Everything was great, Shawn helped us find the carpet we liked, installation was quick and easy, couldn't have asked for anything more.

I had set-up an appointment with Tom so that he could bring some carpet samples over. He called the morning of our appointment very agitated and said that he had to cancel due to his wife having been in a car accident. We said "no problem" and he said "I'll make it up to you". There was a slight mix-up on who was supposed to call who, but another appointment was made, about 10 days after the cancellation. When we finally met with Tom he was punctual and he brought samples as requested. Tom did as promised and "made it up to us". He gave us, what we felt was an outstanding product with all the possible discounts that he could. When we set-up the installation date (about 2 weeks), he told us that we wouldn't hear from him again until after the install, which was and that he didn't want to hear from us until after the carpet was in and we were completely happy. He said he'd mail us a receipt and after the carpet was installed we could mail him a check. All this without a deposit! He wasn't kidding either, there wasn't even a confirmation phone call! The installers were supposed to be at the door at 8AM. They were ringing my doorbell at 7:45AM. There were 2 fellows and they were very efficient. They moved the furniture, removed old carpet, installed padding and carpet, and done by 11AM. Our experience with Expert Flooring Solutions and Tom Rossi was very smooth from start to finish. Soon (I hope), we'll be calling him for flooring in another room.

First of all I want everyone to know I recommend Tom and his team to anyone looking for carpet. I called Tom and went to his showroom to find out an estimate on carpet. I was very impressed that I would be working with the owner of the company which shows to me it isn't a corporation but a very personable and honest business. I went in and told him my price range was about 2500. I had gotten two separate quotes, one being from Lowes for 6500 with a installation special going on. He had a lot of very expensive carpet and was straight forward with me and said I couldn't afford it but had something in my price range, instead of giving me the round about and letting me fall in love with carpet I couldn't afford. He showed me a couple of samples and even let me take home one of his books so I could speak to my husband about it and pick out our color. He quoted me 3000 and I was in disbelief after just coming from Lowes. He was able to schedule me for the next week which was very exciting since it was right before Christmas and I needed to get it installed and move in quick. He installed it and was done by the time I got off of work at 2 that day. I was amazed at how quick he did the project and it looked beautiful. The color was awesome and quality was perfect. I have no complaints with this company. Tom was out of town when it got installed but stopped by to check it out as soon as he got back. Made me feel like he really cares about his work and his company. No wonder he has been in business for so long! Truly a blessing!

A man named Josh came to our home to give us an estimate. He was very patient, and took the time to listed to what we wanted, and made suggestions. In the end, the price was pretty good, and we liked Josh. We have been, overall, satisfied with our carpet. We haven't had any issues. It's been nearly a year and a half since our carpet was put in, and it still looks great. The only quibbles I have are: the carpet seems on the cheap end ( we were told it was good quality). It is "thinner" than what I would suggest. It's proven to be pretty durable, but just doesn't feel like it's very high quality. Additionally, the tack strip around the edges of the room was not pounded down very well. There are multiple places (mainly in the thresholds of rooms) where I feel the sharp tacks on the bottom of my feet. Sometimes quite painfully. Yeah, I know it's an easy fix; pound them down with a hammer. But, I don't want to spend my time doing that. I hired somebody to put in my carpet after all. We made this complain to Josh, and he and the owner (Tom, I believe) came to our home to inspect and pound down the tacks that were sticking up. We thought it was a good show of professionalism. In the end, I would rate this company a "B". We were impressed with Josh; but were not super impressed with the quality of the carpet, or the value in making this transaction. I feel like we got decent carpet; but probably paid too much. I would probably shop around again before using Expert Floor Solutions in my home.

He interrupted me, he did not answer questions and did not listen well. I was completely turned off by the phone call and will not be using them.

It was perfect. They were on time and never late. MAticulously neat and cleaned up great. Finished the job ahead time.

Everything went well, and it was a pleasure dealing with the company from start to finish.? The installers arrived on time, did a good job with the installation, and cleaned up after themselves.

I couldn't say enough wonderful things about this company. The owner Tom was very attentive and Shaun was very, very personable and professional . The installer Jeff was absolutely excellent. We have gotten so many well deserved compliments on our new floors. The project was completed a day ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Excellent work from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and I never felt "out of the loop" on my project. I would highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff. Keep up the great work guys, we will use you for any future projects! Many thanks.

Shawn was very great in helping us find the carpet that we were looking for to put in the three bedrooms. He placed the order and scheduled the installation and delivery for the carpet. The carpet was installed on time and the installation went flawlessly. We've been very happy with the carpet and installation. Shawn then schedule a time to come out and inspect the installation to make sure we were happy with it.

