Fine. David and assistant Cassie serviced the door and tightened the loose wall button. Also corrected misalignment on garage door sensor allowing me to use the car garage opener again. David also pointed out old spring that will need replacing eventually.

The service man was prompt. The work was done professionally. Unfortunately after spending $200 I was informed that the motor was gone and it would be $350 for a new assembly and remotes.

The price was reasonable , He did a lot of thing for a reasonable price. He is honest, courteous and helpful.He is trust worthy that you can feel that you are safe.

so far, so good - some of the mechanisms are very old, and they warned that the fix could not last forever. When the door fails again, I will call them to fix and install cables and new control machine.

David was very nice to deal with. Worked hard late into the evening to replace the units. There were problems with one of the digital wall door openers and he came back quickly each time to fix it - eventually it got fixed - he was cheerful and courteous each time. He also gave me a discount. Very pleased. Thank you!

They tubed up everything nicely. Unfortunately the motor has been broken for a long time now. They confirmed it was the motor and offered to replace it. It was estimated to be $350.00. Not going to do that just yet though.

Tune up the garage door, lubricated all moving parts. Checked balance and made sure I did not have any issues with the door. Used before and will use again

Service was excellent. David, owner/technician called 30 minutes before arrival and arrived as scheduled. He thoroughly inspected and adjusted our door. His experience and expertise of various equipment was obvious and he explained everything. I would definitely recommend Empire to others with garage door needs and I will definitely call Empire again for future needs.

Great - he was very nice & completed the repair in record time.

All went well, he was out of a part to replace the wall remote opener. Other than that everything else was performed.

Job was completed in a timely manner.

David was very professional and he explained everything. He added mounting bolts to secure my tracks. He replaced the rollers as advertised and lubricated the whole system. One of the nicest guys I've ever met. If I ever had any issues with my garage doors, he'll be the one I'll be calling. Highly recommended!!
