Anthony called back the same day to set up an appt. He & James were very professional, friendly and helpful with their suggestions. They came back a second time as I was not at home for their first visit. After we accepted their estimate they were in constant contact with us regarding delivery and installation. What a pleasure!! A special mention of Adrian, the installer. What a PRO. He worked almost 12 hours the day of installation. He did all the work including leveling the office floor. He did a perfect job, I mean perfect. The crew worked fast and were friendly also. Anthony & James returned twice for minor finishing touches within a few days. Great guys!! Highly recommend ENTOURAGE.

Excellant response. Love these guys. How hard is it today to find honest ,polite,prompt and clean up done on such a professional manner. This was just a very small job, but very well done and we felt like we really were important. We would highly recommend Entourage for any flooring needs.!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Entourage. Starting with my first call to him, Anthony was very professional and kind. He worked around the schedules of my husband and myself to come over for the estimate during a time when we would both be there, which we appreciated. He came over and took measurements, showed us some samples, and within a short period of time provided us with a free written estimate. It was clear from meeting with Anthony that he has been doing this for a long time and was very knowledgeable. Once we decided to have the work done Anthony was very prompt about placing the orders for our carpet and tile. There were some issues with the tile being backordered (which Anthony found a solution to) and the carpet delivery was delayed, but these were things that were out of Anthony's control and he handled them very well for us. The tile was installed first, and then the carpet. Anthony's installers did a beautiful job. They were kind and professional as well, great group of guys. My husband and I couldn't be happier with all the work that Entourage did in our home - the new carpet, tile & backsplash makes it feel like a new home!

We interviewed several vendors.Entourage was competitive and Anthony was friendly and knowledgable.In addition,we liked his selection of samples.He came to us!!We did NOT need to go from store to store!! a little bit of miscommunication, otherwise perfect

In today's economy it is hard for us consumers to spend money, but I find it even more dificult to find Contractors that you can trust. Once again, I called on Entourage to fix my flooring problems. I used them to install my orginial laminate flooring over 2 years ago. I was extremely glad to see that Anthony was still in business, taking my calls with no problems. I had Anthony & James come out to take a look at my damage. He assured me that everything would be okay, and he will do what he can to make my holidays come true for me.... and that he did!!! He gave me an estimate on re-doing all of the laminate again. I felt bad that my original floor was destroyed, however, I feel I upgraded with the new style of laminates out there, and got a killer deal! Within 3 days of the estimate, Anthony had his crew scheduled to do the install 2 days after acclimating the product in my home. It was very nice to see the same crew still employeed with him, and know that I would get the same craftsmanship as I did last time. The guys were great, and the floors turned out WONDERFUL! They moved all of my furniture, and hauled away all of the old flooring. When they left, it was cleaner than before they arrived... lol. I can't thank you guys enough, and once again, you have made another customer happier than ever!!!

We met for an appointment and Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over many options for both hardwood and carpeting. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the process for what I decided on. He was always on time, very decisive and organized. He kept in touch with me through this process and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the work. The work was completed quickly and with high quality. I would recommend Anthony as someone excellent to work with and get things accomplished. My floors are exceptional quality and look fabulous!!! Thank you Anthony.

Anthony and James were very responsive to my request for an estimate. I had already checked the reviews on Angies list and knew they and two other "top" companies were competitive price-wise. First they were on time - a major plus! Anthony had some good suggestions and was patient as I decided what I wanted, they measured and I had an estimate the next day. Due to other work I was having done, Anthony's crew was able to rip out the old flooring, but had to wait on me before they could start. Once I called Anthony and said I was ready, he had his crew in the next day. They worked long and hard and were done under the anticipated time frame. I did have to point a couple of minor things out after the job was finished, but Anthony was totally understanding and responsive and they were taken care of completely and promptly. One word of caution to anyone having flooring done - when your contractor says there will be dust - he doesn't mean household "swiffer duster" dust, he means construction type sawdust and you should cover your appliances :) End result: The floors are FABULOUS - the baseboards and the corners that Anthony recommended really make the entire floor stand out and the color coordination between the tile and laminate is gorgeous - Anthony's recommendation again (I have no eye for color). I honestly can't wait to have a house warming to show them off.

Beautiful job! Everything looks wonderful. I moved furniture before workers arrived to facilitate job, but they cut and rolled carpet and disposed of it when they left. Tile was laid first day, grouted following day. Ready to put furniture back in place next day.

The work is superb. They were responsive to all questiuons and concerns. Anthony helped us through the decision making process on materials and design. I have nothing but praise for Entourage and all of the peolple associated with this company. We are new to town, and Anthony has given us excellent resources. He had referrals for capable and reliable plumbing and drywall folks too. Entourage went above and beyond in all aspects of this job. In fact, Anthony even loaned me his own saw horses to to paint some baseboard. I will use Entourage again for any future projects of this sort and refer anyone who asks about flooring or bathroom remodel. Thanks Entourage!

Went very well. Easy to work with. Very responsive.

Of all the renovations we had done on our newly purchased home, the flooring took the longest. After deciding what we wanted, the laminate took a few days to arrive and the carpet about a week, which is standard. Nevertheless, Anthony took us seamlessly through the entire process and it all went smoothly. We did need the installation crew to come back once after the flooring was in place for some baseboard touch-up , but it all went quick and easy.

Entourage/Anthony was not the cheapest bid; but he was able to repair all damage (baseboards, carpet, apply concrete primer); the other estimates I rec'd (all from Angieslist) would either not paint on a concrete primer or would not replace baseboards. Once the apt was cleaned and furniture moved out, Anthony came in the next day tore out carpets and padding, removed baseboards and got to work. He took 1-2 days to complete. He also provided photos of the new carpet and baseboards, which I requested and always returned calls promptly. Thank you, job well done!

