Entourage - Euflooria

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Euflooria. Jeff came out to give us an estimate at our home and he was exremely knowledgeable and friendly, as well as having a good eye for color and design. He helped us select a laminate product for our floor that we were happy with, although the cost was a bit more than we were hoping ($1700). He told us he would see if he could find any ways to save us money. That weekend, we stopped by the showroom to see what other samples were available. Jeff had found two more samples that would also work for our room, but at a lower cost. We decided on one of the samples, signed the paperwork on a Monday, and had the new floors installed by lunchtime that Friday! The installers they sent were wonderful. Our appointment window was for 0900-1100. They arrived at 9AM on the dot. They were friendly and worked very quickly, finishing up the entire job in less than three hours. They cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell workers had been there. They left us with clear instructions on the maintenance of our new floors, which, by the way, look gorgeous! All in all, we were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely call Euflooria again if we decide to re-do the flooring in another room of our house.

Had previous experience with Anthony and his company as they installed carpeting in my home late 2013. Was extremely pleased then with quality of the work so invited him to bid on the flooring job. Originally thought of hardwood floors but after seeing improvements in laminate material from floor I had since 2002, and after Anthony showed me pictures of the laminate floor he installed in his home, decided to go that route. Of the estimates, Anthony was the only one who provided a detailed estimate, the others simply provided a lump sum and I had to ferret more details from them. Being a retired financial exec, I wanted to know more specifics which could provide resolution in the (hopefully unlikely) event of disputes upon completion of the job. Other bids estimated about 5% more flooring material then Anthony. Work started on Friday and was completed around 1PM on Saturday with 3 men on the job. The crew was very competent, efficient and the install went smoothly. Whereas the other bidders didn't want to install under the mirror doors for the den closet, Anthony's crew did so to my satisfaction. I also wasn't left with an unseemly amount of excess flooring material stored in my garage! Couldn't give enough kudos to Anthony for his straight forwardness and courtesy. He truly believes in customer satisfaction and listens to and patiently addresses concerns. His work teams are excellent in both the install and the cleanup. Highly recommended.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Euflooria. The boss came to give estimate. A week later, the crew came. Several hours later, all done, beautifully done. After removed the carpet, they spotted an uneven floor, they sanded it down nicely. While the crew was working, the boss showed up. Thanks to the boss, Anthony; and the crew, Mateo and Lalo.

I had to repair damaged laminated flooring in condo that I was leaving. As it turns out laminate flooring is very difficult to match without the manufacturer's name and product number. As this was a rental I wanted to replace as cheaply and quickly as I could. Anthony, the owner, would need time to order the matching materials. I didn't have the time so he provided me the name of Lumber Liquidators for me to select something that would match for me. I did this and saved at least $100-200 on just the laminate flooring. Then he was so busy that he connected me with one of his installers picked up the wood and did the job for me on the weekend at his cost! So job went from $700 down to $458 due to his thoughtfulness of my particular situation. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and did quality installation on short notice. Oh I almost forgot to mention that the installer was on time and completed the entire room in 1.75 hours! Call Anthony if you need any kind of flooring. He's the best.

Started the laminate job on Fri 17 Jan, working also on Saturday, completed the laminate on Tues 21 Jan. The three installers were excellent. Carpet was installed on Wed 22 Jan, those installers also excellent. Working with Anthony and James was a pleasure and they have the best crews. Both crews did a great job in cleaning up afterward. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and neighbors. Our house is 2103 sq feet and looks fabulous.

An enjoyable experience from start to finish. We met with Anthony at his office to describe our plans and made an initial selection of tile; Anthony came by our home later and we made the final selection of tile/grout, finished taking actual measurements, and agreed on a price. The installers showed up on-time, were very courteous and professional, and completed the job in just a few days - we are very satisfied with our new flooring and definitely plan to request Euflooria for our future tile work. Highly recommended for anyone planning to enhance their home flooring.

Solicited three bids. All were within $250 of each other. Picked Entourage because of Anthony's professionalism, courtesy, willingness to listen and answer questions no matter how mundane and because of all the positive reviews I read and now can heartily endorse! After living with the carpet for about a month now, can say that no problems whatsoever, and product was as represented. Would not hesitate to employ this company again for flooring needs.

Anthony came to the the house and gave estimate, He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Upon receipt of his quote ,we set up an install date. The workers came in and completed the job in two days. They put all furniture back in place and even moved some items in different location upon request. The floor looks fabulous I was very pleased with Anthony,James and their entire crew.

