+ 1 moreThey do just about anything you need them to or ask them to do. They fertilize my yard three times a year and also set my sprinkler system for me when needed. Sometimes the group of workers who come out all speak Spanish but if you request an English speaking worker they will send one for you. Its nice that I don't have to call an irrigation contractor to set my sprinklers. They are right there to do it to save me the time and the money.
Description of Work: They mow my quarter of an acre lawn, rake the gravel up, trim my palm trees and also power blow everything.

+ -1 moreAs I stated before, things were good for many months. But over time, things have changed and we finally got so fed up with them that we changed companies.
Description of Work: We used ELM as our weekly lawn/yard maintenance company for the past year. They mowed, blowed, & trimmed our garden. At first they were great. But progressively we had more & more problems with them. There has been a change of staff & unfortunately it has gone downhill ever since. Often, no one speaks English, so it is difficult to communicate with them as to what needs to be done. Overall, they were reasonable in terms of pricing, but inconsistent when it came to personnel & performance.

+ -1 moreExclusive Landscaping does a good job on our lawn. They provide us with a weekly service. I do like that they blow off the grass on the sidewalks. They are flexible and will work with you. They also stick to a schedule. I do feel that they could have better communication as some of the crew doesn't speak English. They accidentally trimmed an area that didn't need trimmed as I had already done it.
Description of Work: They trimmed my bushes and cut our lawn.

+ 0 moreThe flower beds turned out wonderful and the flowers look beautiful as well. They did a good job with everything. They did not leave any mess behind when working. They made extra sure that everything was cleaned up before they left. They had given me some pointers on how to keep the beds in good shape and how to keep the flowers looking beautiful and healthy. I have been doing exactly what they told me and I have not had a problem since. The pricing was about $114 for each bed plus the cost of the flowers.
Description of Work: I hired Exclusive Landscaping to come out and build two flower beds in the back yard. They also planted the flowers for me.
