About us

Euflooria (The Showroom), and Entourage (The Installation Company) has made it possible to come together and include a showroom for our customers. We are still a family owned business. We have a small number of employees, and that is the reason why we stay dedicated to our customers. Every job counts for us... whether it is big or small. Our independent installers have been with us for several years. Everyone is background checked, and has no records of any kind with the law. We are licensed, bonded and insured. (License # 0079693, License #0074205, License #0076088, License #0076386) with Insurance of a $2,000,000 Policy. All of our estimates are presented to our customers on a formal estimate sheet, and you can trust the fact that our numbers never change, once the job is estimated. Description of Work: They did a great job with our tile; however, they did not reconnect our washing machine (which is upstairs), so it flooded upstairs and leaked to downstairs. HOWEVER, they responded immediately and did everything they could to remedy the problems. For that, I would still recommend them because of their responsiveness and accountability.

We were very displeased that we forgot a very simple, yet extremely important part of the final touch-ups. This was a very expensive learning lesson for my installers. Thank you very much for acknowledging the fact that I did not delay at any point once I was aware of the situation. I had the water extracted, flooring replaced, carpets cleaned all that day... and paint/drywall repaired 3 days later. You and your husband were extremely patient during this process and we thank you for that!! After that was all said and done, I was glad to see your house turned out (In the end) the way you wanted it. Again, thank you for your accurate and honest feedback. I will use this to better my staff and make the jobs that much better in the future. Please enjoy your brand new flooring!! :-)

Description of Work: Left voicemail on 5/7 with no reply. Left second voicemail with no reply on 5/8. Also tried calling 2nd phone number listed on Angie's List and it is not for him.

The first message left for me just said "Please call 702-XXX-XXXX" with no other information left (I had no idea who that was)... and the second voicemail left for me (with information given) is the one I returned. Description of Work: Entourage was a great company to do business with. I didn't end up using them, deciding to go the DIY route, but the contractor worked around my busy schedule, was open and honest about the job, and gave a good bid. I would certainly use them if I thought I couldn't do the job myself. A+

Description of Work: Anthony Herlihy was one of four flooring installers who we called for estimates based on AngliesList recommendations. While Anthony did not 'get the job', I just felt it important to comment on his professionism and thoughtful comments that he felt would help us 'sort' through the maze of options.
