Description of Work: Repaired flat roof. |Did not do work properly and admitted after two leaks I hired him to repair that he did not know how to fix, but did not tell me until after damage from rain that resulted in a massive roof leak that cost over $10,000.00 of damage to the interior of my home. I contacted Contractors board and they said said his work was to their standards & it was previous roofers fault. Unfortunately Erik was the previous roofer that had repaired my roof several times over the years. Since I am a 70 year old lady I did could not get on the roof to inspect it. However I did get pictures that new roofer took of Erik's job and it did not look good at all. Only found out after he said he repaired my roof that it was still leaking when it rained.|Don't understand how contractors board could come up with their decision.|Erik did tell me to turn him in to the board. I guess he knew something I didn't. |Would never hire again or recommend.

Description of Work: Repair of multiple leaks in multiple areas of tiled roof. Assessed the problems and took time to explain the issues well. Fixed them as well as taking pictures before, during and after the job to see the progress. Was very pleased with the work and communication.

+ -1 moreHe is very good and he always comes out when you call him. He has been very good. He is excellent and he does it by himself. It is a small company and I don't know if he has other workers. I only saw him and he did the work. Whenever I have a problem he is right there. I have 3 flat roofs on my house and so I got to keep them maintained and when he does it he guarantees it. He would call and tell me that it might rain tomorrow so I would come out early. It works very nice and he is a sincere honest person.
