David arrived precisely as promised. He was very personable, professional, good humored and conscientious. Where a previous company had quoted me $550. for an unsightly band aid approach to as much as $1300. for a new door, rollers, and a no match color, David expertly fixed the door to near perfection for a fraction of the price! He and Empire were truly superlative! I could only wish that the service folks in Las Vegas were half as earnest and upright as David.

I called and spoke to the owner, David and he came out two days later. My opener was installed quickly and professionally. He explained how everything works. I would definitely recommend him if you need any garage door service.

I purchased a promotional for them to inspect and do maintenance on my garage doors. Both of my garage doors were not working properly. They called me immediately after I purchased The promotional. Arrived on time and started work immediately. Figured out what was wrong with both doors and fixed it quickly.

I received a call when they were in the neighborhood. They arrived within the time window that was scheduled. I was shown different door opener options with explanations and there was no pressure to buy anything. Both gentlemen were very professional and polite, and the work was completed on schedule. I even received a discount. Very happy with selecting Empire.

I looked on Angie's list and requested a bid based on ratings. Empire sent a bid quickly and came the same day to install a new garage door. I rate everything A other than price because I don't know if this was the best price but it was a good price

We had Empire came out for two visits, the first one was to replace the garage door springs and then after the replacement, the cables needed replacement. Empire (Dave) returned and gave us the promotional package to replace the springs, cables, rollers (taking in consideration for the previous springs replaced). The work was done well and professionally. Garage door is working great now. I would hire Empire again.

Dave was very prompt and professional. I felt he was honest and fair in his pricing. There was a minor adjustment needed after the installation and he came out promptly to fix it. I’d use Empire again for sure.

He came same day and fixed the door in about 20 minutes. Very nice.

Dave was called at night and he arrived first thing in the morning the next day and replaced the cable and two springs ( one was originally missing), and straightened the bent tracts. Dave is a nice man and pleasant to work with. He explain my options and did the approved work quickly and efficiently.

He was prompt and professional. Did not try to sell me services I didn't need at this time.

David was very professional & personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then gave me options to rectify the issue without trying to sell me anything that I really didn't need beyond what the problem was. He did an excellent job and I went ahead and had him tune up the other door to ensure that going into summer there were no issues with that. He balanced both doors, lubricated the equipment that required it and adjusted the lift force, which was the initial problem on the door I had initially called him about. The result was that both garage doors opened efficiently and were operating much quieter.

David came over promptly on Feb 27 to assess 2 doors and fixed problems the next day. Most importantly he went over the various ways to fix things and allowed me to make an intelligent decision. And he always had a backup plan. He is easily the best garage repair person I have had in Las Vegas since moving here in 2003.

Door took several tries on the remote to open. I suspected poor wiring, which was confirmed by the repairman. He gave me a few options. I elected to buy a new opener, which he installed on the spot. He also tightened up the faulty wiring. Overall, I was very pleased.
