They were punctual on the call back and very pleasant on the phone. They explained the cost of the bid very thoroughly and to my satisfaction. The price seemed a little steep but they were also offering a really good product.

All went well the work was quickly and professionally done.

Flawlessly, and every contact made us feel wonderful. What a terrific human being Tom Rossi is! Plus, he's been in the carpet business his whole life, and he grew up in the carpet business. He REALLY knows what he's doing. He's extremely aware of customer service, makes it his top priority, and does everything in his power to accommodate your needs. Carpet is beautiful, price was absolutely fair and right (and a great deal!) and he made great recommendations to other trades for work we needed on this project. Buy from this guy, he's the real deal!

I needed new carpet upstairs and on the stairs. I called them because they were rated so high on Angie's List. A guy came over and measured my house and brought samples. I told him I wanted soft, plushy carpet. He showed me some options, explained the differences to me, asked me what my budget was and helped me with color options. I was very indecisive and picky but he was very patient and helpful. I finally made a choice and we set up an installation date. The installers were professional and efficient. Once complete, the guy came back to check up on the installation. I love my new carpet and was very happy with the overall process. I like to wait a while to review installations to see if I am still happy with everything a year later and I can definitely say in this case, I am! I have referred them to friends interested in new carpeting.

Tom was great. We met up to look at samples then he even brought them by the house. Tom recommended some colors once we chose a palette we liked. I'm so glad he gave us his opinion, the darker shade was absolutely the way to go. He gave us a quote immediately which was under our budget with an upgraded carpet pad, so we booked a date for our install. He clearly told us what we should prepare before his guys arrived and what they would work around. It saved a bunch of hassle that I've heard from other folks to know exactly what we needed to do. And his guys moved all the heavy stuff! Then they arrived 10 minutes earlier than the half hour window of time and they finished up before the anticipated end time. It was lovely to have them get in and get it done without any burden on our end. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was like they weren't even here, except I have beautiful new carpet! They had multiple surfaces to join up to, other carpet, tile, and linoleum. All the transitions look beautiful. The payment was handled easily after we were satisfied with the result. Thanks Tom!

It was great, worked with us to select the tile and carpet, worked round delays in the cabinet installation and painters. Quality of work is outstanding! People come into the house can't believe the tile is not wood and how everything lines up. As Tom will tell you they are not fast but the quality is well worth it! Have recommended Expert to neighbors.

First, my apologies to Tom for the delay in the review. ?If you are in the market for carpeting, don't waste your time - just call Tom. ?I spent/wasted hours upon hours/days looking and comparing carpets/pricing/quality...after I was very unhappy with the experience with the company the insurance company sent me to (which supposedly is the easiest and best deal). ? If you go with Tom, he will take great care of you Tom asked us lots of questions and made sure the carpet was suited for our house/use/pets, etc. ? ?If you want to shop beware....I had multiple people "switch" carpets....bid on carpet they said was identical to what I had selected, but after doing my research...which is tough but can be done....had substituted lower grade to be competitive. ?Tom, however, is fantastic. ?He is probably one of the best business people I have met. ?He tells you what he is going to do, then he does it, then he follows up to make sure he and his crew did what he said they were going to do to your satisfaction. ?All at a very reasonable price. ?I got great carpet, and a very reasonable price, very nicely installed with an extremely hardworking and polite crew. ?He came out and looked at it himself to make sure. ? ?Again, ?if you want a no hassle way of buying flooring with someone you can trust - call Tom. ?By far the best part of my remodel. ?(It's been 7 months and 0 issues with stretching, etc.)

We have used Tom Rossi and Juan before for a similar floor replacement in our living room. The job was done very well, Juan is very conscientious and does excellent work. Quality and time were excellent. I would recommend and use this vendor again in the future

Appointment was for 6:00; at 6:30 I called to find out where Shawn was and he said he thought our appointment was between 6-7, but either way, he'd be latter, 7:30. He wound up arriving at 8:00. That said, he spend 2.5 hours with me measuring and planning the job - very thorough for a quote. Price was a little high, but seemed to be good quality. Either way, although late, Shawn was very friendly and easy to work with.

We got two estimates for the flooring installation. Expert Flooring was a bit more expensive but when Shawn came over and discussed the project, showed us samples, and provided his expertise, we decided we wanted to go with his company. The estimate was discussed and agreed upon and I was able to sign the invoice via email so Shawn could get this rolling quickly. Additionally, he and his crew bent over backwards to make the project happen before I had to leave town...from estimate to install was less than two weeks! It says a lot about a company and it's personnel when they are willing to work with a customer like Shawn and expert flooring did. Jeff, the lead installer, delivered the flooring and supplies to our house 3 days before installation to allow it to acclimate and was very courteous and professional. The entire crew arrived on time to begin the install and asked us what area we wanted done first, moved the furniture, removed the carpet and baseboards, prepped the concrete floor, and began installation. They were a great crew, very courteous and hard working and they did an exceptional job. It is clear they take pride in their work and are very detail oriented. Throughout the install, if I had any questions they would answer, and often explained what they were doing before I even asked. Their cuts were exact and their craftsmanship exceptional. At the end of each day, Jeff would discuss what they were doing the next day and what time they would arrive to begin. Cleanup was accomplished every night and nothing was left inside the house so we could still use the place while the install was ongoing. Once the entire floor was laid and dry, they repainted the baseboards, reinstalled the baseboards, then repainted over the nails used to secure the baseboard to the wall! As they explained, this really made the floor "pop". Jeff demonstrated how to take care of the floor and proved cleaning supplies...in short, they did everything from start to finish and did everything in a highly professional manner...we could not be happier with the results. They even left us a can of paint to do the other baseboards to match, and left a box of wood flooring so we'd have matching materiel should something happen. This is an absolutely top notch company with top notch professionals doing the work. I highly recommend Expert Flooring Solutions.

