He also explained the various features of the carpeting. We decided to go with a little more expensive type (Mohawk Smartstrand) because of the durability, stain resistance, etc. After we made the selection, the next day I had second thoughts on the color and contacted him. He brought the samples back over and I made the final selection. I so appreciated his flexibility and going out of his way to do that. His whole goal was to make sure we were comfortable with the color decision. The day of the project the crew was on time, very pleasant, took great care to move the furniture, and just went about their business efficiently and professionally... it was a very full day..almost a 10 hr. job. When they were done they carefully moved all of the furniture back. It looks fantastic and feels wonderful. Tom came the following day to inspect the job his team did and ensure that we were happy with the results. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Tom and your team for a job well done. Juan did an outstanding job. The carpet and pad were removed and taken away. The laid out a border and tile in our living room. The job came out GREAT ! The owner Tom Rossi is a pleasure to deal with and is very responsive. We will be using him for our bedroom floors in the near future

Shawn was very knowledgeable on the flooring and showed us several designs in the coloring that we were looking for. The crew that came out were very professional with suggestions and care of the furniture that they moved, and I have some very heavy furniture! They alerted us to problems-our back door was leaking (it was raining outside) so we had to wait for the new door to be put in to finish the flooring. They did a good job with cleaning up and were always cautious about ---everything they did!

These guys know floors. Install was perfect, and professional done. My kind of guys. And yes they will answer the phone and show up when they should. Great job.

We would highly recommend this company. ?They were knowledgeable, respected our budget and found something we like and enjoy within our parameters.

Installers arrived on time and completed the install within a few hours. Finished job with a vacuum and completely cleaned the work area. Unfortunately, the seams did not blend and an adjuster determined the coloring was defective. Within a few weeks new carpet was installed. Even though the seams are better they really are still visible. This is because of the tufted pattern of the carpet. My recommendation is to be absolutely clear in your mind that when you pick a raised patterned carpet the seams are very difficult to hide. I held off on this review so I could see how well the install and carpet held up. The carpet still looks new. The owner was very helpful in selection decisions, worked to quickly resolve the defective carpet color, and also in assisting another family member who also used this company. The work there also excellent and very we'll priced.

The work turned out wonderful. I loved their service. The installers were friendly, professional, and worked extremely hard. I dealt with Sean, and I like that they do everything in house and?bring you samples and different price ranges.

It went very well. I made an appt with shawn. It came out as promised, took measurements, gave an estimate. I accepted the estimate. The work was scheduled a few weeks later. The floors was installed. Since I was out of town, I didn't see them until December 20, 2013. I was very impressed with what I saw, and plan to have Expert Flooring to complete the job in a few months (bathroom tile and bedroom carpet).

They were excellent. Shawn came out with samples the day after I called. Was helpful in picking out appropriate carpeting. Was installed a few days later. The installers were excellent also. Even fixed a crack in the concrete floor without added charge.

A true pleasure to work with. We originally were on going to have tile removed and laminate installed. Were so happy with Shawn that decided to add replacing the molding and the tile in both bathrooms and from there we added re-carpeting two bedrooms. Juan did an excellent job on the tile and worked around a delay caused by another contractor the was behind schedule, just a super individual. Shawn did not oversell the job and actually saved us a few bucks. After every day's work was completed they cleaned up and the floor sparkled.

The work was excellent, price unknown since we didn't do much comparison shopping. Followed through with the install dates and the job was done well. Only negative thing to point out was during the job (I work from home) the guys were yelling at each other over something I assume related to the job. It seemed heated, but didn't involve me. I have no clue what it was regarding. Slightly unprofessional, but I didn't really worry about it. Floors turned out amazing! They helped move the furniture back and were friendly to us the entire job. They asked us to write a review at Angie's list, and this is my first review btw.

Everything went perfect.? From the time I first had Shaun come out and provide me an estimate to the time the installer left my home everything was done professionally and timely.? Shaun provided me with several samples and although we finally decided on a carpet that he did not normally suggest, he was able to provide me a competitive quote and also was accommodating with our schedule.? We had just bought the home and had some remodeling and renovations done which we wanted compete before we scheduled the carpet install.? Shaun worked with my schedule even though we had several delays due to the remodeling and we were still able to get the carpet installed the day before we moved in.? The installers did a beautiful job and it looks better than I had imagined.? I would definitely recommend Expert Flooring Solutions to anyone needing a competitive and quality carpet install.

Very professional from the original meeting to pick out materials and get estimate from Shawn; to the wood flooring installers and the carpet installers. Quality install all the way around with quality materials. To be honest we did not shop around on price, so I can't speak to the pricing as compared to others...I had read their other reviews and have made up my mind to use them based on their previous reviews. They did not disappoint. I would use them again.
