Alex was knowledgeable ; professional and prompt to find and act . Within days we had our rodent problem gone and he followed up for 2 weeks. Very reasonable fee. We paid Truly Nolan almost 3 times the fee and they did not find the problem. I would definitely recommend Exceed.

WE HAD A RAT PROBLEM IN OUR HOME. TECHS SET TRAPS INSIDE OUR HOME, AS WELL AS HAVING RODENT BAIT BOXES OUTSIDE ON THE PROPERTY. THEY KEPT COMING BACK UNTIL THE RATS WERE NO LONGER IN OUR HOME. FOR A REASONABLE EXTRA CHARGE THE BOXES SET ON THE OUTSIDE CAN REMAIN FOR ADDED ASSURANCE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

We have rats in our attic. The technicians have placed numerous traps and return to check that they are catching rates. In addition they secured all possible entries and escapes. They are determined to solve the problem. The techs are very professional. While they aren't cheap, their prices are reasonable.

Alex is the BEST! He was very knowledgeable about pigeon removal and cleanup, and answered all my questions. He was able to schedule me the very next day. Alex and his coworker, I wish I remembered his name, showed up exactly on time. They were very efficient and did a great job. I recommended Alex to my neighbors and they hired him too. Alex and Exceed Pest Defense really are the best. If you need pest control, of any kind, call them. You won t be disappointed.

I would definitely hire this company. They are honest and their price is fair. Ronnie went on the roof to check if I have already a pigeon nest. He explained very well that I don't have to do this right away but I have to consider in the future when it becomes cooler to have it cleaned. Their customer service is excellent!

I was very pleased so far with the service I got from Alex and his partner Ronnie, I thought their estimate was very fair and they took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why and also to give me pointers on what I should be doing. This team was a pleasure to work with. I would have been better off to buy my own rat traps and poison overall it was a lot of money. But due to the fact I'm disabled I hired them. They were able to solve my problem

Rich showed up on time. He completed the job in the estimated time frame and did a great job. Rich is very professional and knowledgeable about removing pigeons. He did a wonderful job making sure we would not have a pigeon problem. Rich filled in the spaces on my roof and painted the tiles to match the rest of the roof. I have a pool in the back yard attached to a spa. The pigeons practically lived there. No more pigeons.