Shawn came out and showed me carpet samples on a Monday and the carpet was installed that Friday. Easy. I had been putting off the purchase of new carpet for way too long as I had several huge pieces of furniture and some built-ins that had to be navigated. They came out and handled everything. The job they did was superior. Beautiful installation. The pad I was told had a layer of plastic between it and the carpet just in case of spills or animal accidents! What a great idea! Anyway, my upgraded carpet looks and feels wonderful!! These people are the best. They won't accept any payment until you are fully satisfied. I would definitely use them again. P.S. Tom, the owner was out of town and his assistant Shawn handled everything. However, Tom took the time to call me to make sure that everything had gone to my satisfaction. Nice touch....as well as a "thank you" card. In a town full of fly-by-night services, I can't tell you how satisfied I am.

This was a small job as it was only a staircase to be carpeted. That did not stop Tom from coming out personally to look it over and give us a bid. He even gave an alternative method that would be cheaper and that I could do myself. I wanted it done in the best possible way though and hired Tom to do it. His honesty was greatly appreciated and gave me great confidence in hiring him. The few times I needed to contact him he was very responsive. If he couldn't answer his phone he would call back very shortly. He also called several time to make sure the progress was going well. Again this was a small job and yet he still showed that kind of attention to detail. Jose, who headed up the crew was very professional and polite as well. Overall, it was a very good experience and when I need another carpet job done I will pick up the phone and call Expert Flooring Solutions without hesitation.

WOW. If you want flooring done right and want the best customer service experience you want Tom and his team to sell and install your flooring needs. Tom is a great owner that really cares about you getting the job done right. Shawn is the manager that has years of experience and can help with all product selection and measuring needs. And to top it off Jeff and his team of installers are the BEST i have ever experienced . They treat your home as if it was their own and do a super great job. On a scale of 1-10 the team at Expert Flooring rates an 11 with me. Could not be more pleased.

Called Tom, set up for a free consultation, and within a week had the carpet installed. His guys even removed some old tile and adhesive that was left over from a previous renovation. Tom and his crew were prompt, professional and a great value! Highly recommended.

Perfection to say the least with the new laminate flooring installed by Tom, Shawn and the Team at Expert Flooring!! Daniel and Tito the install team are definitely experts! They were wonderful from A to Z. I found them on Angie's List and they had the most reviews so I called them. I had difficulty doing this project with Lowe's. The guys said no problem and had someone out the next day with samples. I asked what was nice for the bedroom, they recommended one. They came back and laid it with a specific price. Finally, the owner came to my home to pick up the check. It was so nice to talk to the owner and just write a check. He could not have been more helpful. The whole experience was nice! I love it! Also, they sent a thank you card following the service which was very nice! They also mentioned Angie's List in their thank you card!

Shawn was a pleasure to work with and he was spot on with all of his recommendations and material selection. This is one gentleman who knows his business and his experience and professionalism was on full display. Shawn showed up on time and took his time to ensure that we were completely comfortable with our decisions. He never made us feel rushed and he took the time to answer all of our questions. In the end, we fully understood the estimate, the material choice, the work involved, and the scheduling timetables associated with the work. Two days prior to installation the crew delivered the hardwood materials to cure in our house. Jeff called in advance and made sure that the delivery didn't displace or inconvenience us in any way. We have to say that the crew was the absolute best ever. What a fantastic group of guys. They tolerated our annoying little dog barking at them at every turn and they were kind, courteous, considerate, and extremely professional. They did a fantastic job with the floor and they displayed a work ethic and attention to detail that should be the model for the industry. They left the job site so clean and tidy that, other than the gorgeous new wood floor, you couldn't even tell they were there. We'll definitely be calling Shawn and Jeff back to complete our other three bedrooms in addition to a fresh tile job in our formal living room.

I've had problems in the past with contractors who performed poor quality work or even worse, damaged something else in the process, so I was anxious about finding the right company. My first call to Expert Flooring to set up an appointment was handled by Tom who was pleasant, professional, and informative. He answered all my questions and told me Shawn would be contacting me to set up an appointment. I had a good first impression thanks to Tom. Shawn contacted me in a timely manner and displayed the same pleasant, professional, and helpful attitude. We had several appointments at my home to discuss designs and the best flooring options for me. He was always on time and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decission quickly. I told him about my past experiences with contractors and felt reassured that he understood my concerns. He assured me that Juan would do a great job with installation. I had the most contact with Juan and he was wonderful! Replacing floors is never easy when you're living in the home, but Juan made the process almost painless. He's easy to work with and made sure that everything was cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day. Not only is the quality of his tile work excellent but when he discovered a leaky pipe under a bathroom sink and fixed it for me I was truly impressed! Thanks Juan for my beautiful floor and treating my home as if it were your own. Expert Flooring Solutions went above and beyond my expectations. I felt confident with the details about the carpet quality and installation. Workers arrived on time, were efficient and courteous. Job was done in about five hours. Looks great. Feel good about quality and warranty.

