We sent her the list of homes and she got us in every home. She gave us the personal information. Everything went just as expected with a real estate agent. She showed us the houses. She worked long hours. We found ourselves talking to her over the phone at nine thirty in the night. Even before we got out there, she would call us the next morning at eight thirty our time in Houston, it would be six thirty back where she was, she’d be already up. She stayed up late researching houses for us. So she worked long hours. Actually the house we ended up buying was originally listed as a short sale. We had got so frustrated with short sales that we had told her that we didn’t want to look anymore at short sales. So she found the houses in the market and she was following things in our category. She was looking mainly for resale and it was difficult at the time. She noticed that this particular house had been in the market on short sale and then it went off the market after about two weeks. So she got us to see it. It was everything that we were looking for in a house. She went into all the details required for the house. She was very conscientious of the fact that things are very different here compared to where we lived in Houston. The detail catching really stood out in my mind. We will absolutely use her services again in the future.