I found Expert Flooring on Angie's List and liked what I read about them. Tom was great and so informative on the phone; Shawn was awesome, super accurate, and fair with the estimate; and Juan was absolutely fantastic with the meticulous installation of our Italian porcelain tile (over 2,000 sq. ft.) Gabriel was also super with the installation of the carpeting on our stairs. Expert Flooring staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and considerate. They completed the huge 16-day project on time and with no other hidden costs ... and the result was magnificent! Thank you Tom/Shawn/Juan/Gabriel. Can't wait to have you replace our upstairs flooring next year!

Mr. Rossi first came out to take a look at the house and provide me with an estimate. He was right on time and made some good suggestions considering the house is a small rental. He was very helpful in getting the work done quickly so that I could allow someone to move in who was in a hurry and wanted to be in by the first of the month. Mr. Rossi's installer arrived right on time and began tearing out the old carpet and pad and while he was working another gentleman showed up to deliver the new product. The old caret was loaded onto the truck and hauled away by one man while the other stayed to complete the installation. He was very efficient and polite. The work was completed without any issues and as soon as the installer left I spoke to Mr. Rossi who came by to take a look and collect payment.

Shawn G. came to our home, measured our living room for new wood flooring. Shawn promptly found appropriate samples which we picked up to compare with existing wood floors. After preparing offer and contract documents the flooring was ordered and arrived at our home a few days later so the wood could acclimate. The crew arrived in a very timely manner and carefully moved the furniture including heavy pieces. They removed the carpet, prepared the floor and installed the wood product. The crew including Jeff, Vinny, John and Daniel were all outstanding with their attention to cleanliness, care of our property, timeliness, and attention to the detail of installation of a fine wood floor. We really can't say enough how everyone we encountered from Expert Flooring Solutions were professional, friendly and very competent. We won't hesitate at all to have Expert Flooring do additional work for us so long as they remain competitive in pricing for comparable products.

We just had beautiful hardwood floors installed in our home and we couldn't be happier. The floors are stunning and the company was a pleasure to deal with. Shawn really wanted to make sure we were happy with our choice, there was follow through on every promise he made to us, and he addressed any questions we had during the entire process. This company is excellent from first contact to completion of the job. They installed new flooring on approximately 2800 square feet of our home. Shawn coordinated everything down to the smallest detail. They did a fantastic job and really cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed on time and the price was right. The entire experience from the estimate through the completion of the work was outstanding. We were very pleased with everything. The price was right, the customer service excellent and the work was done to our complete satisfaction. Tom Rossi, the owner, is easy to deal with and very professional. The two gentlemen who installed the carpet were as well. They went right to work upon arrival, were very neat and the stairs looked great when the job was completed. To top off the experience, Mr. Rossi sent a thank you card in appreciation of our business. We would not hesitate to recommend Expert Flooring to anyone and would readily use them again.

Sean came out to give me an estimate and went over samples. I decided at the time to replace the baseboards as well. The estimate was a bit higher than I anticipated but decided to chance it with all the positive reviews they had. After ordering everything Jeff and his crew came out to begin the work on the laminate hardwood. They explained everything and kept me informed on the timeline. Once the carpet was ripped out they told me the foundation was not level and would need to pour concrete to level the floor. I was happy they caught this and it reassured me that they were taking every detail into account. After that install began, painted baseboards, installed underlayment, flooring and baseboards. Total job took 3 days and it looked absolutely flawless. My house looks like a million bucks. On top of that they moved furniture for me and cleaned up debris. I spent a good amount of money on this job and I can honestly say it was worth every penny. These guys are the real deal. I will higher them for my bathroom flooring in the future. I also had several estimates and they were a bit higher but the quality in the construction was well worth it. Hire them if you want it done right!!!

They removed the old carpeting and installed a new high grade pad and carpet, all finished in half a day, with the furniture put back in place, we were very pleased with how everything went, and with Tom and his company.

They were very professional, polite and did a very good job. They also cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed and pleased to have them in my home.

Shawn Glines, Expert Flooring's rep, was great! He helped us select the best type of flooring for our requirements, steering us to wood grained porcelain tile rather than hardwood, which was a better choice given our needs (heavy human and pet traffic). Expert's installers were prompt and very conscientious, and helped us with grout color selection. They did a great job, and the new floors look awesome! Will use Expert Flooring again whenever we need new floor coverings.

It has been a good experience. I would definitely use them again and would even recommend them to other people.