Initial consult with Shawn went very well, he recommend three local tile distributors and also offered to check their showroom for additional samples. Once we decided on our tile pattern an installation date was set working around our travel schedule. Juan proved to be very personable and it was a pleasure having him in our home for 4 days. The tile was laid beautifully and after clean up it was discovered that there were a couple minor flaws in two tiles. They were replaced perfectly and I can not tell which ones they are today. Integrity and Pride are two words that come to mind as I write this review. Any questions and concerns during the process were quickly addressed and today we now have our dream flooring in our MBR retreat. I would highly recommend these folks. That 'ol saying you get what you pay for certainly applies here and our new flooring was worth every penny. He was very apt to work with what we can financially. He catered to what our needs were and he didn't let the quality of his product be compromised by the price. In comparison to the five other estimates I had, they came way below and they got it done in less than a day.

Tom was so great to work with. His price was extremely fair. The project took a long time to plan on our end and he was very patient and cooperative in scheduling. When the day came for the flooring to go in, Gabriel and his crew were wonderful. They worked all day until 7pm that night and then all the next day installing carpet and vinyl for my Mom. What a beautiful job! My Mom is so pleased and the quality of the flooring is great. Thanks to Tom and Gabriel for making this a reality!

Shawn was very patient and professional, having to make 3 visits as I evaluated materials, colors, and layout. He was extremely helpful in these decisions, relating his experiences with the popular choices of other customers, as well as his own work at home. Based on these discussions, I elected to do my upstairs and staircase in wood laminate. Downstairs, a combo of wood and tile. Tile was done in a pinwheel pattern. The crew did an amazing job. The installation crews were very punctual and professional - always calling a short time prior to arrival. They were fast, organized, and some of the top installers in their trades. Since having the work done, I have had one minor issue with a laminate joint separating. Shawn's crew was very responsive - arriving next day for the correction. I won't hesitate to call Expert Flooring for the next project.

They were so unprofessional and I couldn't believe it. They guy came out and he had someone with hera woman that he has training. He was so rude to this woman that he was training to work for him that and it was very upsetting, I mean he downright says you don't know what you are doing. He was just so crude and rude to her. He came out couple of times both times with the person that he was training and she was as nice as could be, but he was extremely rude and then he started taking about all these different flooring companies and how bad they were and I think that is a bad business practice. Even though he was rude with the woman, but she was very helpful. She tried to help me with the selection and after work I found that he fired her and then just I thought I don't want to work with this person. I didn't like how he presented himself or his company. I have read lot of good reviews on Angie's List on this company. I would not use them. I would not recommend them. It was truly a bad experience.

From our first contact with Tom Rossi ( Business Owner), to meeting and speaking with Shawn Glines (Salesman), the experience was smooth and professional. Both gentlemen were easy to talk to, and not having any experience with hardwood floors, we felt confident enough with them to rely on their expertise. Shawn Glines is a soft spoken, soft sell kind of a guy, which we greatly appreciated. Coming from another state, all the work was done before we arrived, and we had no problem with Tom and Shawn's crew coming and going, and Shawn keeping us briefed on the progress of the work, with pictures and phone calls. When we arrived at our new home, we were extremely pleased with the results. The floors were fantastic! The experience was truly a pleasure, and my follow-up phone call from the Boss (Tom Rossi) was the icing on the cake. These guy's are a class act. We feel confident that if a problem arose in the future, we could call them and be treated in the same manner.

I cant express how impressed we are with this company. Everything went as scheduled and our floors are beautiful. Shawn was the starting and ending point with Jeff and his team in the middle and everthing went exactly as explained. Shawn originally sent us home with samples and them came several days later to measure the house and talk to us about what we wanted. He was very helpful in the final decision of LM flooring. We scheduled the install date and Jeff arrived the weekend before to drop off the wood so it could climatize. Jeff and his team started exactly as scheduled and at the end of each day they cleaned up everything to the best of their ability before they went home. Jeff would give us an update as to what they has done during that day and what to expect the following day. At the end of the job Shawn came out to do a final walk through and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. This company goes above and beyond and I am so thankful that we chose them. Anyone considering flooring should give this company an opportunity. You won't be disappointed.
