Excellent Floors

Kipp Au of Excellent Floors is truly excellent. Would not consider hiring anyone else. Just guessing at the approximate date, was here over a period of time as I wanted more and more work to be done.

Called and someone named Glenda answered. Wasn't impressed that "it's only a hallway" and wanted to make sure that's something they do. I politely confirmed that they do floors and that's what we are looking for, and the lady suddenly snapped and said "why are you giving me attitude?" And slammed the phone down. No thank you, if that's someone representing their business, I'm sure glad they are not coming to my beautiful house

We are brand new to Las Vegas, Referred to Kipp by a neighbor. Kipp and his crew showed up on time each day and the job was completed in a timely manner. The workers were very courteous and acted very professional. I really LOVE my staircase and the high-quality flooring. I would recommend Excellent Floors in a heartbeat. I rate them an A+++++

Installers arrived on time. They did an excellent job. Cleaned up and vacuumed carpet. Shawn came by later to check that I was pleased. I will definitely use this company again.

He did a great job. His name is Kai and he's a Chinese guy. He's real good. He is fast and he is clean. The price is right in-line.

Responsive to phone calls, showed up on time, did work well (1 rough spot), cleaned up. Professional demeanor. Fair price. Accommodated tight time frame. Offered advice on post install care.

Kipp was fantastic.! The job I had required a craftsman. Not only did Kipp demonstrate the technical know how to do a detailed job but he ran his business tight and sharp. He was ontime, prepared, thorough,solicited input, forwarding thinking and he cared about the end product. I recommend Kipp to anyone because I cannot imagine many jobs being harder than mine with the parquet flooring and he worked wonders.

They did a fantastic job. Their installers were great. The way they operated was great. The carpeting was $2600 and the flooring in the bedroom was $1400. The price was excellent and they did really good. They were very punctual. We would absolutely use them again.

Everything went well. I always knew what to expect and he delivered as expected.

An appointment was set for someone (he never gave me his name, now that I think about it) to come over for an estimate of the job. He did not come, nor did he call. Should he attempt to reschedule, I will not accept, and will tell him why.

From the very start, Kipp’s crew exhibited true professionalism. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, kept us updated on their progress, answered all questions we had, completed the job on time and within budget. Kipp and Excellent Floors are consummate professionals providing a quality product at a reasonable price. We wish every organization we dealt with today had these high professional standards. Kipp and Crew will be our first call for all future flooring needs.

This outfit did a great job. Our new flooring is level and there are no blemishes or problem areas. No tacks are visible either. By buffing and refinishing our other floors, they were able to create a consistent look throughout our house of beautiful hardwood flooring.