My call for estimate was returned the next day. It was a couple of days before they could get out to give an estimate but they were very good about keeping in contact. They were very professional in providing an estimate and their estimate was the lowest. They scheduled the job quickly and completed it in a day (Saturday). On Monday the owner came to check the job and I told him I was unhappy with the transition from hall to bathroom. He had an installer back the next morning and fixed the problem. I would have them do more work and I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a great job. They were able to make a smooth transition from the new wood flooring to the tile in the hallway without having to use a threshold. This was very important to us. Their workmen were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. We would use them again.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. Got a quick estimate, and the work was started and completed the next day. Entourage matched the existing layout perfectly. The baseboards look great. We have rounded wall corners, and the baseboards look seamless. Highly recommend. Will use again. Very professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Exceptional experience! We had previously gone to a nationally known do-it-yourself center and received a bid for their contractors to remove flooring and install a laminate product they carried. During the bidding process they appeared to my wife and I as totally inept (possibly deceitful). We decided to register with Angie's list and search for a flooring contractor and that is how we found Entourage. Right from out initial contact the experience was like a breath of fresh air. I spoke with the owner of the company, Anthony, at about 9AM on a Saturday morning in mid-June. By 11AM that same day he was at my house measuring for the flooring. He brought with him boxes full of laminate product samples for us to look at and choose. This was extremely helpful because matching the flooring to our redwood trim and other furniture like our entertainment center promised to be tricky. And the samples he brought were large enough to get a good perspective, unlike the 4' x 4" samples the do-it-yourself center had available. With all of the large samples we spent about an hour placing them around the house and comparing them in different locations and lighting. Anthony's vast knowledge of the flooring products carried and the installation process was obvious. He spent a lot of time educating us on the in's and out's of laminate flooring in general, care and cleaning, installation process, differences between different types of laminates, and the strenghts and weaknesses of each choice. He walked us through everything so we could make a completely informed decision about our flooring selection. When he left our house that day he told us he would email our written estimate to us later that afternoon or evening, which he promptly did. To our amazement he was $1,000 cheaper than the bid we received from the do-it-yourself center. That was WOW to us because we expected his bid to be at least $1000 higher since he was a professional flooring contractor. He had earned our trust and respect and we accepted his bid and hired him to do the work. We also asked if we could have the flooring installed specifically during the 3rd week of July to coincide with our personal scheduling challenges. He said that was no problem and he scheduled it to start exactly when we asked. His install team showed promptly as scheduled, and were friendly and professional. They walked the interior of the house with me making sure their instructions matched my expectations and then they went straight to work. The process took two full days. They removed the old flooring and prepped for the hardwood during the first day, and then they installed the hardwood on the second day. The results were amazing and actually came out better than expected. The quality of the install was flawless and the flooring matched my interior better than expected. I credit the perfect match with the time and effort Anthony spent during our selection and bidding process. The installation crew was finished by supper time both days, and before they departed the last time they answered all my questions about care of my new floors. They even offered to help me move heavy furniture into place before they left. The day following the install Anthony contacted me and requested a return visit to evaluate the quality of workmanship. While evaluating the job his crew did he went over care and cleaning with me again, answered all my questions, and wanted to know my satisfaction level regarding his service and product. When I told him my satisfaction level was outstanding, he followed that up with asking if there was anything I expected or promised that was left undone. "Nope!" Entourage far exceeded my expectations with everything regarding price, product, and service. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them. I will certainly use them again.

It went great. Anthony is very friendly and helpful. He performed the estimate the next day (I originally phoned in the afternoon) and showed me some tile samples and left some more for me to choose from the next morning. When I made my choice, he scheduled the installation within the next week. The installation went very smoothly. Everyone was nice and professional. After the tile was installed, I was able to pick the grout color and they grouted the tile later the same day. The finished floor looks amazing. I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

We looked at several other flooring companies but the price was pretty high for 700 square ft. We had looked at laminates but preferred the look of real wood. We hadn't seen any laminates that could compare. When Anthony came over, he showed us a few laminates anyway to help us keep the cost down. The laminates he showed us looked just as good as the real wood and the installation and materials were about half the price of real wood. We decided on one and he was able to install the next week, just in time for Thanksgiving. The floors look amazing and we saved half of what we planned on spending. We even got new baseboards installed which make the floors look even better.

Called and spoke with owner of company Anthony for a quote to replace carpet in two bedrooms and take up carpet in study to install a laminate floor. Anthony came the next day to give an estimate. He took measurements and showed us samples of carpet and laminate and explained the different types of carpet and laminate available today. Anthony emailed the quotes the next day and with the substantial discount he gave us he was able to beat the other companies estimate i had received a few days earlier. We scheduled the job and both crews were here at the time he said they would be at the house. We are very pleased with their work and recommend them to others.

We called and had Anthony and three other companies come out and give us an estimate to replace our flooring because we had a plumbing problem and it soaked the carpet in the back of the office. He came when he said he would and gave us the most reasonable price. We could not have this work done during the week because it would cause us to close the store so we had asked if they could do it over a weekend. These guys came on Saturday morning and by Sunday night, the entire office was finished and ready to open for business on Monday morning. The floor is absolutely beautiful! We are completely satisfied with the work and the level of professionalism of this company. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

Anthony and his team are 1st class! His team was awesome to work with and very professional! From the first visit to measure and share samples, to the final walkthrough of the installation, we have no complaints! The floors look unbelievable and we already have them preparing for the next job and in our opinion there is no better group to look at than Entourage! Again we shopped around and when we chose Anthony's team we knew we had chosen the perfect match. We are 100% satisfied and look forward to having his team do more for us in the near future!
