Showed up on time, second time we have used this company. Nothing but positive feedback to give. Personal, not pushy, great consideration given for our budget. No surprises. Tore out shower and sink in master bathroom. Replaced with updated items. We did not have to buy anything or price things from outside source.

I was looking for carpet for my house and I went to about six different companies. I had a price range, I wanted it to be less than $3700. One company came and measured and said I needed 124 yards of carpet. Someone recommended Euflooria to my boyfriend, so we went over there. They gave us the best pad and the best carpet. He came out and measured and he measured 100 yards. It was living room, hallway and bedroom. He gave me a great price right within my price range. He told me if the measurement was wrong he said he would it eat it. The workers came out, they moved furniture, ripped up old carpet, cleaned up underneath, put new stuff down then put all the furniture back. They did a great job. His measurements were not off, there was actually a little bit of carpet left. The owners name was Anthony and he was great. I would recommend them to anyone. Anytime they had a question they would ask. They were really good. I told Anthony I would give him a good review.

Anthony was super knowledgeable and recommended a great product and his cost was better than the other 2 bids that we got. It took a couple of days to demo out all of the tile (about 1000 sq feet) and then another couple of days to install the new product and baseboards. Everyone was super professional and efficient.

Had a great experience to work with Anthony. We had a small job, but Anthony quickly came to our rent condo to give us an estimate. Their price is very reasonable. There were extra work to install laminate in the entrance of Master bedroom hallway with an angle to match the existing installed laminate in hallway. Anthony didn't increase the price. We had to delay a couple times due to backorder of laminate and tenants' schedule. Anthony always patiently worked with us to reschedule the date. Adrian worked on our project. He did an excellence work! We are very happy with the final results. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

James was very cooperative. After numerous calls to various contractors it appeared that our job wasn't worth the time. James came over and estimated the job and we picked out a new pattern of flooring. He knew that the flooring had to be around the toilet flange and scheduled the installation and removal of the toilet. Later that evening we received another call from James saying that the flooring was put on a truck in Los Angeles and should be in Las Vegas the next day. He told us if we didn't hear from him the next day, the flooring had arrived and the install would take place on Friday. The installer "Doug" was on time, very professional and did everything expected of him. We were advised to let the flooring "cure" for at least 48 hours and we had the toilet installed by our regular plumbers. The plumbers told us the flooring was put in very well and there were no complications with the install of the toilet. James called the day the toilet was installed and asked how things went with the flooring and if we were satisfied. We were very satisfied and would rehire James' company for any other flooring jobs we had. He has a great customer service attitude as well as the installer "Doug." We are very pleased with all phases of this job. Thanks James and Doug for doing such a good job

Anthony and James are a pleasure to work with. Their teams are outstanding, professional, punctual, polite, and courteous. They went out of their way to not inconvenience my family, including my 4-month old son. If he was nearby, they would refrain from using loud equipment until we had a chance to move out of the way. The new floors are gorgeous and were installed with incredible professionalism and quality. Anthony is willing to admit when something was not done to expectations and correct it immediately. While this is unusual, it was reassuring as during a large job, almost always something does not go as planned. Anthony stepped in when that occurred and remedied the situation. I highly recommend Euflooria to anyone in the market for new flooring or countertops.

Saul performed the work and did a great job. The tile was on a diagonal pattern and included the need to match to already existing tile in our house. The existing backsplash was demoed, new dry wall was put in and the new backsplash was installed. All told, my wife who is extremely picky was very satisfied. Working with one owner James in the showroom was good and he patiently guided us through all the options. Finally the other owner Anthony ensured the fin job onsite was up to our expectations.

It went well. It took a couple days to do the work. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The gentlemen that did the installations were very nice and did a great job. They came back for some minor repairs after the job. I didn't have any issues getting them to address these minor problems.

Do not use this floor company. Here are just a few of many issues we had with them: They stole 8-10 bottles of Gatorade from our kitchen while they were installing our floors (we were out of town during the project). The owner (Anthony) tried to get away with not sealing our grout. It was only when I asked him about it, that he came back to seal it. They didn?t install the tile & baseboards the way we wanted them to. They installed the baseboards before the tile in our bathroom and laundry room, which is completely the wrong way to do it (I confirmed this with several other contractors). It looks ridiculous. They refused to come back to redo it and now I will have to pay to have it completely re-done. The whole floor will have to be torn out and re-installed the right way. The owner (Anthony) admitted that it was done incorrectly because his baseboard guy got to the job before his tile guy (mismanagement of the project) and he still won?t come in and re-do it. Clearly, this company does not care about how the customer feels about the finished product.

We are going to replace carpeting in two rooms in a few months and will be speaking to Anthony before any other company in hopes of hiring his company again.