Anthony arrived at my home at a sheduled date and time. He was very professional and knowledgable in flooring. He brought several flooring samples based on the information I gave him on the phone. I couldn't make up my mind on the flooring at the time of the appointment, and approx. two weeks later, I went to Euflooria's show room to pick out my flooring. I am so glad I did. When I arrived, Anthony had gone over and beyond with flooring samples. I had told him I wanted the "Tigerwood" look, so he had approximately 5 samples. I was very impressed. There was no high pressure, and Anthony gave me the space I needed to make my decision. As I was narrowing down from the selection, I glanced over and noticed a flooring sample that I would have never thought I would consider. Anthony pulled it down for me to look at. I FELL IN LOVE. I knew this was what I wanted, and immediately scheduled an install. The installers arrived the following Monday. They moved the furniture, very heavy items I must say, and pulled up the old laminant flooring to prep for the install. The flooring and baseboards were completed Thursday, and it was beautiful. I had to leave for work before the installers were done, so I asked them to place all the furniture back as it had been. I even made a couple of changes, and when I came home from work, the furniture was placed, the working area was clean and I was thrilled. I highly recommend this company. From meeting Anthony, through my decision making, and the time the installers were in my home, this project was completed flawlessly.

One of the best experiences in our life working with a contractor, once again working from over a thousand miles away from the project had some potential challenges, schedule, updates, and inspections Etc. Anthony estimated he would start on a Tuesday and the job would take two maybe three days. Immediately following day one Anthony sent us pictures of all the work completed, removing carpets, base boards and tile the team was right on schedule. Day two started with a small snag finding the foundation flooring uneven requiring some grinding, a potential risk Anthony advised us of we'll in advance. Even at this juncture Anthony gave us even more options if we decided not to go forward with the grinding to install our original flooring option. We chose to go forward with our original plan and the job was completed on time as promised. Due to our schedule we could not get back to Las Vegas for several weeks, even though Anthony had sent us very detailed pictures of every room completed to perfection, he would not accept payment for the balance due until we inspected the job on site. When we walked into our home it was like walking into a model home. The flooring was incredible, no detail was forgotten, and all this in three days. Removing existing tile, carpet, base broads, grinding concrete and installing new floors over 1500 soft. And most impressive the house was clean, Anthony even walked and inspected the house with us and found a little dust and offered to send his crew and perform a second cleaning to ensure we were satisfied customers. We can't say enough about Entourage, both James and Anthony are professional, prompt, with high quality standards, cleanliness and always willing to go above and beyond customers exceptions. Both my wife and Myself have high exceptions and Anthony and his team far exceeded ours. We highly encourage anyone who is looking at any flooring product to go directly to Entourage and speak to Anthony, do not pass go and collect $200.00, this will be the best choice you can make for your family. Anthony's team is Awesome!!!

I called Entourage for a quote for laminate floors. I talked to Anthony he was able to come over the next day and give me a quote. Anthony was punctual, honest and trustworthy and more professional than the other two company's we had talked to. He told me this is my business and I take pride in my work! Entourage price range was in the same price as the other two quotes. Again it was Anthony's pride in his business and the pictures I had seen sold me. He started the work within a week and had it done within three days! The men working the job were so respectful and worked so hard! Our floors look gorgeous. I am so glad that we picked entourage. Anthony and James (now Euflooria) were very punctual and responsive. I received quotes from 3 different vendors, all came in around the same, but I got a little more from these guys. The home I purchased was trashed and needed every inch of flooring replaced. They have a showroom near Smiths's on Rainbow/Windmill. After coming out to measure and inspect, we went to their showroom to pick out the flooring for the entire house. James and Anthony were very knowledgeable. After deciding on the flooring I paid half as a deposit, it took about a week for them to get started because materials had to be ordered. Apparently all carpeting has to be order from Georgia, so this part took the longest. All 3 vendors told me the same thing, so it was expected. I also had to replace all 3 toilets in the house. Anthony's team installed the new ones after the flooring was installed, and disposed of the old ones. Anthony was very responsive to any questions and replied in a timely manner. All in all a great experience, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing now flooring.

tile and laminate team was great got work done with us still here keeping us constantly updated on their progress, even left us one bathroom available at all times. Carpet team was a little late but Anthony was here to get them started as soon as they showed up and they were still done that day.

Always answered emails and/or calls promptly. Suggested I go to his store front to see additional sample since I was unsure of color. Great experience. Changed my mind and am so happy I did. Ordered flooring and happened to get it in stock next day and delivered day after he received it. Anthony delivered it himself when staff was not available so it could acclimate to my home. His crew came in and installed the floors in less that 1 day, cleaned up after themselves and the result is perfect. Great to meet a professional so in tune with his customers and making them really happy with their selections. Took extra time to make sure everything was as I wanted. Prompt and really hard working concerned owners in this small business and definitely worth of Angies List.

Anthony was very prompt and professional from his first contact, estimate, and before the contract was official, Anthony answered all my questions and concerns. He even made an additional trip to my home to leave the finalist sample of tile for me to live with a few days to decide. Once the date was set, Anthony arrived at the agreed upon date and time and introduced his crew. The job included removal of old tile from kitchen, baths, laundry and carpet from all other areas. The crew arrived on time and were very courteous and worked at a very good and thorough pace. After each work day the crew took the time to clean up all of their equipment and haul the trash away each day. The entire job was completed in 4 days with a follow up walk through with Anthony on the following day...He then scheduled another day for another mop of the floors as the final post tile installation. I would definitely use Entourage in the future.

Anthony came out and did an estimate the same day I called him and he was able to fit me in the very next week. He called the day before the appointment to confirm, which was nice to have him call me instead of me having to call him. The crew showed up on time on the day of appointment and within minutes were hard at work. I was very impressed with their work ethic. The only break they took was for lunch. They had to come back for a half day the second day and did a good job cleaning up on the first day. The second day they showed up on time again and went right back to work. The quality of work that they did was excellent. I did a thorough inspection of the job and couldn't find anything wrong with it. The cuts looked really good and the spacing was kept the same even against the wall. They even cut and installed new base board since the old trim I had was all beat up. The price was excellent and I can't say enough about the job they did.

We would defiantly go with Entourage again. Anthony was on time, able to answer all of our questions and provided some great options for us to choose from. We had three companies out for bids and really liked how Anthony broke out the estimate and did not just give us a total dollar amount per square foot. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew was wonderful, on time hard working and tidied up nicely at the end of each day. We could not be happier with how our floors turned out and would recommend Entourage to any friends and neighbors looking for new flooring.

I love my porcelain tiles! The workers were so prompt and hard working. They showed up on time and project was completed on schedule. Will definitely use Entourage again. Next project will be my wood floors. *UPDATE* - ENTOURAGE had just completed my wood floors. Everything was perfect! My visitors had commented on how beautiful my floors looked, they even take their shoes off before entering my living room. I purchased Entourage's Big Deal to re-tile my master bath and opted to have the shower re-tiled to match at the same time. The quote they provided for the work was significantly lower than some of the other estimates I'd received and they gave an additional AL discount on the additional services, as well. They came out and met with me, showed me the options for tile sizes, types and colors as well as the baseboards they would be using. They also customized built in shelves for my shower to match the new look and, since they'd have to unseat my toilet to put in the new tile anyway, offered to put in a new toilet for no additional labor charge if I wanted to do so. I opted not to do that, since my toilets are still in good shape but I did have them put in new shower fixtures for me (I purchased, they put in when they were re-tiling). Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. The job was done during an extremely travel-heavy period for my work and they were happy to schedule around my needs. The team in house took pains to clean up after themselves each day and, at the end of the job, James came by to make sure was I was happy before his crew packed up. I would not hesitate to use Entourage again.

Rarely do I have such a totally positive experience. Anthony came and was very considerate and professional. Because of a snafu with Home Depot, Anthony rearranged his schedule to make sure my floors were done on MY schedule. The two guys that laid the floor could not have been better. They were friendly and worked very hard. They made sure to move the furniture carefully and replace it in the same place. The price was excellent - especially with the angieslist coupon. I would suggest that anyone looking for great service, professionalism, and great price, HIRE ENTOURAGE. Not one complaint! A+++++

Based on AL recommendations I went with Anthony for a re-floor of my first floor, some new tile in the upstairs master bath, and installation of window blinds. I did not see a level of communication or time management consistent with an A grade. Anthony assigned a single person to remove the old tile and carpet from an empty/vacant first floor, resulting in a two-day job taking more than four days, with feeble apologies and continual promises to add workers and speed things along, none of which ever happened. This caused the new hardwood floor to be installed very quickly over a Sunday. Three weeks later I am still finding glue residue to remove from the hardwood surface. Overall I can only give the job an average score; while pricing was good, I ended up paying in delays and poor communication of status during the work. I think there are better choices out there.

I left 2 voicemails for this company after seeing their top ranking on Angie. After TWO DAYS of waiting, nobody has even returned my call! Would I ever hire them for anything now? No! Do I think they deserve to be near the top of Angie's List? No! Maybe success has gone to their head. Regardless of the reason (or excuse), my $3,000 carpet purchase is going elsewhere!