The tile was well laid and the quality was an ?A? but the reason for the ?D? in Quality came about when they reinstalled the toilets in the upstairs bathrooms. After about 4 or 5 day we noticed that there was water stains coming from the ceiling of the first floor where the upstairs bathrooms are located at. Because they used backer board (which is the correct procedure) and with the height of the title, this raised up the toilets ¾ to a full inch above its normal height which, exceeded the standard wax ring ability to properly seals the toilet to the sewer pipe. Needless to say we had to get the wax ring replaced with the correct extra thick type, repair the water stains on the ceilings along with texturing and painting.

James was very attentive and understood what I wanted quickly and was easy to work with. The installers showed up on time each day, worked quickly and completed the job in a very timely manor. The installers even texted me daily to let me know thier progress and when they would be done. The entire job went smoothly and without any problems. They installed exactly what I wanted where I wanted and how I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I previously selected Euflooria based on the reviews in Angie' s list for a home I declined to purchase in September 2014. I then contracted to buy a new construction residence as soon as it was completed. I arranged from the outset to have Euflooria remove all the new carpet (excluding the staircase) and install a great laminate throughout my residence. Euflooria, James and Anthony, worked with me to select the laminate for style and wearability. Anthony measured the model home for measurements. As soon as I closed on my new home, Anthony and his installers began the work on my home. The estimate was for three work days and the work took exactly the time estimated. The laminate is perfect and the quality of the material and installation is equally perfect. I originally planned to have Euflooria remove the remaining carpet after all my possessions were delivered and replace same with an upgraded carpet. The new flooring is so appealing that I am likely to have the staircase done in the laminate. I wish that all construction experiences could be even half as seamless and perfect.

I would highly recommend Euflooria! I got exactly what I asked and paid for. Occasionally, some communication was left to be desired, but nothing to really complain about at all. We stopped in the store and Anthony and James took very good care of us. Anthony came out to measure the next day. We ordered the material and the labor with him the same day. The prices are competitive, but what gives them the extra edge is the fact that Anthony (owner/operator) comes by the job site himself to ensure the job is done correctly the first time! He listened to all of my concerns and questions and immediately addressed them o my satisfaction. I would certainly say that Anthony goes above and beyond for the customer not only to ensure my contentment with the job, but also to retain his customers for the future. By no means, in my opinion, is Euflooria a "whip it together and be done" type company. They really do a great job. They also show up on time and keep you informed on the progress as it continues. We opted to paint the baseboard ourselves to save some money. We used semi-gloss paint, and a little ran over onto the bottom of the baseboard. When it was installed, and when we walked near the section of baseboard the floor "creaked" where it had not before. No one told us to make sure that the bottom is paint free (the stickiness of the paint on the bottom touching the floor is what caused the creaking). It would have been nice for the installers to tell us this fact before they installed it as we would have been more than happy to sand the bottom of the boards to prevent the "creaking." It makes lots of sense now, but at the time it did not cross my mind. We pointed out our creaking concern to Anthony when he came by for the completion of the work. He asked it I used semi-gloss paint and demonstrated our little issue. I left dumb, but learned something new. He assured me that it was not really an issue and had the installers take a putty knife and scraped the bottom of all the boards. That fixed our little issue. Overall, I can not say enough positive things about Euflooria. They may take a little extra time, but the job is completed correctly the 1st time and that's what is most important!

I originally had James measure and give me an estimate on installing laminate flooring in a condo that I had purchased. I decided to go with carpet and vinyl and James was very accommodating and quickly worked up a new estimate. He assisted me in picking out both the carpet and vinyl and arranged for install the following week. The installers did a nice job and the condo looks great. James is a really nice guy and I felt comfortable with him from the beginning. I will definitely use Euflooria again!

A guest bathroom and bedroom and my husband's den/TV room were remodeled. Worn and dated vinyl flooring in the laundry room and a second bathroom were also replaced. During the product selection phase, James and Anthony were very helpful and patient with me as I made my choices. They suggested a vinyl plank flooring for the bathrooms and laundry area which was an excellent choice. No one realizes it's a vinyl product and every visitor to our home has commented on the unique and beautiful floor. The carpet that was installed is also beautiful and luxurious. And all for a very fair price! Because of unexpected delays with the delivery of new bathroom cabinets, the whole remodel took a bit longer than expected. Anthony and James were great and worked with the changes to the time frame. There were a few minor problems with the carpet installation, but Anthony was extremely responsive and the fix was beyond my expectations. Several adjustments had to be made with the transitions between the new vinyl/carpet and the hard wood floor that had been installed when the house was originally purchased 11 years ago. Anthony was diligent in working out a perfect solution and each transition looks fantastic. I enjoyed working with this company because they are truly committed to providing excellent customer service and are genuinely nice guys. They run a very professional business - good communicators who are perfectionists and take great pride in the products and work they provide. I would not hesitate in recommending them and will use them again for future carpet and flooring purchases.
